OOC: sorry! I was away.

OOC: Welcome back!

Scott jumped up to a higher branch, grabbed a couple of vines, and jumped back down to stand by Matilda. "Take a hold of one of these," he said, grabbing one of the vines and handing the other to Matilda. "And then, you go back to the edge of the branch, run forward, and swing to the next branch." Scott then went back to the edge of the branch, ran up, and leaped off, vine still in his mouth.

Matilda laughed.
"Looks fun! I'm in!" She takes the vine and swings to the next branch.

Scott leaped from the vine to the next branch, then grabbed two more, handed one to Matilda, and swung off again. "WOOO HOOO!!!" He cried, his voice muffled by the vine.

Matilda followed Scott, smiling.

Delgato laughed.
"Matilda's always up for stunts."

"I've noticed." Lila said, coming back over to sit by Alyx, Delgato and Kargolo.

Scott landed on the next branch, wasting no more time in grabbing two more vines, then taking off again.

Alyx smiled and Delgato laughed.

Matilda jumped after Scott. She almost slipped, but quickly recovered.

As Scott landed on the next branch, he waited for Matilda.

Matilda landed beside Scott, grinning happily.

"You enjoying yourself?" Scott asked. "You look like you're having fun."

Matilda smiled and nodded.
"I'm having so much fun Scott. Thanks."

Scott nodded. "Let's get down." He said, grabbing another couple of vines and then sliding down on one.

Matilda jumped down instead of using the vine. She landed gracefully on her paws.

"You ready to go?" Scott asked.

Matilda nodded.

"Let's go then." Scott said.

Delgato and Alyx padded with Scott, Lila, and Kargolo, while Matilda trailed behind as usual.

Scott dropped back to walk by Matilda, motioning for Lila to lead the way.

Matilda looked to see Scott beside her.
"Hey."

"Figured you might want some company." Scott said. "You were somewhat depressed before, it seems."

Matilda smiled.
"Thanks. I feel so outcasted."

Kargolo lingered on the outside of the group. He wasn't sure about this, travelling with others. Maybe it'd be good for him to make 'friends'. He'd at least try. He had grown to know these characters, and he was changing his mind about eating them.

OOC: Me maksie new character.

Personality: He's usually very happy go lucky, and loves swimming.

Scott nodded. "What do you think we should do when we get to the Savannah?" He asked.

Matilda shrugged.
"I don't know. Trojan met some mean dogs there, so we need to be careful. He met a cool wolf that saved him though."

"Well, I guess we'll find out soon enough." Scott said. "New adventures await us!"

Matilda cocked her head.
"If I recall correctly, that wolf is a solo wolf, but travels with another wolf."

OOC: Those two might take the place of Alyx and Delgato. Still deciding.

Kona was trotting along the Savanah, as happy as he could be.

Scott nodded. "Maybe we'll meet them." He said.

Matilda nodded.
"Trojan always said that if I eve ran into him, his name's Kirito."

"Well, I guess we'll find him then." Scott said.

Matilda nodded.
"Maybe."

Kargolo watched the two. He seemed jealous at how close the two were. He looked away. His eyes fell upon a rustling in a bush. This time, he ran into the bush, held it in the air by the roots, and shook it, making several little creatures tumble out. He slaughtered most of them instantly. Kargolo let them fall into his beak. A pouch opened up in his beak, and the dead animals were inside. This would be their means of transport. Until the others were hungry.

Alyx lifted her head to look around.
"Hey guys, when we reach the savannah, Delgato and I are going to go on our own."

Delgato nodded.
"We have places that we need to visit, and many things to do."

OOC: They'll come back at some point, but for now, I'm going to replace them with two new characters.

"What? You can't go!" Kargolo shrieked.

Delgato shook his head.
"We have to leave."

Alyx looked at Matilda.
"Matilda. You're a good wolf. Don't ever doubt yourself. You are the best cousin." she says. She pads to Scott and whispers to him. "Take care of Matilda. Keep her happy and," she pauses, "don't break her heart."

Scott nodded. "I won't." He said. "You two take care."

Lila turned to the two. "I'll really miss you both." She said. "Alyx, thanks for helping me when we first met." She turned to Delgato. "Despite the fact that you initially tried to kill me, I'll miss you too. I've grown to care about both of you, and I'll meet up with you again someday, okay?"

Delgato smiled and Alyx nodded.
"We'll be careful. Thanks Lila. Thanks Scott." Alyx says.

As the two head off from the group, Delgato whispers to Matilda,
"If you are still worried about Kargolo, tell Kirito. He'll keep on eye on him. I don't doubt my brother."

Kargolo's head drooped. He had grown to like those two. Now they were gone. He ran after them. He stopped before them, and, making a gagging noise, dropped some small dead animals in front of them, to eat. "A goodbye present." The eagle said, "And a thank you present. Now, goodbye, and thanks." With that, he stood there for a few seconds, then ran back to join the others.

Delgato nodded to Kargolo.
"Thanks. My brother will be keeping a close eye on you."

Alyx picks up the prey and bumps her cousin.
"Delgato, stop intimidating people."

Lila and Scott looked back at Alyx and Delgato. "I'll miss them." Lila said.

Matilda nodded in agreement.
"Come on. We should get going."

Scott nodded and followed Matilda. Lila hesitated for a moment, but followed the two slowly. "Come on, Kargolo." She said.

The group had reached the savannah. Matilda looked around, her ears pricked for that group of wolves that had attacked her cousin and brother.

"You do know who we're looking for, right?" Lila asked.

Matilda begins to nod, when she whips around, hearing a noise. Wolves come from nowhere, ambushing the small group.

Scott whirled around, and Lila jumped a bit, but they could not flee. "Who are you?" Scott asked.

The lead wolf snarled.
"The ones that rule this area. Get lost!" he snarls, tackling Scott.

A wolf tackles Lila.

Another wolf hurls Matilda. She lands at the feet of a black and white wolf.

Scott tackled the black and white wolf next to Matilda, pinning him down. Lila struggled, but could not push the wolf on top of her off. "Wait!" She said. "We didn't mean to trespass, we're just looking for someone named Kirito!"
