Fireflght walked over to it, and looked at it, she wanted to know what it was

It then moved upwards. She was worried what it was, so moved to the side of it, away from the entrance. She wasnt sure what it was, until it moved in and she could see a face, sleeping.

*what is it?!* she thoguht to herself, she was wondering who or what was here

The face then woke up, seeing Fireflight looking at it. It the hid inside after seeing Fireflight.

Fireflgiht, slowly and carefully, walked inside, she was curious to see what it was

Fireflight saw Nightfire inside curled up scared.
'Wh-what do you want?' He said in a shakey voice

Fireflight looked at him relieved, "thank goodness i found you! Nightfire, its me, Fireflight! i need to take you home! come with me please, i won;t hurt you!" she said, nicely

'I need to find my mom!! I dont know if can trust you.......' He said, calming down slightly. 'Just let me find her!!' He said as he got up, than ran past fireflight and took flight again.

"ugh! not again! dose this kid ever slow down!" she said to herslef, as she flew after him

'Mom?!! Where are you!!' He shouted as he tried to look for his mom.

Fireflight flew faster to keep up with him, "Nightfire! slow down! i can help you! i need to talk to you! its about your parents!" she said, hoping he would slow down

Nightfire slowed down. 'You know where my mom is?' He asked.

Fireflight looked at him, "Nightfire, before your dad died, he told me what happened to your mom, he told me, that he wanted me to take care of you, you see.......................i'm afraid..........that your mom.........died a few years ago...........i'm sorry! i know what its like not having any family left, i lost almost my whole family a few years ago, but i do know that you can trust me! your father wanted me to take care of you! i'm sorry about your parents, but you can trust me, i'll take care of you, if you let me!" she said

Nightfire looked away from Fireflight. He couldn't handle his loss. He lost his parents before he even saw them. During his loss, he forgot to keep on flying and started to fall but didnt realize this because he was to obsessed with the loss.

Fireflight wasn't going to let him fall, she dove down and flew as fast as she could, she cought Nightfire, and put him down on the ground, "are you ok, Nightfire?!" she asked

'No........................i lost my parents before i met them......................i have no family...............................no friends.................nothing'

Fireflight looked at him, with motherly eyes, "you have me! your father told me to take care of you! and, thats exactly what i'll do! for as long as i live, you'll always have someone to take care of you, and love you! i may not be your real mom, but i can still take care of you! i lost my only daughter a few years ago, now i'm given a second chance to be a mother again! let me take care of you! you can come and live with me if you wan to!" she said

'I just have one qeustion..........................what were my parents names?'

"your parents were Silro and Icefire! before Silro died he told me to find your egg, and take care of you!" she said

'This unfair though' He started to cry at this point. 'I never even saw them, and now i cant..............' He said as he continued crying.

Fireflight moved closer to him, to try and calm him down, "calm down, Nightfire! i'm here, i'll take care of you!" she said, acting like any mother would, then she thought of something "Nightfire, what if you could maybe speak to them, i can't bring them back, but maybe with some magic, you can at least talk to them, and know who they are!" she said

'But that would hurt me more....................knowing them but never seeing them again........' He said back.

Fireflight looked at him, "i'm just trying to help, i talk to my daughter all the time" she said, "i can take care of you, i am a mother, i can take care of you, like you were my own son!" she said

Nightfire just realized the facts and knew he had no one else. Neither did fireflight. It seemed best that he joined her.

Fireflight looked at him, with loving motherly eyes, "i'll take care of you, if you let me!" she said

'I----I will.............'

Fireflight looked at him, you could tell she was happy, "good! now, let me take you home, i can teach you how to use your powers, if you haven't learned already!" she said

'Huh?........Powers?..........I tried,........my mom and dad told me how to learn them on the note, i tried it exactly, no mistakes, but i couldnt use them.............and i dont know if i can breath fire, since my dad never was able to, and my mom was an ice dragon.............'

Fireflight thought for a moment, "well, i can teach you! i know all the elements!"

'But i know how to use them, i just cant............' he then tried to use an ice breath, and Fireflight saw he did it exactly right, but still nothing.

"hmm.........................i don't know, you did it right, have you tried all of your powers?!" she asked

'everything, from breaths to furys, nothing.' He said as he looked down sad.

Fireflight looked at him with motherly eyes, "maybe we can look in the vision pool, or look in some books, or maybe for some odd reason, you need someone to show you how to use each power, i don't know, i'm just trying to help!"

'But i know how to use them! I just cant!' Fireflight doesnt notice it, but he starts to get a dark aura round him.

"well, maybe Bluefire can help us, hes good at firguring things out!" she said

'I doubt he will figure it out..............my parents said that im special, that i have a different way of using my powers, they knew......................and said that they're the only ones who know...............................and now they're gone...........................i cant learn how to use my powers!!!' He started to get angry and the aura had gotten more noticable.

Fireflight saw it now! "this can't be good!" she said, getting worried, "um, Nightfire, you have a black aura around you!" she said

'What?..........' He said after hearing this. 'I dont see an aura.....................if only i did have one........................then i could use a special power...................but there's no way to learn it!!!! No one knows how to!!!!!' The aura broadened and became more darker. 'Why did they have to go.............why.' The aura seemed to lighten, but only a little bit.

"its still there, you have a black aura around you! it seems to be reacting to your emotions just like my powers!"

'There isnt an aura! I would know by now! I cant have an aura! I dont know of any powers! I dont have any powers!' The aura now was pure dark. 'Im just a dragon who can only fly!' Just then, the trees around Nightfire started crumbling round them both, Fireflight was feeling weaker as well. The aura round him didnt change.

"Nightfire, stop! i feel weaker! you must have powers! the trees are crumbling, i'm getting weaker, if you calm down, then it will stop!" she said

He didnt hear her. He just sat there with an aura round him, his eyes closed.

Fireflight still felt a little weak, "Nightfire, just calm down, you have an amazing power! i've never seen anything like it! it must react to your emotions, every time you get upset, the aura gets darker, then everything around you is affected by it!" she said

Then everything stopped. Fireflight felt fine again, and Nightfire just looked at her. 'What just happened? What happened to the tree's?' He said as he looked around him. The aura was round him, but was very light.

(um, Bluefire?! don't you mean Nightfire?!)

"you used a power! i don't know what it is, but its amazing!" she said

'But how?..........and how come i cant remember it?'

she looked at him, "i don't know, it seemed to have been activated trough emotions, when you got mad, it aura around you got darker, then all this happened, my power is activated through emotions, but not like this!"

'But,............' He tried to do anything else, but was unable to. 'How come i cant do anything else?' He tried getting angry to use anything, even thinking about the fact only his parents knew how his powers worked. But, nothing. 'Why ant i do anything now?!' he did seem to get angry as he did before, but there was no aura round him. Before it seemed like he could be an empath dragon, but now with his new result, even Fireflight didnt know what type he was.

Fireflight thought for a moment, "i don't know, you almost seem like an empath dragon, but diffrent, i'm sorry, but Silro didn't tell me about your powers, i don't know how i can help"

'What types can you get? I know that there's Fire, earth, ice and electric, but is there any other type?' He asked trying to find out more about himself.
