Wow! Thank you for posting this! Here's something I noticed...the 'discovered' characters are the bright ones, but some (look at Cynder at the end) say "Series 2" underneath the character! I am wondering if you play as the ORIGINAL figure first, will that not show up??

Edit - Same with Lightcore Prism Break! My speculation is that he was scanned first! That's why it says lightcore when you hover over him!

No need to do that. Weird that some of mine glow and others don't.

I think it's just a problem with some later stuff, the quality really dropped quickly after the initial Camo/Warnado/Wham-Shell burst and it was already low compared to original Waves. So I wouldn't be shocked if the glow paint was just iffily sent out... I know that feel with my Stealth, she hardly lights at all.
Try to directly put them right under a torch or something, they all need light but some need a nudge first.

My son has a UV light, so we got under his duvet and checked them out again after "charging" them up. You were right, they do glow, but damn are they hard work to make them glow. Stealth Elf looks cool when her eyes glow though.
