Part 57: The mysterious dragon returns

"Rookie, look at that crystal! It's causing the girls to go mad!" Pablo yelled to Rookie, still staring at the crystal. Rookie looked back at it, nodded, then turned back toward Dark Wanderist. "Move aside, pest!" Dark Wanderist yelled to Rookie. "Wanderist, no! It's me, Rookie! Stop this!" Rookie yelled, but Dark Wanderist wasn't listening. She immediately tackled him, knocking him into the giant hole behind him. He quickly grabbed the side to keep him from falling to his death. "Rookie!" Pablo yelled, but just then, ShadowWing smacked him with her wing, knocking him aside. "Pablo!" A different voice yelled. Just then, Sally tackled ShadowWing,then looked at Dark Wanderist. "Wanderist! Stop it, you idiot! Stop being what your not!" She yelled. This time, Dark Wanderist listened. She looked at Sally with eyes of trust. "My sister, this is what I am. I am not with these weak, useless pests! We are with the darkness!" She responded softly. Sally stepped back. "What?! Since when have you been with the darkness?! Don't you remember when you ran away?! All your life, you've been fighting evil! How can you just join the darkness now... after all these years?!" Sally yelled back. Dark Wanderist put her head down. "Yes, I know. I've been fighting it. I've been letting my parents down all this time. But....I've seen what the power of the darkness can do! I'm ready to become permanently evil! I'm ready to rule this world with you, my sister!" She replied.

Dark Wanderist and Sally stared at each other for several moments. ShadowWing remained silent along with the boys. Then Rookie noticed something in Sally's eyes that he felt happening to him as well. He looked quickly back at the dark crystal that Pablo mentioned before, then back at Sally. Her eyes were growing black with anger. He knew that the dark crystal was making her angrier. "Pablo! Come here, please!" Rookie said. Pablo did as he said. "Yes, Rookie, I know. Now's our chance. Let's destroy the crystal and end this fight!" Pablo said before his friend could say anything. But as soon as the two started getting close to it, the two automatically became angry and started to fight.
The two sisters continued staring. But they didn't get any more words out before Seymour landed. "Oh?! What's this?!" He said, smiling. Sally turned to him and growled. "What do you want now?!" She yelled, her eyes now turning purple. Just then, the same female dragness from the lake near Avalar landed next to Seymour. "Y-you!" Sally said, stepping back. The dragness was completely black. No other color but black. She was the same age as Wanderist and Sally. "Why, hello again, Wanderist and Sally! How nice to see our two dark princesses!" She said. Sally growled, but before she could say anything, Seymour cut her off. "I see you've met our other dark apprentice, Abby." He said, glancing at the dragness, then back at the two sisters. "Abby...?" Dark Wanderist said, glaring at her.

Meanwhile....

"The light! It's stopped!" Freezer yelled. "No! Really?!" Diamond yelled sarcastically. "Great! Now how are we supposed to find Wanderist!?" Hope said angrily. Just then, an explosion from a fireball occurred nearby. "Hey! What was that?!" Blizzard asked. "Dunno. Let's go find out!" Sapphire said, running toward it.

When the dragons got to the place of the explosion, they saw Fireball fighting a group of apes in a circle. "Fireball!" They all said, then started helping him kill them all.

Part 58: Sally VS. Abby

Abby ignored Sally's constant growling and turned to Dark Wanderist. "I see you've finally woken up,Wanderist." She said. Dark Wanderist just stared, then looked at Sally. "She's been awake this whole time! She's not evil and neither am I!" Sally growled. Abby turned and looked at her. "What's happened to you, Sally? It used to be you who could see the power of darkness. Now it's the other way around." Abby said, then turned to Dark Wanderist again. "Wanderist, maybe you should remind your sister of what darkness can really do for you." She told Dark Wanderist. DW's eyes widen, then she glanced at Sally, then back to Abby. "But....but she's my sister!" She said. "Yes, that's why you need to do this for her. She's fallen for the whole "darkness is bad for you" crap. She needs you to remind her of who she is!" Abby explained. "Don't listen to her, Wanderist! I've become this because of you! Your place isn't with them!" Sally growled. "See?! She's lost it! You must help her! You must correct what you've done." Abby told Dark Wanderist. Then before Dark Wanderist could say anything else, ShadowWing spoke up. "Excuse me." She said. Seymour turned to her. "Oh! ShadowWing! I see you've woken up as well." He said. ShadowWing nodded. "My next assignment?" She asked. Seymour looked around and saw Rookie and Pablo fighting. They weren't their dark sides yet, but they sure looked like they could turn evil any second. "Oh! Okay.I have one for you." Seymour said. "ShadowWing, can you please take care of those boys over there? Watching them fight over nothing is fun, but we can't have kids fighting here." He said. ShadowWing nodded and started walking toward Pablo and Rookie.

Pablo had just dodged a bite from Rookie when he noticed ShadowWing and remembered what he and Rookie were doing before they got into a fight. "No! Pizza is the best food in the world! Not cheeseburgers!" Rookie shouted before he tackled Pablo. "Ow! Dude, just a minute here!" He shouted, trying to calm down. "NO! PIZZA!" Rookie shouted, then tried to bite Pablo's tail. He quickly dodged it. "Alright,alright! Pizza is the best food in the world! Can we please go back to trying to break the crystal please?!" He yelled. "Crystal? What crystal?" Rookie asked, then before Pablo could respond, ShadowWing smacked Rookie with her tail. "Rookie!" Pablo yelled. ShadowWing turned to Pablo angrily, ready to smack him as well.

Dark Wanderist, Sally, and Abby stood silent for several moments. Abby and Sally both stared at DW. Then, Abby finally spoke up. "I understand. It must be really hard for you to fight your own sister. Even if you are the great dark princess trying to remind her of what's right for her. Well, no worries. I'll deal with it." Abby said, smiling. She then turned to Sally and growled. "Sorry, Sally, but this is for your own good!" Abby yelled. Sally growled back. "Bring it!" She yelled. Dark Wanderist stepped back, trying not to step in the giant hole behind her. "Oh no! What do I do?! She thought as the battle started with Sally shooting convexity at Abby, who quickly dodged it.

Part 59: Abby VS. Sally pt.2

Back with Pablo, Rookie, and ShadowWing.

“Dawn, stop this!” Pablo yelled. ShadowWing ignored him and slowly approached him. “YOUUU!!!!” A voice screamed angrily. Just then, Rookie’s dark side, ShadeWing, shot convexity at ShadowWing. “Wow! Good shot, Rookie!” Pablo said, surprised. But instead of a thank you, ShadeWing turned to Pablo angrily. “Cheeseburger lover…” He said, then started slowly approaching him. “What the?! I just complemented you!” Pablo yelled. But ShadeWing just ignored him, then once finally close enough, he smacked Pablo with his wing. “OW!” He yelled in pain as he flew back into the wall. He got up in looked ShadeWing in the eye. “Didn’t I JUST say that you were right?!” He yelled. ShadeWing ignored and started approaching again. Just then, Pablo noticed ShadowWing getting up behind ShadeWing. She was now sneaking up behind him. “Rookie, lookout!” Pablo yelled. ShadeWing quickly looked back just in time too see ShadowWing melee him with her strong horns. “Rookie!!” Pablo yelled as his ally flew into a wall beside him.

Dark Wanderist and Seymour watched as Sally and Abby fought each other angrily. Sally bit Abby in the leg, injuring it. “Abby!” Seymour yelled as Abby screeched in pain. She knocked Sally back with her horns. “Your…stronger then I thought. Just what I would expect from a dark princess.” She said. “I’m no dark princess! And neither is Wanderist!” Sally yelled as she charged toward Abby. “Sally, no!” Dark Wanderist yelled, then she quickly shot a blast of convexity between Sally and Abby, stopping Sally’s attack. “Wow!” She yelled as she stopped, then she looked angrily at her sister. “Wanderist, are you crazy?!” She yelled. Dark Wanderist glared at her for a long moment. “You’re attacking your ally! She’s trying to help you!” She finally said. “What?! No! She’s trying to make us evil, Wanderist! Can’t you see that?! She’s not trying to help us; she’s trying to corrupt us!” Sally yelled angrily. But before Dark Wanderist could respond, Abby shot a blast of convexity at Sally, shooting her backward into the wall where ShadeWing,ShadowWing, and Pablo were fighting. “AH!!” All three screamed, surprised to see Sally there recovering. “Sally! Are you alright?!” Pablo asked. Ignoring him, Sally charged angrily at Abby.

“Abby,lookout!” ShadowWing yelled as she watched Sally charge at Abby. She quickly rolled away from Sally’s attack. “What’s gotten into you, Sally?! Your parents would be VERY disappointed to be seeing this!” She yelled. Dark Wanderist and Sally both stared at her, surprised to hear about their parents. “Our…parents?” Dark Wanderist said quietly. Abby looked at Dark Wanderist. “Yes. They will be the king and queen of the new world.” Everyone (except Seymour and Abby) gasped. “Wanderist and Sally’s parents?!” ShadeWing said, turning back to Rookie. “Yes! Wanderist and Sally are the two princesses, so who do you think would be king and queen?” Abby replied. “Well….we thought Evil, Malefor’s father would be.” Pablo responded. Seymour and Abby looked at Pablo like he was an idiot. “Evil?! Why, he’s a SLAVE for the two of them. They defeated him in battle and took over his army.” Seymour explained. “What?! How is that possible?!” Rookie said, amazed. But instead of explaining, Abby just yelled “Enough talking! Sally, do I need to do this by force or not?!” She yelled. “You’re not DOING ANYTHING!!” Sally yelled, then charged at her again.

ShadowWing turned back to Pablo and Rookie angrily. “Now, let’s finish this!” She growled. “Rookie, let’s drop the food argument and break that crystal! Keep calm so that we don’t end up in another fight!” Pablo whispered. Rookie nodded. “Don’t whisper to your friend while I’m about to kill you!” ShadowWing snapped. She then slammed them both into a wall with her tail. “OW!!” They both yelled in pain. As ShadowWing started approaching them to finish the job, the two got up and looked at each other. “Pablo, you distract her! I’ll break the crystal!” Rookie whispered. Pablo nodded, then jumped between ShadowWing and Rookie. As the two growled at each other, Rookie ran over to the crystal, but as he got closer, he got angrier and angrier. “No! Stay calm!” He told himself as he got closer. Finally, the crystal started to take him over and turned him into ShadeWing again. But instead of turning to Pablo and ShadowWing and trying to kill them, he took all of his anger on the dark crystal that was right in front of him. He broke it, causing smoke to explode into the area, covering the three of them.

Once the crystal broke, Dark Wanderist started to turn into normal Wanderist. First, she felt tired. Then, as she started closing her eyes, her grey eyes went back to brown, her crystal turned back to clear, and her colors changed back into white and pink. Then, she finally collapsed. “Wanderist!” Seymour yelled, stopping the battle between Abby and Sally as all three ran to her.

Part 60: Death of a family member

WARNING: VERY LONG

As the smoke from the broken crystal cleared around Rookie,Pablo, and SW, the first thing Pablo saw was Dawn as laying on the ground as herself again. "Dawn!" He yelled as he ran to her. Just as he reached her, he heard a groan from further away. "Rookie!" Pablo yelled as Rookie got up. "Hey...Dawn okay?" He asked as he walked over. Pablo nodded. "She'll be fine. Go check on Wanderist and Sally." He told Rookie. He nodded, then ran off.

Seymour and Abby gathered around Wanderist, blocking Sally's way. "Move! Get away from my sister!" She yelled, then pushed Abby aside. "Wanderist?!" Another voice yelled. The three dragons looked behind and saw Rookie running over. "Move!" He yelled, pushing Seymour aside. "Hey!" Seymour yelled back. But Rookie and Sally ignored him. "Will she be okay?" Sally asked Rookie. "She should be. The same thing happened to Dawn when we destroyed the crystal." He replied. "Good! Then we'll be taking her and Sally home, thank you very much!" Abby said, then grabbed Sally. "HEY!!" She screamed. Then as Seymour was about to pick up Wanderist, Rookie tackled him. "Stay away from her!!" He yelled. As Seymour almost fell into the hole behind him, he regained his balance and glared at Rookie.

"Dawn?!Dawn,wake up!DAWN!" Pablo yelled to his unconscious girlfriend. Finally, Dawn opened her eyes. "Pablo?" She said confused as she got up in shock. "What happened?! Is Wanderist all right?" She asked. "It's alright, Rookie went to check on her and Sally. Do you remember-" Pablo said before being cut off by a scream. "What was that?!" Dawn asked. Then as the two dragons saw Abby taking off with Sally, they took off and flew toward them. "Hold on, Sally!" Dawn yelled. Just then, a shot of convexity almost hit Abby. The four dragons looked down to see Wanderist back on her feet. "Wanderist?!" Sally yelled. "Get your claws off of my sister!" She yelled to Abby. In shock, Abby said calmly,"Wanderist? You....normal again?! No way! With how long you were under that crystal's spell, I thought you would be permanently evil!" Wanderist growled at her. "If you had any knowledge of crystals,you would know that those crystals only work like that if the REAL side of a dragon chooses to become evil on their own or is under the spell for twenty four hours, you idiot!" She explained. "But I thought you did! You said you were ready to become permenently evil!" Abby replied. "My dark side said that! Not me. Do you really think I'd become permanently evil?" Wanderist growled. Just then, Seymour shook his head. "Hey! As fun as this conversation is, you don't have a choice,Wanderist! Your the only way the new world is possible!" He said, now stepping toward her,Pablo, and Rookie.

"That's it! LET ME GO!" Sally yelled, then finally used her shadow cloak to get out of Abby's claws and flew back to Wanderist. "Sally! Get back here!" Abby yelled, flying down toward them, but then Dawn (who had been in the air during that conversation) shot her with her shadow fire. "Leave them alone!" She yelled. "Dawn, no! Let me finish this!" Sally yelled, still on the ground"I minus well do this...there's no point now that Freezer's gone." She muttered. Wanderist looked at her. "Do what?" She asked. Sally sighed. "Look, Wanderist. This dragness is too strong to kill....unless I can push her down that hole." Sally explained. Her confused sister stared at her. "So? Just push her down. Why are you making such a big deal out of it?" She asked. Sally looked up at Abby, then down at the hole. "Because I can't use my breath attacks to push her down there. She's too strong; she'll just automatically recover and fly back up.So....the only way to push her down...is to take myself down with her with my convexity tackle." Wanderist's eyes widen with disbelief. "Sally, no!" She yelled. Rookie and Pablo looked back at them. "Hue? What's going on?" Rookie asked. "Nothing! You two hold Seymour off while Dawn hold Abby off! I have an idea...and I'm talking it over with Wanderist, so just shut up and distract them!" Sally said, then turned back to Wanderist. "Sally, I won't let you-" Wanderist tried to say, but Sally cut her off. "Look, it's the only way. It'll be up to you and the rest of the gang to take care of Seymour." She said, then turned to the sky where Dawn and Abby were fighting. Then she said, "Besides, I'd rather die then be evil again." She said. "Sally..." Wanderist said with tears in her eyes. "Just try not to get captured!" Sally said, then took off.

"Hey Abby!" Sally yelled, then tackled Abby. "SALLY!" Abby shouted in anger. "Dawn,get back to land! I've got this!" Sally told Dawn. "Um...okay." Dawn replied, then flew back down. Just as Sally started flying above Abby, constantly shooting breath attacks to distract her from following her up, the rest of the group came. Including Freezer. He finally got to shout what he had wanted to shout ever since he got to Dragon City. "SALLY!!!" Sally glanced at him, smiled, and then continued shooting breath attacks at Abby. "What is she doing?" Fireball asked. Then he looked down at the large hole and realized it. "SALLY,NO!" He shouted. "Hue? Fireball,what's wrong? What's she doing?!" Hope asked. But Fireball stayed silent and watched.

Finally, when Sally realized she had her chance, she charged up her convexity tackle. "SALLY, NOOO!!!" Wanderist and Fireball both shouted as she finally dashed down with her convexity tackle and hit Abby. Once it hit Abby, the group watched as both dragons were headed strait for the hole below them. "SALLY!!!" Everyone screamed. Then the two went into the whole. As they dissapiered into the dark hole, Abby shouted so loud that the apes who were still on their way could hear her. "SAAAALLLY!!!!YOUR PARENTS WILL BE DISSAPOINTED IN YOUUUU!!!!"

"SALLY!!!" Freezer shouted again, then flew strait into the hole. "Freezer, no!" Light yelled, but it was too late. "Sally..." Dawn whispered, full of tears. As Pablo hugged her, Wanderist walked over to the hole. Rookie, knowing what she was going to do, jumped in front of her. "Don't even THINK about it, Wanderist!" He yelled.

OOOH!!!! This is just awesome! But sad to see that Sally had to kill herself to kill Abby....

Part 61: The battle

"Freezer!" Light and Sapphire both yelled as they both ran to the hole, hoping to see Freezer coming back up the hole with Sally. But no matter how much everyone wanted that, nothing came back up the hole. Everyone stood there for fifteen minutes expecting something to come back up the hole, but nothing did.

"Rookie, move!" Wanderist yelled after getting tired of waiting for a miracle. "No! You're not going down there! There's no way you'll make it back up! NO dragon's wings can take a dragon THAT far." Rookie said. "Don't underestimate me! My wings can get me down there and back up! Now move!" Wanderist yelled, and pushed Rookie aside with her wing. "Wanderist, no!" Him and Fireball both yelled. Fireball then flew across the hold to her and put a wing around her shoulder. "Wanderist, I'm sorry. It hurts me as much as it hurts you, but it's over. I'll be surprised as heck if Freezer even gets back up alive." Fireball said sadly. "Wanderist, we're all unhappy about Sally's death, but you can't just fly down there!" Rookie said. But before Wanderist or anyone else could respond, Seymour, who had been standing there the entire time spoke. "Ahem!" He said. Wanderist glared back at him. "Shut up and get a life! Nobody gives a crap about you!"She yelled. Seymour growled and started walking slowly toward her, Rookie, and Fireball. Rookie stepped toward him and snarled. "Stay away from her!" He said. Just then Wanderist stepped toward Rookie and growled. "Shut up! I don't need you to protect me and tell me what I can and can't do! I can take care of my freaking self!" She yelled. Rookie's eyes widen as they looked back at Wanderist confused. "Wanderist-" He tried to say, but then Wanderist cut him off again. "NO! Shut up! Your only putting yourself in danger by being around me! She said, then turned to the group behind her. "You all hear me?! STAY AWAY FROM ME!!" She cried, then flew right over the hole and over the group. She then landed and ran off crying. "WANDERIST, NO!!" Rookie and Fireball yelled. Just then, a whole bunch of apes gathered around the group, along with a bunch on Rookie, Fireball, Dawn, and Pablo's side of the hole. "Uh oh...." Pablo said.

Seymour flew to the top of a high building on the four dragons' side of the hole and got ready to make a speech. Just then, the guardian of earth, who was also the current leader of Dragon City, Terrador flew to the top of the rest of the group's side of the hole. Just then, an army of dragons and moles gathered around. "Who is that?" Blizzard asked as she looked up at Terrador. "That is the leader of Dragon City, Terrador." Bubbles explained. "Terrador? When did HE become leader?" Diamond asked. "Ever since the defeat of Malefor when Ignitus died." Sapphire explained.

"You four! Come back over here, it's too dangerous over there!" Light yelled. "Alright!" Pablo yelled back, nodding. "Come on, Dawn." He said, then they both flew back to the dragon's side as apes went to their side. Then Rookie and Fireball flew back. "I'm going to find Wanderist!" Rookie said, then immediately took off in the direction that Wanderist went. "Rookie-" Sapphire yelled, but it was too late.

The two sides gathered for the final battle to decide who would win the battle of Dragon City. Before Terrador could make any speeches, Seymour yelled, "Attack!" Just then, all the apes started to jump onto buildings and invade the dragons' side. Both sides immediately started to fight. Just as it did, Light saw Seymour take off. It was obvious that he was going to look for Wanderist. "Let's just hope that Rookie finds her before Seymour does." He thought.

Dawn: I think she just has mixed up emotions in her. It's HER SISTER that died. Just like how I felt when I thought that Pablo died...*gives him the look*

Part 62: Wanderist captured (this may be long. I dunno)

"WANDERIST?!!" Rookie called as he ran down the empty, destroyed streets of Dragon City. Everyone accept for Rookie, Wanderist, and Seymour were on the battle field. As Rookie ran down the streets unable to find Wanderist, he slowly started to loose hope. But then, he finally got an idea of where she might be. He ran to the old building where they entered. He opened the door, and there sat Wanderist, sitting in a corner crying and shivering.

"Wanderist!" Rookie called, running in happy to see her. "Rookie...?" Wanderist said, surprised to see him. "Why are you here? You shouldn't be near me. You could get hurt." She said before he could respond. Rookie stopped in his tracks, then sighed. "Wanderist, what do you think I care about? My safety or yours?" He asked. Just then, a familiar voice came from the door way. "Well, if I were you, I'd be more worried about yours." It said. Wanderist and Rookie both looked back to see Seymour standing in the door way, this time with a strange dark blue crystal. Both young dragons growled, then Rookie stepped forward. "You stay back! You're not laying a claw on her!" He growled. Seymour took a threatening step forward, causing the two dragons to take a step back. Then Rookie turned to Wanderist. "Wanderist, get out of here! You can go back to Avalar through Sapphire's secret passage!" He whispered. Overhearing him, Seymour spoke up. "Sorry, but the only place she's going is to take her royal place at the dark castle." He growled, taking another step toward them. Just then, he held out the dark blue crystal. It shot out a beautiful and hypnotizing beam of dark blue light. It caused Wanderist and Rookie to fall asleep.

As the battle raged on, the dragons noticed the dark armies retreating back to their side. "Look! They're retreating!" Hope said cheerfully. "What? But why? It's impossble!" Volteer, the guardian of electricity said, then continued to say random stuff about how impossible it was. "Volteer, shut up already!" Blizzard yelled, shutting him up. "Oh no... Light,look over there!" Sapphire yelled, pointing to Seymour flying with a sleeping white dragon in his claws, causing everyones' eyes to widen. "WANDERIST,NO!!" Fireball screamed, darting toward Seymour. "Fireball, no!" Hope yelled, flying in front of him.

As Seymour flew closer to the battle field, he yelled," Alright! We have what we came for! Now let's go!" As he said that, DredWings and ships landed, carrying the dark armies out,taking Wanderist with them.

Sally: *gets to a lake and has a drink*

Part 63: Somewhat family reunion

When Wanderist woke up, she was in a large cage with purple dark magic surrounding it. "Huh? Where am I? Hello?!" She yelled, hoping to hear an ally's voice. But instead, she heard a dark,evil voice that she hadn't heard in years. It was a male adult's voice. "I see you're finally awake." It said. Wanderist jumped up in fear as she recognized the voice. Just then, another scary, familiar voice rose, this time it was a female voice. "Welcome to you're new castle, princess Wanderist." It said. Wanderist looked around in fear, but all she could see beyond the cage was darkness. "Where are you?! Show yourself!" Wanderist yelled. Just then, a light rose, and two large shadows appeared from a doorway. As they approached, the appearance of the two dragons became more clear to Wanderist. Her eyes widen in disbelief (sp? lol) as her evil parents stood before her. "Mother?Father?" She gasped as she stared at the two. "It's been a long time, my daughter." Her father, Black said.
Wanderist stepped back in fear. "W-why? Why would you two want me? After all, I didn't turn out what you wanted me to be like Sally did. Why do you want me THIS BADLY, but you don't mind so much if Sally isn't here?" She asked in fear. "Good question. You see, Wanderist, we always knew you were evil, and so was Sally. We pretended to hate you because you were a goodie dragon, but all along, we knew what you were, and we knew your destiny. We pretended to hate you so that you would become evil like us, so that there was no way that the plan could fail. Sadly, it backfired and you ran away instead. But we always loved you,Wanderist. And we loved Sally too, but you would always be the TRUE dark princess of the new world, for only YOU can use the fury of the mysterious element." Her mother, Darkness explained. As she spoke, Wanderist's eyes widen in fear and confusion. "WAIT! THEN JUST WHAT WAS SALLY TO YOU?!! YOU CLAIM TO HAVE LOVED HER LIKE A DAUGHTER, BUT SEEING AS YOU LOOK SO HAPPY EVEN KNOW SHE'S DEAD NOW, I DOUBT IT!!" She yelled. "Silence!" Black growled. "We loved Sally, but she would never be the dark princess. Even know she was powerful, she only had one use to us. And that was to corrupt you, but that failed, seeing as she ran away after you and became a goodie dragon herself. We only wanted her to come with us so that she wouldn't make an attempt to save you later, but since she's dead now, that won't be necessary." Her father explained. As he said all this, Wanderist grew angrier and angrier. By the time he finished the last word, Wanderist lunged toward the bars and tried to bite onto them to break out and attack, but the purple dark magic busted out at her and shot her back against the back of the cage as both of her parents laughed. "The dark magic on that cage keeps anything from coming in or out of that cage until it's ready." Darkness told her. "Don't worry, Wanderist. You'll be well again soon. We're going to help you. Within twenty four hours, the corruption process will be complete, and you will REALLY be the dark princess then!" She then told her helpless daughter. "What?! That's supposed to be helpful to me?!" Wanderist yelled. Darkness smiled and nodded, then her and Black headed for the door. Then Black looked back to a window high up on a wall. "Start the corruption process now!" He yelled as him and Darkness walked out the door. As the door closed behind them, the purple magic around Wanderis's cage all burst out at once and hit Wanderist. She screamed in pain and struggled to free herself, but the dark magic had her trapped and was hurting her terribly, and it was also starting to corrupt her.

"Rookie? Rookie, come on! Wake up!! ROOKIE!!!!" The whole group yelled to the sleeping dragon, trying to wake him up. Finally, he opened his eyes and looked up around him. Dawn,Pablo, Fireball,Hope,Diamond, Blizzard, Bubbles, Light, and Sapphire were all gathered around him. "Guys....?" He said as he got up. "What-what happened?" He asked, then his eyes suddenly widen. "HECK!! WHERE'S WANDERIST?!!" He yelled. "Ow! My ears!" Pablo yelled. "ANSWER ME!!" Rookie yelled. Dawn sighed. "Rookie, we're sorry....there was nothing we could do....Seymour and the rest of the dark army took her..." She said. Rookie gasped and turned to the door of a building they were in. "Well, we have to get her back!" He said, but before he could even take on step, Light stepped on his tail. "OW! Watch it, old man!" He yelled. "Listen, Rookie. We all want to go after Wanderist, but right now, we can't." Light explained. "WHAT?!" Rookie yelled. "Rookie, listen." Fireball said. "We don't know where the castle is yet. If we go now, we'll only get lost and waist time. And we don't have much of that left. We have to pinpoint the castle's location first." He explained. Rookie sighed as he looked at the door one last time. "Fine. But we have to make it fast. They're going to corrupt Wanderist against her will if we don't hurry...." He said.
