The dragon sneered at this, "Well that gets rid of most of the undesirable castes of the army", as he walked forward you could now see he was a flightless dragon. These dragons were flightless but always carried a element like most of the relatives in the dragon tree, what they lacked in mobility they had in brute force and in a split second he begun to charge like a Rhino at his foe intent on incapacitating him

"Your power will do the tuning chambers well"

Making his way through the foliage, Beryor was eventually able to make his way back to the crash site - except there were some dead dragons, Regeil not among them. Most notably, though, was a rather imposing dragon charging at him.

Icestorm was there - perhaps joining the fight instead of searching after all. Beryor decided to wait for the dragon to switch targets.

OOC: That was rather fast.

OOC: Ugh that isn't zen, that's a generic officer mook

Regeil spat on the ground. He was furious inside, but little of it showed. "Camel-brains! Didn't I tell you two to get outta here?" He scolded. He sighed. Stupid. This is why I prefer to fight alone. Now they're in my way! Well...I guess they'll handle it. He glanced at Icestorm. Bahaha! The fool! Half-corrupted he stands less of a chance than he'd begin with. It makes me sick how easy he's being corrupted. Why, they'll probably not even use influencing. He'll just stand in that dungeon and corrupt himself! "Ugh...fine. You two have fun!" And with that he lifted his wings and took flight up into the air, darting away as fast as he could.

Well, looks like Regeil was okay, and was now escaping - though he did manage to spot Beryor despite his attempts to hide. He would be a good dragon to keep track of - for now, though, Beryor camouflaged himself and ran away, toward a clearing.

Regeil erratically was startled mid-flight and almost lost that flight for a second. "You idiot! Get outta there too! You're no match for those two!" He roared back.

Regeil sighed and flew away. Idiot! Half-corrupted you can't use any abilities because they're conflicted with your darker ones. Rgh....tch. And he said he was 'wise'. How is one wise if they can't stand any sort of corruption or have any knowledge about opponents? He thought angrily, turned around and shot an exploding Shadowfireball. It was aimed directly at Icestorm.

OOC: What? Telepathy? I was never informed that your character could communicate telepathically. :/

OOC: Ummmm... I would qualify that as magic, so I will not allow it. Sorry. :/

OOC: Thank you.

The two collided and exploded, his bomb sending a bunch of smoke into the air. The cloud of smoke swept over the field, blocking all vision. Regeil's eye merely twitched and he shot three more. One for each dragon.

The armored drake seemed to be dead, nothing was left expect for the armor and strange dust like sand flowing out of the visible entrances

The patrol leader was still there, half of his body blown off. He lay on the ground, dying. Regeil spat and then flew away. He needed to get out, and he needed to do it NOW.

Regeil was hit by the first ice shart—right on his wing tip. He banked a hard left and dodged the rest. "And no one plans to assassinate my best friend!" He roared back flapping his wings really hard. An X-shaped blade of wind shot at high-speed toward Icestorm. His flight was being hindered by the ice on his wing tip. Regeil knew he shouldn't fly with this on him. But I do have enough time to take him down before I have to land Regeil shot another Shadowfireball but it was aimed above Icestorm, or rather, where he knew Icestorm would be.

The ball exploded, dealing a good amount of damage as well as a smokescreen covered the area. Regeil was about to go after Icestorm, but he looked around. Too much commotion. At least 3 battalions coming. Rggh, gotta go! And with that he sped faster than he'd ever gone before. He went to the oceanic/ShadowFlame border.

Beryor saw the whole skirmish, and watched as Icestorm dropped again. Rather foolish of him to engage when he's been injured recently. The other dragon had a good sense of where to head, apparently - Bettor headed off in the same direction, trying not to be spotted this time.

OOC: Alright, for the record, I'm still here, I'm just waiting for a good opportunity to post. Just saying.

OOC: Blargh! I haven't really been active on the RP section in a while... I'll post once I think of a good reply to Waaksian. If this dies, I'll revive it sometime.

Emie and Elicora sat in silence within the room. "Why must Zen hold you in here... The FlashFires... They must be worried..." Elicora says, a touch if annoyance in her voice

OOC: I've been reading this all, but my character can't fit into part of the story right now

OOC: I don't really know what to do with this thing anymore... Maybe let it die? Make some sort of sequel later? I'm not sure, it just seems to get a little repetitive and isn't really going anywhere...

OOC: Alright, I might do that then.

OOC: When I get around to making it, I will post a link here, then close this. I just think we need some cleaning up, because the same kind of thing has been happening for the last 10 pages.
