Chapter 22: "The New Rulers"
~Underground~

Laghora laughed weakly, as she stared at the soon- to- be rulers.
"To ever hide your original identities, I shall give new names," she said, "Syrah, your personality is going to be very different than before, and for that, I give you the name--Brightfury." "As for you -Malak- you are now to be the opposite of what you used to be; and therefore- I'll name you Blackice," she continued. "NightSky, do whatever that pleases them both. It is time for myself to leave, but remember, my spirit will forever live on in here," the shape-shifter ended, as her whole body disappear.
As the room got empty, NightSky glared at the dragons. "I guess it's you and me," he said. "Hmph, it seems so," replied Brightfury. "It's so shallow in here...I love it," smiled Blackice. "When she said that he was going to be the opposite than before, she really meant it," responded the panther,
shaking his head. "Brother, must you be so...so.. not concentrated?! We are going to be learning about our powers, and you just think about how
shallow this place is?!" she hissed. "I'm sorry!" he replied, backing away.
"This is going no where! I'm gonna cast a spell on you that will make your
personality less pathetic!" he yelled. The panther then raised his zeptar up, chanted a spell, and changed Blackice's attitude.
"I hope that will work." "Blackice" "What do you want now? Can't we just
stop asking questions, and get to what is really important?!" he growled.
"Excellent. Panther you are a genius," she said. "May we begin then?" he
ask. The Yin-Yang Dragons both agreed.....

Chapter 23: "Teleportation"
~DreamWorld~

"There are many ways to master it, my child," she responded, "for myself, I glow entirely, and I transport to anywhere I think of. Watch this." Midnight's wings then spread, raised her head up hing, and her body glowed light blue.
It then turns more brighter, as she disappered. "Now what?" said Dawn, to herself. *I suppose I could master this* So Dawn cleared her mind, does the same position as her mother, and her pendant began to glow. It then grew around her body, and she thought of a place to go. As it brightens, she teleported to the plains.
In the plains, a bright glow appears, for Dawn had master this easily.
"Awesome," she said. "For a beginner, you did this as if you were teleporting like any other dragon would," said Midnight, walking behind her. "Uh, thanks," she replied, "there are others?" "In our family, in others, yes," she responded. "I see. So, is that all you are going to teach me? If so, I want to go home, immediately," she spoke. Midnight gave a
little sigh and said, "Yes, we are done for now, little one." "Good," she ended, as Dawn teleported back to the real world.
Why must I lie to my own daughter?" Midnight questioned. "Perhaps, you do not want to see her hurt, than she is right now," said a male dragon.
"You are right....Pablo. But I have to tell her one day."
"Just don't pick a day where she feels frustrated or anything else," he said. "You love her so much, don't you?" "Of coarse I do. I just still don't
understand why you need me," he continued, "you are the Dragoness of the Moonlight's Healer. A very helpful, powerful dragoness."
"Yes, but even a powerful one needs assistance. They are very busy, you
know," she responded. "I just hope Dawn would understand. To understand that I decided to help you, instead of reliving," Pablo sighed,
while he thought of many things......

Chapter 24: “Explanations”
(Part 1 of 2)
~The Land of Moonlight~

The rest of the night remained quiet and peaceful, with few chirpings that came from the same creatures living there. The land became lighter now from the moon shining ever so bright, along with the stars as well.
Back in the guest room, Chief Prowlus quietly packed up his items. This was because he -of coarse- is tired of traveling for no reason. As he was about to open the door and take-off, his roommate –Hunter- woke up to see him leaving. “What are you doing?”
he whispered, “you are going to disturb the others with that noise.” “I don’t care about them right now, they have enough time to rest. Unlike myself,” he replied. “What are you saying?” “What I am speaking about is that I have no time to waste, to journey along with the pack; without a cause,” he answered, “I am parting ways now. I have more important things to do at the valley.” “And you don’t think that this isn’t important at all? We are trying to locate two missing hatchlings that are part of the family! To stop this world from dieing?! And you think that this doesn’t matter at all?,” Hunter responded, “you are just a selfish, helpless cheetah. There is no help needed at the valley; you dare to call yourself a leader?”
Chief Prowlus was speechless and finally responded, “Fine. Mock me all you want, but I am still leaving. Forget coming back to the village, you are no longer welcome back,” he ended, walking out of the door. Hunter sighed, putting his hand on his face, and went back to sleep.
Dawn tiredly woke up to stare at Rookie’s face. Her eyes widen, got up, and looked around the room. Rookie then heard her, as he stretched out, “What happened now?” he said, while yawning. “Nothing, I just visited my mother to learn some new powers,” she replied, smiling at Rookie, “that place looked so wonderful, so peaceful. Oh! I just love that place.” “Sounds like you had fun,” he replied, sitting next to her. “I was, until my mother and I had a little argument over someone.” “Pablo?” he asked. “Yeah, I just miss him so much. It feels as if there
is this hole in my heart,” she responded. “I’m so sorry to hear that, I guess now you have less time to live,” he joked. “Rookie, it’s not like I’m REALLY gonna die soon. I’m just expressing how I feel,” she said, laughing. “I know, I just wanted to see you smile or laugh.” “Well, are you happy now?” she asked.
“Not until you are.” “I am,” she smiled. “Then I am too,” he smiled back. “Thanks,” she replied, giving him a friendly kiss on the cheek. Rookie blushed, and quickly added, “So I guess you’re wondering where we are at, right?” “Yep!” “Well, we are at a place called The Land of Moonlight. We stopped here because we were getting very tired, and because I knew this place,” he answered. “Well, good thing we have you in the group,” she responded. “Oh! And also this is the place where most of the citizens worship dragons like you!” he exclaimed. “Really?! You’re not lying, right?” “Would a friend ever lie to you?” he asked. Dawn smiled, as someone knocked at the door.

Sally: Ohhhh!!!! Dawn, Wanderist is gonna KILL you!!

Fireball:

Dawn: What?! A dam friendly kiss dude!

Me: Did I mention she did that on my last story? When she first meant him as well?!

Dawn: Not helping!

Rookie: What's going on here?

Me: *is quiet*

Dawn: *thinks of walking away*

Sally: Rookie, I'm telling Wanderist on you!

Rookie: What's going on?!

Me: *face palm*

Dawn: *face palm*

Me: Copy-cat!

Dawn: Wha-? Nevermind

Sally:

Dawn: *sighs*

Wanderist: Hey people!

Chapter 25: “Explanations”
(Part 2)

“Who is it?” asked Rookie. A male dragon dressed -- in a white hooded robe -- opened the and answered, “It is time for our ritual; please join us, if you please.” “We’ll be right there, and are the others awake as well?” he questioned. “They are already outside, waiting for you two,” he replied. “Thank you.” After the dragon left, Dawn asked, “A ritual? I wonder what that is about.” “I guess we’ll find out for ourselves. C’mon!” he said, running out the door. Dawn followed him, as she glared at the beauty of the land.
*More lovable places* she thought. “Dawn! You okay?” questioned Cynder.
“I am now!” she responded. She then stared at the flowers on top of the trees. “Those flowers look beautiful!” she exclaimed. “I knew you were going to enjoy them,” said Celestial. “Wha-” she spoke, looking behind her. “Hello, my name is Celestial. I am one of the many dragons here who worship your kind.”
“Uh, thank you Celestial. What’s going on here? What type of ritual is this, and why so close to midnight?” Dawn questioned. She laughed and responded, “Such a questionable dragoness you are. This is a weekly ceremony token on every Friday. We believe that on all Fridays, the chosen ones brighten up those flowers –even more– to cure our sick families,” she explained. “So not only are these flowers to awe at, but also to cure sickness?” “And yet, a smart one as well. You are correct, little chosen one,” she smiled. “Now, it is time to watch the magic happen!”
Everyone gathered together to wait for this ritual to approach, and to see how powerful these rare flowers can actually cure sickness…..

Chapter 26: “The Midnight Ritual?!”

*But I believe that these flowers can do better than this* thought Dawn. The Moon suddenly shined brightly along with the flowers as well. Sparkles floated around the whole territory as everyone felt at peace once again. “Now, anyone who is very ill, please go to where Moonshine is standing at!” yelled out a dragon. It seemed as if half of the citizens were ill. “I can’t believe this! Celestial, may I ask you something?” Dawn said. “Go ahead.” “In a month, how many sick dragons die to wait for these flowers to cure them?” she questioned. “It’s very gloomy to say. About five, I assume,” she answered, “why do you ask?” “This isn’t good,” Dawn whispered to herself.
Dawn then flew up to a near-by tree, and yelled out to the whole public, “Everyone please! Is this the only way to cure any sickness?! Do you not have any medication to slow down the disease, so that when it is time to use this flower, you wouldn’t die waiting?!” “I agree with her,” responded Spyro. “Same here,” said the allies. “Because all Of the plants here aren’t so useful!” yelled out a sick-elderly dragon. “Perhaps you aren’t combining them well!” she replied. “What do you know about plants?!” said another. “Because, I am one with Nature! I am too a chosen one!” she continued. “You are wasting our time speaking, instead of helping us getting cured!” yelled the elder dragon. “You see, a young little child just passed away!”
“Oh crud!” she told herself, as she flew over to the female child. “You see what you did?!” exclaimed Moonshine, “I was about to cure this one—until you interrupted. You—so called—chosen one.” “You do not know [/i][/b]anything[/i][/b] about curing! I’ll change your mind of thinking that I am not a select one,” she growled. Dawn, at that moment, closed her eyes and transformed into LightDawn—a.k.a Midnight.
“this is a much quicker way to cure everyone and to bring any dead back to life,” she said. *When the Moon is High, a Dragon is nigh. Forget this fright, as we make it though this end-less night!* she chanted her spell, as the moonlight shined upon her.
After that, Midnight rose up, and unleashed her Lightfury. Everyone felt healthier and stronger once more, and the mothionless ones, woke up as well. "That was...amazing," said the elder. "I bet that I can make thse flowers more useful in many ways, and could be used anytime," Midnight said, turning back to normal. "that would be great! I apologize for the way I—WE acted toward you," responded Moonshine.
"No need. Just here to help out, said Dawn.
"Well then, what a night this was. Is anyone tired? Or do you still want that little feast?" questioned Celestial. Everybody cheered out, in responce that they do want to stay up later.

Chapter 27: "Recreation"

"Well. I'm austonished of what you just did! You are an excellent dragoness!
The one who pleases anyone with a situation," said Hunter. "Thanks,"she replied. "Anyone hungry?" asked Cynder. "Of coarse! We haven't ate anything the whole day!" exclaimed Spyro. "Let's go then," Dawn smiled. "Great speech. I'm sure Pablo is glad you did that," said Rookie. "yeah. Thanks Rook," she replied. As they met up with the others, an elderly--fully colored light blue--- dragoness walked up to Dawn. "If I am not interupting, may you please improve these flowers for all of the citizens here?" "Sure thing! I'll do it right now!" she replied. "But I thought that you were hungry!" said Cynder. "I'll have a chance to eat later! Don't worry," she responded, flying off to a tree.
"So, if I am one with Nature, it means that I can also grow any plant," she told herself, "plus, with myself being a healer, to bring anyone alive again, and what not; I would be creating my very own flower!"
So Dawn raised her hand up, eyes turned light green, and made all of the
flowers disappear. She then concentrated on how the new species of flowers would look like, and then, one gre in front of her. A color blue--just like hers-- with sparkles floating around it. "Ecellent!" she exclaimed.
"Is everything going alright up there?" asked the female. "Everything will be alright! Get ready to glare at the new species of flowers!" she yelled.
Dawn raised her wings, closed her eyes, and tons of her plants grew on the trees, that caught everybody's eyes.

Chapter 28: "Moon Flowers"

"I'll name them...Moonflowers," she said, to herself. "They look even more amazing! The flowers are now new and improved!"[i/] are what some of the dragons said. [i]*She just gets better and better* thought Rookie. As Dawn then looked down at everybody, all at once, she felt a sharp pain on her back. She was about to look back, but she fainted, quickly plummeting to the ground below. "DAWN!!" yelled all of the allies. Hunter ran rapidly to where she was falling, and caught her.
"What happened?" questioned Celestial. "She seemed normal normal when I first spoke to her," she added. "I'm not sure...either," responded Hunter. "Look! There's something on her....um bu--" "Its on her back, Sparx," said Spyro, cutting his sentence.
Hunter then settled Dawn down, as he took out the needle. "Now, now! Everything is in control! Go back to your homes and have a good rest!" shouted Celestial, "is everything alright?" she questioned, walking beside Hunter. "No, someone or something shot this on her back," he replied.
"Do you feel a pulse on her?" Rookie asked. "No, I don't feel a thing."
Cynder then remembered Dawn's speech. "Wait! I knowhow to bring her back alive again! It's the flower, it will help," she said. "She's right, of coarse, that's what Dawn spoke about before," Sparx replied, "now, tell me if she's back--tomorrow. I'm gonna sleep."
"I'll go get one," said Spyro, flying off to a tree, ignoring Sparx. "Here Hunter," he said, giving him the flower. "I just wonder how to use it," he thought. "I don't know, let me try," replied Rookie. He then tried to shake off the sparkles on Dawn, but nothing happened. "Uh..." He rubbed it onto where the shot was at--nothing.
His final guess was to put the flower close to her nose, and like magic, she started to breath again. "Rookie! You're a genius!" Cynder exclaimed.
"That's the least unexpected place to do, when I thought about it," he said. "She's unconscious--again--I'll bring her to the guest room," Hunter sighed, as he picked Dawn up. "Poor Hunter," said Rookie. Everyone else
went back to their rooms, to have a good rest for the next day...
