Why not have an instant chat? Having discussions of Spyro, the games, or even just about anything in general. But also being a member to use it, instead of coming to the site and just spamming.
Faster responses and maybe bring more members.


But it does have its pros and cons. But its just a suggestion. Lol.

Its already been suggested actually. I think it was denied, but I agree it does sound like a good idea.

You can make a chatbox just as easily as suggesting it. Just google, and post link to the chat to your GB

Another good suggestion would be, you can have the google ad bar at the bottom of the page, so its not bocking our banner.

I wish there was no Google ad bar. I hate those. By the way... dark52 didn't completely put in Japanese Spyro on the Spyro The Dragon bar, so you'd see a half-chopped Spyro unless he fixed it...

I havent tried that one yet, I think I will try it though to see. :3

Has anyone suggested an notification pop-up telling you that someone has posted something on your topic? I'm sure they have. Like, it could be in the corner saying "______ has just commented on your Topic" and give a link to the topic. It would save you from having to go back and forth just to check when you're not even sure.

No one ever uses search of course, but say you remember the topic's author but not the title. As it's not currently implemented and you don't want to personally bug anyone for just a topic, what are you to do?

I couldn't find the answer in the thread (Yes, I did read all 38 pages. ) so I'll ask here.

Why can't we have Strikethroughs or underlines? That's pretty standard in any forum / word processing program, it seems odd not to have them and they can be pretty useful. For example, if you underline text it usually means it's either very important to note or it can be used as a header for other topics in, say, a first post of a forum or for creating a detailed list, and strikethrough is useful for if you post something, then realize you might have said something stupid and edit the post to strike it out with an "Edit: Nevermind" message or something, the original post is still there for continuity and documentation purposes, but it's striked out to let other users know it isn't important if they would like to skip over it. (And it can be used for humor purposes, but that's not really a constructive reason to add it I guess. It just seems odd something so standard isn't here and I miss my strikethrough. ='()

Anyway, I have two suggestions:

1: An archive for closed topics. They're closed, so why bother keep them in the same place? All those polls in the Polls topic are just sitting there so why not move them to a topic nobody can post on that is merely meant for references?

2: Manual scans as a section for the 'Games' area. It could even be a fun community project, gathering the different manuals for all the games and putting them in that section. I do realize this would take work to put all those scans on there so obviously this has it's downfall, but it would further build a complete section for the games, if Dark52 doesn't think it's too much trouble.

Edit: Oh, another suggestion for a Sparx rank: Rainbow Sparx? I didn't see that suggested. Maybe a highest rank?

So, after being ignored that much, I think I have to post it here:

"Last visit "new" labels restore", E. G. when I click it, and lets say I am wissiting at 18:00 and I visited it back that day at 16:00, , "crystalized dragons labels" restore like I have never wisited the site at 16:00, but post I made back then remains (and will be also marked as "new")... I am in desperate need of such feature for at last three weeks...

Not sure what your saying. Are you saying you came on, looked at one topic, come on later, and the thing is still there but nothing changed?

I have an idea. When you delete a post, and then click on "View topic."instead of taking you back to the first post, it takes you to the page that the post you deleted was on.

Is there a reason why my subscribed topics' gold dragons disappear when I click on one topic and re-enter the subscriptions page without using the back button? It's really annoying.

Also, I never did get that answer on why we don't have two BB code formats.
