It seems I've escaped Psycho Shift's wrath by my own paws. I almost hoped to see what my 'friends' would do, but after day after day of hanging and being probed at by that horrid child, I was done. I ripped myself down, using every ounce of energy that remained in my body to escape. My wounds were dangerously serious, and if I was not a Shape-Changer, I would have bled out and fallen into Death's clutches by now. Sadly, I am not given such a privilege. But that is fine with me.
As they say, Wounds are temporary, but Scars last forever. I fear some of these will not fully heal ... Recent examination of what Friends are had led me to believe that Friends support one another in times of need ... And I suppose I thought those who I knew were my friends ... If these are friends, I do not want any. What would be the point, if they act like complete strangers when hardships come up? I will remain On My Own now, as I search for my only true friend. It is me against the world, and I do not intend to give in.
But ... I am beginning to doubt ... No, no ... Do not think that way, Rianua ... He cannot be ....
