Spyro's crush on Ninjini is non-canon, the writer of that children's book said she never really does stories canon to the games or the characters.

They can't be siblings since Spyro is from another dimension, but the Return of the Dragon King questions how sure he is of that.

The series is not canon too, so, who knows?

It's not non-canon, alternate canon. Same people, same backstories, different course of events and possibly personalities.

We don't know what kind of backstories they may have put in for the Skylanders/characters in the show. Eric would've changed their stories a little on how Eon enrolled them into the Academy or something.

Yeah, but I mean that it's different from the children's books, which are entirely non-canon. The stuff in them just didn't happen.

I got Netflix recently so that I could watch the new Bo Burnham special, so I'm good!

well the showrunners of the show are the ones of futurama, and they made some really wierd episodes.

infact whan it comes to futurama, the wierd episodes were the ones that were not wierd at all

I just saw one of Eric's Futurama episodes today... It was pretty weird, but hilarious (just like the clips we saw). It even included a musical montage similar to the Kaos X Golden Queen sequence.

It made me hyped for the show. His writing style will fit this show well!

It was Silence of the Clamps. It was a Season 8 episode! Full List of Episodes Eric wrote.

Also, I find it kinda amusing how we never took the hint. Dreamcatcher's backstory mentions Golden Queen looked for relationship advice. While it's possible Eric just went off of that for the humor, it still fits with what we know since it's never said who she's actually pursuing.

Just look up Justin Long's voice. It's his exact normal voice

He says a grand total of two lines, and yeah, the issue is that it's a grown up guy's voice coming from a tiny dragon boy. Sounds nice? Yeah. But it fits Spyro? I don't think so.

I don't mind it because he's never sounded like a younger boy to me. He still sounded older when Josh Keaton voiced him. It could just be me, but I think it's decent.

In the games he sounds like a teenager though. I thought he sounded like a late-middle aged man in that clip. Maybe my memory is just exaggerating it.

Agreed. It's clear that Spyro (and a good amount of Skylanders, surprisingly) is in his teenage years.

I wouldn't say teenage years, but even if he was like 20, he wouldn't sound that deep unless there were some puberty shenanigans. Even his Classic voice was older,but still closer to high pitched.

I thought Spyro always sounded a bit older in the Skylander games, even if Josh Keaton still voicing him.

I... Honestly don't like Josh Keaton Spyro. Maybe it'll grow on me since we've so far only heard two voice clips though.
Everyone else sounded good though, especially the ones who kept their original voice actors.

Josh Keaton was still voicing Spyro in Imaginators.

Ironically, I don't really remember of Spyro's voice on that scene for now. Maybe it vanished because of the short appearance he had. But I think it was nothing really bad.

So I looked on the imdb page of Skylanders Academy, and it lists a character called Kaossandra who is voiced by Catherine O'Hara..
