Frostbolt grabbed star's arm, but didn't pull. he just looked at her.

Star looked at him. she looked sad, hopless, and guilty.
"Frost...just let me go...you shouldn't be around me...not after what happened..."
"Star...no one blames you for what happened..." said Fireflight. she then pushed herself off Frostbolt's back, and stood up. she was weak, and trembled where she stood. she looked at Starfire. "...Starfire, you know that no matter what happens...i will always love you...nothing can change that...you could kill me over and over as many times as you like, but i'll still love you...you can run away, and never come back, but i'll still love you...you could even comitt suicide, and i'll still love you...and since i can't live without you...i would die with you...there is no love greater than a mother's love...a mother's love is eternal...as long as you are my duaghter, i will love you more than life itself...i can't love you more than i do right now...and i can't love you any less...all i ask is that you come home..."

frostbolt took starfire paw and held it reashringly and slowly pulled her away from the cliff.

Starfire walked over to Fireflight, and looked at her.
"how could you ever forgive me for what happened....for what i did to you....."
"because i am your mother, and i'll love you no matter what happens...please...just come home..." she said. then Fireflight wrapped her arms, and wings around Star.

frostbolt let go of star's paw and walked over to the cliff and looked down.

on the ground, several feet below, were bones of dead dragons, who had comitted suicide. Fireflight and Starfire looked at him.
"this place is a graveyard for dragons who want to end thier lives..." said Fireflight.

Frostbolt suddenly slipped off the cliff. a patch of ice had formed where he was standing.

"Frostbolt!!" Fireflight yelled. she then ran to the cliff edge, and dived down after him. Starfire stood on the cliff, and looked over the edge. she watched Fireflight fly faster and faster to try and save him.

Frostbolt landed on the botten of the cliff. "I'M ALRIGHT!.. GO BACK UP! I"LL BE BACK IN A BIT!" he yelled as he walled into a cave.

Fireflight flew back up, and landed on the cliff. she looked around, but didn't see Starfire.
"Star? Starfire?" she called, but there was no answer. "Starfire?!" she called louder, but there was still no answer. "STARFIRE?!!"

Frostbolt walked farther into the cave and came upon a glowing black jew. he looked at then grabbed it. he imediatly fell uncontious.

Fireflight frantically looked for Starfire, but she couldn't find her anywhere.

the jew transforumed into a jet black dragoness. "hehe.... they fall for it everytime.." she looked at frostbolt. she smiled.

"leave him alone!" a female voice growled behind the dragoness.
Fireflight continued to look for Starfire.

"o shuht your yap" she said as waved a hand and chained whoever was behind her to the wall and makeing them uncontious. the black dragoness pulled frostbolt deep into the cave.

Fireflight got a bad feeling in the pit of her stomach.
"Starfire..." she mumbled. then she dived off the cliff, and walked into the cave. she then saw Starfire chained to the wall. she ran up to her, and tried to wake her up.

the chains dissapeared on suddenly the way the dragoness had gone sealed up.
she brought frostbolt into a room and set him down.

Fireflight picked up Starfire, and put her on her back. she looked at the sealed passage.
"there has to be a way in..."

"hmm... what to do with you..."
"awww... my head...."
"hello... frosty..."

Fireflight used every element to try and get inside, but nothing worked. Starfire was still unconcious.

The dragoness walked twored frostbolt whom was still half contious.

Fireflight glowed red. her eyes glowed fiery red. she then looked back at Star, and stopped glowing.
"i need to take Star back home...but i'll be back..." she mumbled. then she disappeared.

"frostbolt.... Frosty!"
"what? how do you know my name?" frostbolt got up and imediatly looked for a way to get out.
"Frosty... please tell me you haven't forgoten me..."
frostbolt looked at her for a moment....

Fireflight layed Star down in her room. then she teleported back to the cave.

"no.... i don't know who you are..."
"o come... we went glacier jumping together."

Fireflight walked up to the sealed passage.
"there has to be a way in..." she whispered. "...i doubt i can just teleport in...but i could try it..." she continued. then she attempted to teleport inside, but was blocked by a forcefield. she then fell on the ground. "ow...you know, if your gonna put up a forcefield, the least you could do is make so others know they can't get in, so they don't get hurt..." she said, as she got up. "ok, i can't teleport, so thats out. none of the elements worked. maybe magic could work..." she said. then she started chanting a spell.

"snowflake?"
"yeah!"
the forcefeild started to colapse.

Fireflight continued chanting.

"why are you black?"
"i made some..... bad decisions.."
the barrier fell.

"finally..." she whispered. then Fireflight went deeper into the cave.

"like what?"
"no... i don;t want to talk about it..."
"well okay...."
snowflake looked down the hall, "whos there?"

Fireflight stopped. she stood completely still, and stayed absolutely quiet. she soon turned invisible.

"i can see you fireflight!" frostbolt said jokingly.
"whos that?!"

Fireflight didn't move, or speak.
"Frostbolt, your going to blow my cover!" she said, telepathically.

"its alright! just come here!"
"whos that?"
"its fireflight... we have a kid named frostfire."

"i hope you know what your doing, Frost..." she thought.
then she became visible again. she walked over to them, and looked at them.
"yes, we do have a son, and hes going to miss his dad if he doesn't come home"

snowflake got red in the face and slapped frostbolt and the walked away.

"ok...what was all that about?" Fireflight asked, looking at Frostbolt.

"shes.... upset.... i'll tell you later.." he said as he started to walk out.

"ok..." she replied. then she walked out.

frostbolt grabbed fireflight's hand and teleported them back to there cave.
"that dragoness was snowflake.."

"she was a bit dark for an ice dragon"

"she wasn't always like that.... she said she made some bad decisions.."

"figures...well, i should go see if Star woke up.." she said. then she walked into Star's room. she saw that Starfire was still unconcious, and was about to walk out, untill she noticed that her wing moved. she knew she was still unconcious, so she walked over to her, and moved her wing. she then found that Artica's egg was sitting there. Fireflight picked up the egg. "whats this doing here?"

frostbolt took a deep breath and sighed.

Fireflight took the egg to the vision pool room. she placed the egg down beside the pool, and looked inside.
"pool of visions...show me the mother...show me the mother dragon who layed this egg..." she said. then she saw Artica. she was laying motionless in a small cave. there was a puddle of blood beneath her, and there were several wounds, and bruises all over her body. there was a dagger deep in her chest. "someone killed her...but who...? and why...?"

Frostbolt opened a small box he had been hideing, it had a a necklace in it with a fire red ruby for a pendant.

Fireflight looked down at the egg. soon, the egg started to move around, and crack.
"i don't need another kid to take care of...but what am i supposed to do with it? who would want an egg that is the kid of two evil ice dragons?" she said. then the egg cracked more, and soon it hatched, revealing a small, light blue, female hatchling. the hatchling looked up at Fireflight with baby blue eyes. her belly was white as snow, along with the inside of her wings, her claws, horns, and tail-end. her tail-end was shaped like an icicle, as well as her horns. Fireflight looked at the hatchling.
"oh dear..." she said.
"Mama!" said the hatchling, excited, as she smiled happily.
