Name: Vaporeon
Battle Tips: With it's ability, Water Absorb, Vaporeon can be quite a good battler. It can counter it's grass-type weakness using Aurora Beam, an Ice-Type move. Surf is also a good choice for Vaporeon, as it has high power to strike down foes. Rain Dance and Hydro Pump are worthy choices as well.
Design: I really like the way Vaporeon is designed. It's so obviously aquatic, yet it still resembles Eevee! The only way they could make it better is if they make it a little more like Leafeon in a way where it's actually water and not just something that lives in water. It's still good, though.

Name: Jolteon
Battle Tips: Jolteon is one of the more popular evolutions. However, I find that Jolteon is very inconvenient when it comes to competitive battling. Sure, its speed rocks, and its special attack is okay for a Pokemon that fast, but now almost everyone has one in their team, and almost everyone has a Pokemon that's equipped well against Magnet Rise. Sure, ground moves will miss, but electric moves will still have no effect.
Design: Jolteon is an example of a wacky design. Sure, it's intimidating in a cute way, but I seriously get the creeps whenever I look at Jolteon. Honestly, GameFreak? You could've made a little more effort on poor Jolteon's part, eh?

Name: Flareon
Battle Tips: Flareon is great if you want to add a little fire power to your team- especially considering the shortage of fire types in D/Pt. Give it an unexpected boost with Shadow Ball and a bit of Curse & Overheat, you've got a little sucker to pwn your foes!
Design: For some reason, I find Flareon to be cute. I guess it's just "chubby", because seemingly the fatter they get in fanart, the cuter. is that weird? o.O

Name: Espeon
Battle Tips: Espeon's a great battler, but with the ever-so-common Umbreon, you'd better watch out! One Dark Pulse, and it's a 2HKO or a OHKO!
Design: Espeon isn't the best Eeveelution when it comes to design, but at least it's not terrible of wacky (Like Jolteon). It would be really beautiful if Gamefreak would add a little, say, 'Bling' to Espeon. It seems..... plain.

Name: Umbreon
Battle Tips: Umbreon is very deserving of its place in OU. It completely owns any Espeon that crosses its path, along with a majority of other Psychic types. It also makes a great tank.
Design: My least favorite thing about Umbreon is it's design. When I look at it, it seems that it should be a ghost type, not a dark type. I wish Gamefreak would've taken some time to make Umbreon actually look like a Dark Type.

Name: Leafeon
Battle Tips: Now, I personally like Leafeon- but as a grass-type trainer I can find power in all grass-types! With Leaf Guard in play, you can protect yourself from status conditions and power up solarbeam, but unfortunately using it will power up fire types, which is bad-bad.
Design: Leafeon's design is..... beautiful. Unlike some fanart of a supposed grass-type eeveelution, Leafeon is actually a plant, and not just similar to a plant. A++!

Name: Glaceon
Battle Tips: Okay, no offense to any Glaceon lovers out there, but Glaceon isn't that great. I don't challenge the fact that it's strong, but.... well, Vaporeon and Umbreon are better eeveelution choices.
Design: Glaceon is naturally beautiful and elegant, which makes up for it's lack in power.
