Kronos managed to dodge, pulling Durza a bit in the process. If only there was a way he could unleash that early explosion and hurt that gigantic creature...

ooc: Durza is carrying Kronos as they ran

They continued to run trying to get to the cave.

Raclaw quickly followed, flying alongside the others. At their current state, they had no chance against the endbringer.

Kumara turned her head towards the commotion.
"They're in danger..." she mumbled before turning back to the newcomer.
"Sorry! But i have to help the others!"

Kronos felt so helpless being carried around like that, pursued once again by an enormous creature that meant them harm. What was wrong with that place? Why did every dragon-like creature seemed like they wanted to kill them? Why so much hostility? Those were just a few questions that were tumbling around his head like a tornado without direction, and it was driving him crazy.

(Oh my ... ummmm.)

Capella simply blinked in surprise as she took cover from Endbringer.

Crevice followed behind Kumara, somewhat curious.

Kumara arrived back at the cavern in shock. The whole area had been destroyed, rubble lying around and the cave had collapsed.
"Shade! Sozen! Anybody?!" She called, hoping to get a response. It was then she noticed the other dragon that followed her.
"We need to get them out!" She said urgently before shoving some of the smaller boulders out of the way.

Kumara turned around to see Sozen.
"Thank God! What the hell happened here?!" she asked.

Durza landed and began desperately digging through the rubble. Kronos was inside the cave were he threw him in to try to get to safety. Nightshade was in the cave as well and shielded Kronos from the blast. Nightshade lifted his arm up weakly badly wounded from what happened. Nightshade cried since he had lost his home but little did he know that Sora's room was still in tact for the most part, except that the door was blown off its hinges. inside you could see a simple room like the others before they were destroyed but this one was decorated with a bit more of a feminine since a female did live in their once. and on the nightstand their was a stone or half of one in the shape of a heart, and the stone was rose red.

Nightshade winced in pain due to his injuries. Durza pulled Kronos out after getting some of the rubble off of him "Kronos, are you ok?" Durza said in a panicked voice.

"I suppose." Kronos said, still surrounded in guilt. But then he realized that the explosion wasn't his fault. How could he have known? He then realized that it was just due to a trace of happiness in him that it happened in the first place, but how could he use it willingly? He was usually so bitter to feel any happiness, and knew it needed to be genuine in order to work. perhaps he should try to recollect his happy thought and use them in a fight...

"Fortunately the beast is gone... for now. But your newfound abilities should come in handy.," Raclaw said pleased to see that Kronos was okay.

"I've heard of so many unleashing unimaginable power when they are angry, but this is the first time I've seen it only occurs with happiness." Kronos expressed, finding it very curious. He has been angry many times, yet nothing like that ever happened.

Kumara sighed in relief and said under her breath, "Thank God..."
She didn't want the others to know of her concern so she continued to ask about the creature.
"So why did it attack us?"

"That is rather curious. Perhaps that is why you only just now discovered it.," Raclaw commented intrigued by how Kronos' powers worked.
"I imagine it was attracted by the noise-- or perhaps the sheer force of the power itself.," he then said looking at Kumara.

"That makes sense..." She replied in thought.

"Maybe we should ask Shade. He seems to know plenty of things..." Kronos said with a frown, finding Shade suspicious. He looked like the kind of dragon that was keeping too many things to himself.

Kronos was getting angry on how both Shade and Sozen had something to say to the matter, and was further confusing him.
"Alright, I don't know which one is telling the truth, but I can figure that whatever that thing is, it approached because of my explosion. If there is at least a bit of chance that I can reason with it, then maybe I can explain that was an accident." Kronos commented, knowing that this time, that whole mess was his fault.

Nightshade tried to speak but was to badly hurt to be able to say anything. Durza looks surprised at Kronos "no Kronos! Don't you dare blame yourself. It wasn't your fault. If anything it was my fault, I shouldn't have underestimated your potential and I should've kept you under closer observation to have made sure that this wouldn't have happened."

"For all we know-- it could have been coming for us anyway. We don't know much about this creature yet.," Raclaw said quickly trying to discourage any guilt in the air.

"Raclaw is right, we can't jump to conclusions yet," Kumara added.

"Great. Now there's also an orb?" Kronos said bitterly, figuring that Shade was hiding too many things.
"Then why not simply get out of here?" he suggested, finding no better solution.

Durza looked at Kronos and said "because we didn't know it was here and we needed to rest and prepare before we left to get the next orb."

Kronos flinched with that statement.
"Wait, are we... stealing the orbs?" he asked, just finding out. He was usually too busy with himself to notice what the group was doing.

Durza shook his head "no we're gathering them. in order to save Icestorm we need to gather the orbs in order to go to the planet they're holding him on. remember? you even got upset when you thought we needed to travel through space."

"Yeah, but I thought that was all. Nobody mentioned we needed to steal some magical orbs that would invoke the wrath of some forsaken creature!" Kronos said furiously, his previous personality returning. Since when did a simple rescue mission had to be so complicated?

Durza looked at Sozen with an annoyed look "yea you're right Kronos. that was a very important detail that was left out that we, um yea know, NEEDED TO KNOW!!!" yelling at Sozen.

Kronos was very glad that somebody understood his point ir view. By depriving them of such vital information, Sozen and his companions endangered their lives, and he wasn't liking it one bit.

Durza laughs "no need he says. well look at what happened when you didn't tell us about something that you thought you had no need to tell us!" gesturing the destroyed cave and the injured Nightshade. Nightshade saw that Sora's room was still their. he tried to go in struggling to move from were he was.

"Great, now there's mistrust in the group..." She said to herself before speaking up.
"Sozen is trustworthy, so he must of had a reason to not tell us. Perhaps to stop fear from taking over."

I grind my teeth "trustworthy!? because of him we nearly got ourselves KILLED!! look at the damage that thing did, that could've been us!" as Durza yelled flames randomly burst off my scales like when I tried to revert to human form when I first arrived.

Kumara's eyes narrowed at Durza, "He's a freaking God for crying out loud!"
She then focused on Sozen, "I wasn't here, so i don't know the details."

Kronos was really starting to regret being in that group, and unlike the explosion, he didn't admit that the fight was partly his fault.
"So in other words, we are in this hellish place, trying to retrieve some dusty orbs from who knows where the heck, to save one dragon who couldn't save himself, and the only one who knew about it didn't tell us because of some oh worthy one tomfoolery. And as if that wasn't enough, we have some sort of angry deity after our tails because it is protecting the very things we are here to steal. Did I miss something?" Kronos said, evidently holding his desire to yell in fury because of the situation they were in.

Durza glares at Sozen "yea well I've met a few gods before but all they are is a bunch of untrustworthy pretenders. I don't mind risking my life since I've been doing it for over 63 years and counting! I wont let innocent lives be put in danger because of some gods ludicrous plan!!" then suddenly Durza's body is engulfed in fire "I WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONT!!!" his body changed in size becoming smaller yet stronger and much more dangerous, the fire bursts off to reveal his new form but is it done yet or is it just the start?

Kronos was deep in thought figuring out what Sozen just showed him, but he got distracted by Durza's sudden outburst. He looked at him, but he didn't say anything. Too many things were happening at the same time for his young mind to comprehend anything...

ooc: I'm just using that as imagry. he isn't in a hybrid state he's just reached a Biped version of his dragon form.
