This Fully-Evolved Pokemon from Hoenn has a double weakness to Ground and Fighting, and a weakness to Water, yet it can learn Brick-Break, Earthquake and Surf.

Also believed to be a Psuedo-Legendary along with Flygon.

Another dbl trouble question.

1) This pokemon adapts to the weather its exposed to. In Sunny Day, its head is shaped like a sun, in Rain, its head is engulfed in a gian tear-shape drop of water.

2) This pokemon can change elements depending on the plates it holds (it owns them all). At level 100, it learns the most powerful move in pokemon. (Hint: using an AR, I have one at level 13, its Gen IV, and the most unique battle music.)

@spyrocynderfan: Arceus. But Judgement isn't the most powerful move in Pokemon. There are plenty more powerful, and useful.

Yeah, Judgement's just the only move that changes it's type depending on the plate Arceus holds but it's not the most powerful
I'd say Explosion (base attack stat: 250. Accuracy: 100) and SelfDestruct (Base attack stat: 200. Accuracy: 100) are the two most powerful attacks in the games.

This pokemon is Dark/Rock, known as the Armor pokemon and has Sandstream as its ability (2nd gen)

@spyrocynderfan: Nope, just does 100 damage and changed depending on the Plate the user is holding. Useful for the Elite 4.

This Pokemon and it's prevolution are the only Non-Legendary Pokemon to be event exclusive.

This Pokemon needs to be traded for a Karrablast to evolve, and Karrablast needs to be traded with it to evolve Excavaliar.

Pokemon was utterly difficult to evolve, Gen 3, similar to Magikarp in that it's incredibly weak until it evolves
