frostbolt stood up, he looked at the others, "i'm going to keep guard on the roof so i can see around the temple.." and as he said this, he wallked out.

ooc: hey!

the others continued inspecting the ashes. then angry roars could be heard in the distance. Goldstar looked outside, and saw an army of black dragons flying towards the temple.

Starfire freed Fire and kids from their cells. she then tried to find an exit.

Frostbolt grinned, " so let it begin.." he jumped down and landed below the flying dragons, he roared. Nova walked out of the temple and was shocked, "O.... well.....thats.... ummm... thats alought of dragons..."

that dragons roared back, and breathed shadowfire on both of them. Gold, Silver, and Bronze heard them outside.
"Silver, Bronze, take the ashes, and go somewhere safe!"
"and what are you going to do?" Silver asked, concerned.
"i'm going to get ready for battle!" she said. then she roared loudly, as she ran down out of the room. all the gold dragons followed her outside, and prepared for battle.

Starfire and the others ran for the exit, but then they were surrounded by black dragons.

Frostbolt covered himself in ice and waited for some of the fire to subside. He then flew up as his dark form and hovered in front of the dragons. "well.... hello there.."
Nova stood there and then ran back into the temple to escape the fire.

the dragons than all began to glow solid black, and then began to change. they grew larger in size, and more monsterous. they were now three times Frost's size, and still glowing. their eyes were blood red, and also glowing. they all roared, and then breathed black convexity breath on Frost. Goldstar roared, issueing the gold dragons to attack. they flew up into the sky, fighting with their fire breath. the black dragon didn't even flinch. Silver and Bronze ran up to Nova.
"quick! we must leave!" Silver said, as she grabbed his arm. then they teleported away.

Frostbolt was shot back into the temple and landed in a giant dust cloud. no movment could be scean where he landed.
Nova looked around, "where are we?"

Silver had teleported tham to the safety of the Council's temple.
"you are in the temple of the Council of Wyrms" Silver said. Bronze walked away with the ashes.
:meanwhile:
the black dragons fought the golds, and killed many of them. they raided the temple, destorying everything in sight.
:meanwhile:
Star and the others fought off the dragons. though, they were out-numbered, and more blacks were coming.
"Mom! get the kids out of here! i'll hold them off!" Star yelled.
"no! i'm not leaving you behind!"
"Mom, you have to! you don't have a choice! for once, jsut trust me! get out of here!" she yelled. Fire hesistated. "Mom, get the heck out of here! now!!" she yelled. then Fire grabbed the kids, and left Star behind.

The dust settled and frost was coverd in cuts and gashes. he opened he eyes and looked around. his vision was blurry but soon cleared. He stood up and flew into the crowd of dragons and grabbed one of their necks and froze it's blood. "take this you fowl dark creation..."

the dragon roared in pain, while the others continued killing and destorying the temple.
Fire and kids soon arrived at the temple to find it under attack. the black dragons spotted her, and roared. Fire grabbed the kids, and started to fly away. the black dragons left the temple, and flew after them. the gold dragons all lay motionless thoughout the temple, includding Goldstar.

Frostbolt left go of the dragon's neck, "rest now.." he then looked at fireflight in the distance. He teleported next to her flew behind her. he turned around and rammed into one of the dragons he stabbed his claws into the dragon's chest.

the dragon roared in pain, but the others continued to chase Fireflight. the kids screemed, afraid of what might happen.
:meanwhile:
Starfire fought off the black dragons, but more kept coming. they surrounded her, and attacked her left and right. she fought back, covered in cuts and bruises.

Frostbolt took his claws out and cuaght up to the other dragons, he grabbed of thiers tails and pulled the dragon back and shoved an ice spike in through the dragons back, then doing the same to another. "keep going fireflight!"

Fire flew faster, as the kids screemed. the dragons ignored Frost, and kept chasing her. the dragons breathed convexity on her, slowing her down, and wounding her. one dragon flew up beside her, and tore at her wings. Fire groaned in pain as she fell on the ground. the dragons landed as well. Fire took off running with the dragons right behind her.

the black dragons had knocked Star unconcious, and began to carry her away.

"LEAVE MY FAMILY ALONE!!" frostbolt roared and he slammed down into one of the dragons. He the then made a dome of ice around the black dragons and himself, "nowhere to go." He started walking twords them.

Fire kept running with the kids on her back. more black dragons came and began to fly after her. they swooped down and grabbed the kids one by one. they then began to fly away. Fire was now glowing red, and began rapidly flapping her wings. she jumped off the ground, and continued flapping. with her torn wings, she could barely fly. the dragons looked back, and shot fire balls at her. with limited mobility, she couldn't dodge the attacks. now, her wings were singed and torn, and she had burn marks on her body. the dragons now flew faster, and Fire struggled to keep up.

Frostbolt killed the dragons inside the dome and then made it dissapear. "What.... where did they go?" he looked around. "i'm sure shes fine.... i should go back to the temple.."

Fire still struggled to catch up to them. one dragon turned around, and rammed her with his horns. he then clawed at her, making cuts and bruises. she tried to fight back, but it took a lot of her strenght to stay up in the air. the dragon tore at her wings, and breathed fire on her. then Fire began plummeting to the ground, and had stopped glowing. the dragon grinned evily as it flew away. Fire hit the ground with a thud. her body was covered in wounds, and her eyes were closed.

Frostbolt landed at the entrance of the temple and walked inside, "hello?... is anyone still here?"

the temple was dead silent, and there was no movement.

Frostbolt walked around, "Goldstar? are you still here? heloooo?"

there was some movement under some rubble.

the black dragons put the kids in cages. the kids looked around, and saw Starfire unconcious in the cage next to theirs.

Fireflight remained motionless.

Spyra got up and spun around,dizzy,"Lord..I HAVE to stop doing that..."She said holding her head.

Spyra herd roars and small children crying.She rushed to the area to comfort the little ones.

Frostbolt moved some of the rubble. "hello?"

Goldstar lay motionless under the rubble.

the kids screamed for help, hoping someone would come.

Fire barely opened her eyes. she could faintly hear the cries of the kids. she knew she had to save them. she forced herself to get up, though she could barely stand. she knew flying would be faster, but also knew she couldn't fly now. she then took a step forward. her paw shoke whenever she lefted it off the ground. step by step, she slowly walked in the direction the dragons flew in, wobbleing about, trying not to fall.

Frostbolt picked Goldstar up. "hey! get up!"

Frostfire stopped screaming and looked at one of the dragons. "Hey! pal!" he said then punched the dragon in the eyes. "take that!"

Goldstar barely opened her eyes. she was covered in wounds and bruises.

the girls stopped screaming. the dragon growled.
"ok, pipsqueak, don't make me hurt you" he growled.

Fire struggled to keep going. she could see the mountain in the distance, and kept pushing herself to go save the kids. she raised her paw to take another step, and then collapsed. she looked up towards the mountain. she knew she couldn't make it now.
"....Frostbolt........." she said, telepathically.

Frostbolt put goldstar in the library and put a cold cloth on her. "fireflight... you alright?" he froze goldstar's wounds. "come on... get up.."

frostfire groweled and grabbed the dragon's eyes and burnt them. he claws glowed red.

"......Frost.......the kids......they took them......i couldn't stop them.......i can't save them......." she said. she sounded weak and worried.
:meanwhile:
Goldstar stood up.
".....is everyone else ok.....?" she asked.

"what? are you okay? just.. hang on... i'll be there soon. he spoke slowly, "no... not everyone is alright.... you should check on the others.... i have to go... but.. take it easy.." he said as he ran out and flew away.

frostfire kept digging into the dragon's eyes, "take this! hows that? hu? it birns dosen't it?"

the dragon growled, and then threw Frostfire agaist the wall.

Fire lay on the ground, unable to move. then a black dragon walking up to her, smiling evily. he then grabbed her, and began to fly away. she tried to force herself to fight back, but she didn't have the strenght.
"........Frost........save.......the kids......" she said. she sounded weaker.

Frostbolt teleported to fireflight and slammed into the dragon. "let go of my wife!" he said pinning the dragon and against the wall and pounded him into a bloody pulp.

Frostfire got back up. "come on, put the others down and we settle this properly.." eventhough you are 7 times mt size...

Fire collapsed on the ground. she couldn't move, and seemed to have a hard time breathing.
the dragon threw the kids in cages, and walked toward Frostfire. he then breathed shadowfire on him. Star still lay motionless in a cage.

Frostbolt finished with the dragon and wlked over to fireflight. "come on get up..." he said tenderly freezing her wounds.

frostfire glowed red. "that doesn't hurt." he shot a weak empath fury at the dragon.

but Fire couldn't move.
"....i can't......." she said, faintly.
the dragon was sent flying into the wall. he got up, and didn't seem too badly hurt. he now roared with anger. then he used a fire fury.

frostbolt picked fireflight up and teleported to the temple. "Goldstar! i need you to take care of fireflight!"

frostfire was burnt in the blast but stood his ground. "hot! owwww!!! hot!!" he rolled around the ground.

Goldstar rushed over to them. she put her paws over Fire, and tried to heal her.
:meanwhile:
the dragon grinned evily. he then rose up to use another fury. then suddenly, someone tackled him, and began clawing at him.
"get off of me you purple nuisance!" the dragon roared. Nightstar had tackled him. she was now breathing fire and attacking with her claws. Icicle soon joined her, shooting ice shards and also fighting with claws.

Frostfire grabbed the dragon's eyes and poped them like balloons, blinding the dragon. he growled as he did so.

frostbolt flew in the direction of the kids.

"Icicle! get my mom!" Nightstar yelled. Icicle nodded, and ran over to the cage while Nightstar attacked the dragon. Icicle froze the bars of the cage, and then broke them. she then dragged Star out, and tried waking her up.
:meanwhile:
Goldstar kept trying to heal Fire, but it didn't appear to be working. she stopped, and looked at Fire. she was even weaker now, and having a harder time breathing.
".............Gold..............w--w--what's..............wrong...........with me........?" she said, faintly. Goldstar looked at her sadly, sahking her head.
"i don't know......but i can't heal you...."

"okay... now that hes blind..." he grabbed the back of dragon's head and pulled on his horns. frostbolt could see the cave and he flew as fast as he could.

Nightstar walked around to the front. she dragon heard her footsteps, and knew someone was there. Nightstar then zapped his face with lightning. the dragon grunted and groaned. Icicle slapped Star, trying to wake her up. Star opened her eyes, and looked around.
"come on! get up!" Icicle told her. Star got up, and saw that the kids were taking care of themselves.

Goldstar looked down at Fire, wondering what to do now. it got even harder for Fire to breathe, and she seemed to keep getting weaker.

frostbolt landed on the dragon and bite his neck. frostfire jumped the dragon and clapped.

Nightstar ran over to Icicle and Star.
"i think we can go now" Nightstar said. Icicle nodded.
"then let's go home" Starfire said.
:meanwhile:
Goldstar decided to see if any of the elders were alive, since she couldn't help Fireflight. Fire struggled even more to breate as she got weaker.

frostbolt spat. "eww... black dragon blood." frostbolt flew away with the others.

everyone headed back to the temple.
Goldstar healed everyone who was alive, and gathered them all into the library to find a cure for Fireflight.

Frostbolt landed in the temple and walked into the library.

Fireflight was in the library as well, barely breathing, unable to move, and still getting weaker.
"..............F--F--Frost............" she said, faintly. Star and the kids walked in behind Frost.
"Mom!" Star rushed over to her. "what happened?" she asked, worriedly.

Frostbolt layed down next to fireflgiht, "shhh..."
