Not sure how or why it was off but it's on now. Thanks for letting me know.

Our accounts get thrown off again sometimes just minutes after turning it on.

Everybody needs to check their settings each time they open their game.

I have been monitoring this for a few days.

It’s been mentioned on this thread as recently as a few weeks ago, but seems to bear repeating. Please check and then periodically recheck your Activate privacy settings, allowing other players to search for you.

How do you get an Activate account? I'm worried that I might lose my game again.

Very simple. Go to Google and search for activision register and fill out the form. Then go to your LI game and go to settings and click on the Activate button and then type your info in to login

Once you have logged in, go into your Activate account, within your game, and go to settings and scroll down to edit privacy settings. Since the topic of the forum is New Activate Friends, you can edit your privacy settings and ensure the make yourself known is turned "ON".

Looking for more friends on Lost Islands...my activate ID is: thommmmmmas_

Have checked my privacy settings and should be all good to find me.

Well, I just went through a whole process of creating an Activision account, and linking all 4 of my other accounts [XBoxLive, PSN, Nintendo_Network, and Steam] to it. Doing that allowed me to sign it in as an Activate account on Lost Islands, so, perhaps I can friend a few of you now?

I have just tried to send you a friend invite SoulfulWolf, but an Activate search couldn't find you. Maybe you need to adjust your Privacy Settings in the settings menu as they may currently be set to not allow others to find you? I just found I had to reset mine too.

Just fixed it. It took me a moment to realize there were different Activate tabs at the bottom of my phone.
