"Then may I stay and watch Nita?" he asked.

Karan hesitates, but nods when Nita nods.

"Thank you," responds Bushroot.

Meanwhile Drake had been outside the hospital behind it talking with Liquidator on the phone.

"...you see Megavolt met a sad fate back in St. Canard and I want you to come back," offered Liquidator.

"I refuse," said Drake.

"Then I'll come myself," he said hanging up.

Karan nods and talks with Nita about her tasks needed done, then he heads off.

"So, what should I do for you now?" Bushroot asked.

Liquidator went through the sewers and decided to hide out their.

Nita lays back and sighs.
"Don't know. Hey, why do you think Karan always seems disappointed that I don't pay too much attention to him?"

"Well have you two talked much in the past?" Bush asked.

"Of course. We've been friends for awhile. He gets red in the face when I look at him though, and compliments me a lot. Plus, he worries about me a lot." Nita sighs.

"Have you ever considered he could be in love with you?" Bush asked curiously.

Nita hesitates.
"...No! Of course not! He doesn't like me! You ask him when he gets back." She says.

"Oh, sorry. Perhaps he worries about you to much..." replied Bush.

Nita shrugs.
"I'm gonna get some rest."

Karan sighs as he returns.
"Those tasks were tiring."

"Excuse me good Karan, may I speak to you privately about something?" asks Bushroot.

Karan stretches his wings and sighs, pulling his hood down, revealing his messy black hair.
"Yeah sure. What?"

"Do you have a crush on Nita and if not, are you worried about her?" asked the vine using dark angel.

Karan looks down.
"I might. Why does it matter? Nita doesn't like me that much."

"Well she says that you seem disappointed that you don't spend time with each other much," responded the green avian, "She says you also compliment her a lot and your face turns red when she looks at you,"

Karan looks at him quickly with wide blue eyes.
"Yeah. I do that, but only because she's so beautiful and I'm nervous around her, and she has the most elegant fighting style."

You too? Bush thought, "There's no need to hold back fear," he said encouragingly.

Karan shrugs.
"She'd put me down quick."

"Has she before?" he asked.

".....No. I've never said anything." Karan says.

"Then what is stopping you?" asked Bushroot, "Nita is perfect for you, you deserve her. Now go," exclaimed Bushroot. After all, thought Bushroot, he deserves her,

Karan smiles, just slightly.
"Thanks. I guess there is nothing in my way." He says, heading off.

"Good luck Karan," exclaimed Bush.

Karan waved to Bush and pulled up his hood.

"Good luck my friend, oh and call me Reginald." said Bushroot waving back.

Karan nodded as he headed into Nita's room.

Nita yelped in surprise at a flashback in her dreams and she tumbled from the bed.

Karan lunged forward with lightning quick reflexes and caught her. His hood fell down, and moonlight flooded in onto his black hair, making it shimmer as well as adding a sparkle to his blue eyes.

"Karan?" Nita whispers.

Liquidator came out of the sewer absorbing much of the sewer water and went after Drake, he found him climbing back into the hospital and came after him.

Karan nods.
"I'm right here."

Nita snuggles up against Karan, listening to his heartbeat.
"I'm sorry, for ignoring you so often." She whispers.

Liquidator came behind Drake and got his attention quickly.

"So now will you cooperate?" asked Liquidator.

Karan smiles softly.
"It's alright. Nita, I want to admit. I...love you."

Nita blinks in surprise.

Bushroot smiles at this moment, while Liquidator is negotiating with Drake.

"So come back with us," offered Liquidator, "We'll finally start new,"

"What part of never will EVER understand?" asked Drake.

Nita smiles.
"You're so sweet Karan. You look tough but you do have a soft heart."

He does, but- No she deserves better,thought Bushroot.

"*sigh* Why Drake? We could have finally started once again new, now I have to wipe you out," declared Liquidator as he attacked Drake.

Karan helps Nita to her bed and lays her down. He smiles at her and starts to walk off.

"Karan? Will you stay? I'm having flashbacks and I might fall again." Nita pleads.

Karan nods and walks to the bedside, sitting down.

Nita reaches out to hold his hand.

I don't deserve her, she deserves him more...thought Bushroot lying against the door with his palms in his face.

Liquidator turned into a large creature and jumped at Drake falling out the window starting a fight.

Karan looks at Nita's sleeping figure and smiles softly at her.

Bushroot just turns into a raven and perches himself by Nita's open window without anyone noticing.

Liquidator and Drake continue to fight as they end back up in the sewer.

OOC: heh... recap?

OOC: Lol. Bush helped Karan announce his crush to Nita, and Nita is in the hospital because she was injured during her task.

OCC: Also NegaDuck is in a fight with one of his colleagues.

Xander laughed and held Jay close to him.

"I love you Jake." Sachi said softly.

Jay smiled as she closed her eyes and rested her head on Xander's shoulder.

Jake smiles as he kisses Sachi

Drake is thrown against a wall by Liquidator and falls over barely conscious.

OOC: That's okay, Cynder.

Xander smiled softly and kissed Jay softly on the cheek.

Sachi smiled and kisses Jake back.

Liquidator thrusts against Drake and grabs him and throws him down the sewer head first and came after him.

OOC: I FINALLY KNOW WHERE SACHI IS FROM NOW

Jay fell back to sleep happily

Jake smiled as he hugs Sachi tightly
