If everyone remembers, everyone thought that wave 2 was TRU exclusive only on the 22nd, but others were reporting finding them at their local Targets the very same day. That Friday after launch, ALL Gamestops got in wave 2.

I expect the same with this wave.

This was the same guy that got me a Crystal Stealth Elf a couple of weeks ago, so I have no reason to doubt him, HOWEVER, I'll believe it when I see it. Personally, I think it would be a huge cash-grab for Activision to make them all available before the end of the fiscal year as I'm sure there are plenty of children receiving the game for the holidays.

Sorry folks. I tried.

On a side note I found interesting, TRU has changed shelf tags to say "SKYLANDERS RETIRED 3PK" for the S1 triple packs (which they had plenty of the Camo/Warnado packs).

They appear to have changed the foil from a solid foil, to a more diamond shaped pattern. Interesting. Also, can anyone else tell what the sticker actually says?

I haven't asked her yet, as she is at a friends house. Also, I was sick with the flu, so I really couldn't do much when she was around. When she comes home, I will ask her to check it out next time she goes to work.

It looks like the sticker says "LIGHTS UP!!" and "S'llumine!" which is the same thing, just in French.

That's super interesting though. I was thinking for a while that outside of the slightly different pattern thing, people probably didn't realize they light up. Although now, this could mean the original ones without the sticker might be semi "rare" like the target/walmart exclusive figures.

No, they won't. Giants still ship in boxes of 6, while they upped singles to boxes of 12.

If the 3 remaining Giants are released soon, there will be 2 of each per box. It seems stores get less boxes of Giants in, compared to boxes of regular singles. When TRU got wave 2 the day after launch, they got 1 box of Giants wave 2 in, 1 box of Lightcores in, and 3 boxes of regular singles.

Did you know the spikes on the ball from the catapult light up for what I think? On google I saw a picture and zoomed in and saw it's that kind of plastic like swarms stingers and on the box of it I saw they were yellow and on the catapult not

Loving Wave 3. Eruptor, Prism Break and Lightning Rod are three I've wanted to try since first discovering how awesome S2 reposes were. Stealth Elf is welcome too... I like the original color scheme. And Shroomy will allow us to have both builds without being dopey and re-buying the plain one again. Even if no Giants show, I'm happy.

And then Scorpion Striker in Jan. Wonderful.
