Some say there is a place where you can make avatars and other pictures move. I went there once, don't remember the name, but I never manage to gae a picture moving.

I can, you mean animation, Felines? Then yes. There is a website that I use to make my avatars and some small animation things... Paris knows about that. But I dunno where to go to make full-length animated things, other than making it in Movie Maker and uploading it to YouTube... /:
