Anyone know any good romance/comedy animes?
I have a few in mind.
Any genres you don't want to see and any age restriction?

I'm guessing she means comedy and romance, so Watamote wouldn't be a good choice.

Yes, comedy AND romance.

Well school-based animes are always entertaining, for me anyway. And I'm not really into supernatural, but it depends on how much supernatural stuff the anime has in it, and then I'll decide whether to watch it or not. |

Ah, yes I have a few in mind.
Though, to tell the truth, there goes half of the ones I was going to say before. The thing some of the ones I have watched have nudity(Boobies!), are ecchi, and are harem. I know how some people don't like these and want more of a slice of life anime. |

A few popular Romance/Comedies are Ouran, Fruits Basket, Skip Beat and Maid Sama.
I agree with 'the less supernatural stuff the better'. I prefer anime that are more realistic. Not necessarily school and slice of life, but just not have a lot of supernatural powers. I can enjoy an anime with loads of fights and fantasy as long as it's realistic and no fire/ice/etc powers are present (like Runouni Kenshi, Attack on Titan and now Noragami). But since I love Puella Madoka Magica, Fullmetal Alchemist, Black Butler manga, Blue Exorcist and Shakugan no Shana first season, all which are quite supernatural, it may not be the powers themselves, but just 'have more content than 'fights and spamming the powers'', so i dunno lol. Eh I remember loving Bleach up to the end of the third season, but then it just became a typical shonen anime after that arc.

Ah, yes, I like Black Butler, Madoka Magica and Shakugan no Shana.
And I was thinking of watching Maid Sama, actually, and Fruits Basket (I can't believe I haven't watched it yet). And I've got the whole season of OHSHC on DVD, as well as Black Butler, and Rozen Maiden. Still need volume 2 of Madoka Magica though. And along with my DVD's, I have two volumes of Black Butler, and two volumes of OHSHC. |

I think I just watched a really disgusting anime. But it wasn't disgusting until the last three OVA episodes. So the anime itself wasn't really gross. But the OVA episodes pretty much took a **** on the entire anime. AAAAHHHHHHHH THATS ****ING DISGUSTING WHY OREIMO WHY

Both. They were perfectly fine. But the ending for season 2 wasn't really an ending. So I had to search online for the OVAs for the actual ending. So if you ever want to watch season 2, don't look for the OVAs. |

Apparently Black Butler season 3 has been confirmed.
come on pleeeeeeeeease be a reboot and follow the manga i want to see the circus arc animated dammit and the manga is better than the anime (oh god season 2 was awful). if this happens i will be one VERY happy person now all i need is durarara second season (and more SNK/AOT but it's obvious that's going to get second season) Also it seems like the Noragami manga is really picking up the pace, which is freaking brilliant. Probably thanks to the anime production giving the series a lot of recognition.

Considering there is HEAPS of source material now, I don't see any reason why they won't do it, unless the production team just want to create their own anime. It wasn't like before, where they had to take an original root because they caught up with the manga very quickly. This is why I hate it when an anime gets created too early. They need to learn to ether wait for a little bit longer or create smaller seasons so the manger doesn't get covered too quickly. if it does turn out to be more original crap and following the second season, then i won't waste my time watching it

I just did some research and apparently Nisekoi (my fav airing show at the moment) is being made by the same company as Puella Magi Madoka Magica. It somehow managed to find its way into Shonen Jump. Which is confusing to me cause I thought they only did shows most boys would like.
I still need to check out Noragami..... |

Apart from that the most recent one I watched would be the Madoka Magica Rebellion movie. |

goddamit so many people are complaining that kuroko no basuke is going downhill with the latest match. i agree with most of the reasons, but i think they're all taking it to the extreme. anyone else reading the manga and not complaining? maybe it's my lack of basketball knowledge that makes me still like it. I've been recently watching the anime called "Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood". It is essentially about two brothers who are alchemists, people who can manipulate things to make them into different objects. These brothers were trying to revive their mother, and broke the taboo of the Alchemists. Now, the older brother has a metal arm and leg, while the younger brother's spirit is stuck inside a suit of armor. They hope to find the Philosopher's Stone to help bring back their bodies.
Sure, it is a little gorey, but the language is only mild (no terrible swear words), and other than that, it is a fine series to watch. Mind you, I only just finished the first season, and just started the second. Anything past that, don't talk to me about it. |
