Chapter 30: “A Story Before The Glimpse”

“Remember three years ago? Where there were some evil dragons trying to corrupt us and the world?” she questioned. “Yes of course I remember, the dragons and I had to go underground. Thanks to an Earth dragon," she replied. "Well, my allies and I where at the war, in which was very easy," she continued, "but it came to a time when I had to face my father--DarkShadow." "Your father was evil?" "Yes. A long time ago he got completely corrupted. But that's another story." "I see," she responded.
"As I was saying, we were almost close to his lair, until I faced my father, and fought. I was about to finish him off until...my worst nightmare came true," she ended.
"He was-is responsible for all of this?" she exclaimed, in disbelief. "Yes. That is correct," said Dawn, putting her head down. "Very well then. Do you still want to see a glimpse of the future?" she questioned. "Bring it on!" she responded. So they both surrounded the "birdbath", and focused into it....

Chapter 31: "A Glimpse of the Future"

The Future:

The sounds of the thunder roared and crackled along with the forever-night skies. The grounds were pale and dead, with no more life of the plants. All of the water there are poisoned, but the creatures all seem to drink out of it. All because they-too-are poisoned by there new queen and--long live again--king.
"But the world will die, so how is it that this is ll happening?" Dawn questioned, looking at Celestial. "I am not sure. We have to look to where it is at its end," she replied, "would you want to do so now, or continue with this one?" She thought for a moment and answered, "Let's just continue with what we were looking at."
A tall dragoness walked along with the frightful sounds of thunder, and the thunders itself. Her eyes glowed in a bright white color, as if it was stolen from a ghost. Steam flowed out of her nose, as she growled with the ferocious skies. She walked up to a castle, glaring at the details of it.
The statues of her plus her father, herself creating destruction to the world, and more.
As she entered, the door guardians bowed to their queen; for she ignored them, yet still staring at the structures, portraits, ect. Minutes later--after climbing stairs--she entered her father's master room.
"I have returned, I completed the task that you have told me," ShadowWing said. "Excellent. My child, you are becoming more and more evil when I glare at you," DarkShadow replied. "I give all my thanks to you, father," she responded.
Finally, the scene all came to a blur, but then all of a sudden, two dragons were seen flying along the skies. Dawn was glaring at them, calling, "Syrah!Malak!Please!" It then faded away....
"I can't believe this at all," responded Daw, "first, who were they? Why did I call them by my twins names? ShadowWing? My father?! Myself...."
"It is what the future foretold yourself, little one," Celestial replied.
Dawn's markings then began to show, "Would you quit with those names?!" she snapped, "I am not a small helpless child I used to be before, I won't let anything get in my way!" she yelled, as she tried to turn into ShadowWing.
"My child....I mean Dawn. This place takes away any powers, anything that would cause destruction" she said. "I can't help it....on one..can...help me...with this problem I have," she struggled to control herself.....

Chapter 32: "A Struggle for Self-Control"

"Try! You must try! You are the only one to change your ways, your past! Everything!" she exclaimed. "No...NO....GET AWAY FROM ME!!!" she burst out, running out of the place. "DAWN!!"

~Back to the Others~

"I wonder…what Celestial and Dawn...are doing," said Spyro, training with Rookie. "I...don't know. But I bet...they won't...take too long," he replied, dodging Spyro's hits. I sure hope they don't. I wouldn’t want anything to happen to her, after that incident with the needle," said Cynder, watching them train. "Not to mention that she might faint out or something," added Sparx. "Not helping her Sparx." "Relax, she’ll be back," said Spyro.

~Back to the Woods~


Running and panicking inside the woods, Dawn had to hide somewhere; she felt so negative. *I can't…I just can't!* she thought. "Dawn! Dawn!" yelled out Celestial, "it’s my entire fault" she sighed. She then ran back to the others, in the land.
Dawn kept looking back for some reason, she felt as if someone was behind her. At that moment, while glancing back, she slipped off by a cliff. "AHH!!!!!" she screeched. Now hanging onto a branch, she was thinking of life and death.

~Others~

"What was that?" asked Rookie, hearing a scream. Celestial then popped out behind them, gasping for air, and said, "Dawn...she panicked.... now in the woods... please help!" "Calm down! Just breathe in slowly!" explained Cynder. Rookie thought for a moment, and sprinted off quickly.

~Back at Cliff~

"HELP!!!" she yelled out. Dawn, along with her allies, still haven't got there powers yet, and time was running out...
