(and Nothung is on his way to make Impenji a spy, so I presume Isis is to intercept Nothung. )

OOC: *steam vents* its difficult having a steam powered brain sometimes... here we go

Queen, she couldn't help but smile at the thought. Maybe, after the kingdom has regained peace. She flew near Kihei as the traversed through the warring land. She got sidetracked, however, on the strange feeling coming from the demons. Flurry hovered in place and out of view, staring at the crowd. There was something different, something new. She could see things around each demon, and around every dragon fighting. It looked like a ghostly shadow. Were these the beings souls? She felt a tingle in her scales as the thought crossed her mind. Stop getting side-tracked! She scanned the land and caught sight of Kihei, flying to him and landing nearby. Being closer, she saw that the other dragon was Chimera. A very distraught Chimera. "What's going on? Are you ok?" she asked, stepping closer a bit.

Chimera looked at Flurry, and then at Celeste, "I hope the scale has healed her. To think, I never thought to see her again." Chimera sighed sadly as she put the scale back in her pocket dimension.

"That's her sister" Kihei told Flurry as he pointed at Celeste

Isis knew she had to wait for Nefarian's signal, but she didn't want them to take Impenji

OoC: Varedis went round to Flurry, Valley, Navy and Chimaera, but Chimera was kinda busy as her sister is undead, but he basically told them to hide with Chromatus and to come out when Nefarian shouted a signal.

Deathwing laughed at speedy's anguish, "He's in there fool, isn't that obvious? What you should be asking is what's going on in there." Then Deathwing made the ground shake terribly beneath the box and seismic quakes appeared to push back those trying to get in.

Nefarian's earth element was strong, so he was able to keep steady, yet then a fiery missile came down and slammed into him, he lost concentration and tumbled away. Luckily, Varedis caught him. "Is it time yet?" Asked Varedis, but Nefarian shook his head.

Chromatus, Ysera and Sethria all hid around the castle, waiting for the code word.

Speedy growls, "After I take you out I'm going to save my friend!" Speedy said as he charges at Deathwing dashing between the fire that was raining down. He leaps up as his fist erupts with a golden aura, "Golden Bullet!" he said as he punches Deathwing right in the jaw with a force more powerful that the ground shook and crack underneath them.

Silon was pushed back, but he lunged at the box "Dark Assault!" He yelled as his paws glowed black as he hammered the box

"This is metal," Skyward growled. "All of the magical powers in the world aren't going to open it, well, except for maybe fire melting it."

Dusk's screams of agony intesified as sounds of a drill was heard.

Silon tried as hard as possible to break in "Leave my friend alone!" He yelled as he was scratching and clawing at the box, meanwhile a red dragon was watching Silon's attempt "You'll save your friend brother, just keep trying" He said

((Going to add a new character, but I need the character sheet))

Flurry's gaze was kept on Celeste. The sister of Chimera... she thought, wondering why she never heard about this dragon before. Then again, she only heard about Chimera through the stories her brother Dreth told. I wonder if Chimera's power runs in the family...
She changed her attention to the outline of Celeste. It flickered and wavered, there but at the same time not there. There seemed to be life around her, but something else as well. Flurry turned to Chimera again, taking in the new appearance of the dragon. A shadow much larger then her cloaked and twisted around the dragon, shimmering in different colors of distant lands. The complexity of the aura made her head hurt. She blinked it away, trying to concentrate on Chimera. "Come on, we have to go to Chromatus. I'll help you carry her to safety." She said, motioning to Celeste.

It was now that Celeste woke, and Chimera had the cage disappear, and Celeste's first words as she opened her eyes were, "Chimera, where are we?"

Chimera wasted no time in hugging her sister, "Oh Celeste, I have so much to tell you, but not right now, we have to get moving. Alright Flurry, lead the way." Chimera said as she helped Celeste stand up.

Nefarian looked at Speedy's mad dash at Deathwing, 'The dragon's mad, he's gonna get himself killed.' thought Nefarian. "Well, now's a good a time as any..." he muttered, then he launched into the air, blasted a ball of fire at Deathwing, then shouted, "EARTHAN GLADIATORS!!" as well as being the code word for the attack, it was also an attack in itself, out of the ground came earthan replicas of himself, each one attacked Deathwing.

Chromatus, Sethria and ysera came out of hiding, "That was the code word! The fight has started!" screamed Chromatus.

Chromatus used his ice and shadow to make Deathwing's armour brittle and to get underneath it, try to bend it out of shape. ysera bombarded him with Ice and Wind which tore at his armour, making it cold and brittle, then Sethria pushed her shadows underneath then heated them up with her fire, making the metal weaker as it heated and cooled over and over again.

Deathwing roared, "So the whole family has come to face me! Ha, maybe then you'll all end up in a majestic victorious state, like your parents. Victorious over me, they firmly elieved they had rid the world of me, so they were victorious, but dead. Will you end up the same? Oh, and who is this? Had a daughter Ysera? Very pretty. Oh? What's that? You felt guilty at her birth because her father had been the son of the very same man that killed your own father? You'd actually tried to abort seven times? You tried to kill her once? Ysera! That is no way to mother your child. WHAT a bad mother you were to here? Here that Sethria, she tried to kill you eight times. Once with a dagger and seven through abortion!"

Sethria's lip was quivering, "No! He's lying! Tell me he's lying! I can't believe that!"

Deathwing smirked, "Oh, but I'm not. Using my darkness element, I can literrally read her mind, since she doesn't have the Darkness element, she can't stop me from looking through her memories like a book. I can see yours too, little Sethria, but only because you haven't fully mastered your shadow element, you're in tears inside, because you're remembering the times when you've seen your mother in your room in the depth of night, with her Ice Claw out."

Ysera looked at Sethria, "Don't believe him! He's lying! He can't do that with the Darkness element, you can't read minds with the darkness element!"

Sethria looked down, "But I have..."

Deathwing cackled with laughter, "You should come with me, Sethria, I am not su-- Shadow Strike!" a whip of shadow slapped into Speedy, "Anyway, i am not such a bad parent, I wouldn't kill my kids because I felt a little guilty about their father, i find that thought revolting."

Nefarian shouted, "But you killed your children. You killed our grandparents and our parents, and left their bodies to rot in a field!" He then flicked a fireball at Deathwing.

"Wind shield!" he replied, knocking back the fireball, "I killed them, because after I absorbed the power of the Dragon Soul, I went 'mad', if such a word could be used in this context, they believed that I'd gone totally bonkers, but what really happened, was that I did things the people needed, and the haters said i was evil. What i did back then was necessary, if I hadn't, we would've lost the war, I'm sure of it. Then I dissapeared, years and years later, I returned, to find that my kids had had kids and grandkids, I was pleased, and so I went to visit my grandchildren, Nefarian and Ysera. They were not that young, in their adolescent stage, but had never seen me before. You were scared, but you didn't cry out, I gave each of you the power of the Dragon Soul, it wasn't passed down through the generations like your parents would have you believe, it went straight from me to you. Now, it seems possible that you can pass it on to your descendants, but its not what happened befor. Anyway, your parents found out about the intrusion, and came and saw me, standing in front of you two, with you two glowing, glowing. They freaked, thinking, "Aaah, an evil madman is making my kids glow, he's probably trying to blow them up out of spite." and they forced me out, this meant that the power of the Dragon Soul wasn't 'safely' transferred into you, it was just placed within you, and it meant you would have t activate it yourself, ro such consequences as you experienced, the same power you would've had, but with bodily disfiguaration. If your parents hadn't been such fools, that wouldn't be necessary."

"Anyway," he continued, "I fled, yet I was pursued. You, your parents, and my children came to my home, where me and my new mate, Sintharia, were living after I returned from where I'd been. I also had another daughter, Onyxia. They tried to banish me, they wanted two send me away, my own family wanted me gone, never to return, for something I hadn't even done wrong. In my anger, I attacked my son, after that they fought me, my mate was incubating the egg inside her, and was unable to fight on my behalf, and my daughter much to young, barely a whelpling. Then, during the battle, my son, my own son! Held my mate in a death-grip, telling me to leave or she dies. I couldn't leave, not without her and my daughter, yet they wouldn't let me take tthem, they said I should leave alone, so that none would get hurt from my madness. I refused, i demanded that they give my mate to me, but they didn't complly. They killed her, they killed her! She hadn't done anything, she was innocent, she hadn't even become 'mad' like I supposedly had, yet they killed her anyway, so I killed them, I killed them all in my rage, but in their last moments, they banished me to Deepholm, I hadn't seen my daughter for nearly ten thousand years until I found her last month. And where did I find her? Dying! She'd been cut down by ice ogres, luckily, I managed to revive her, but guess what, she didn't recgonise me, because i'd changed in my 10000 year imprisonment. Luckily, she remembered eventually, but that's what your parents did to me, and that's why id killed them."

Nefarian shouted, "You're still a murderer!",

Deathwing growled, "Perhaps, but I don't attempt 8 times to kill my own daughter for no reason at all, I cried, actually cried, for a week after I killed my family, I'm not evil, and I'm not mad! Maybe, I have anger issues, but I don't kill for no reason at all. Your grandparents and parents killed my mate for no reason at all, totally unprecedented, there was no reason for them to do it, it was onl out of spite. They were the ones who were really evil. I am not evil."

Ysera was crying now, "Then why are you here, with an armmy of demons, killing hundreds, and torturing Dusk?"

Deathwing looked straight at her, and was actually distraught, the image was almost laughable, the scariest dragon they had ever known, with such a menacing physique and such a fearsome past, on the verge of tears, "I came for you, Ysera, you and Nefarian."

Nefarian now asked, "Why? What do you want with us?"

Deathwing replied, "I want to be with my family, I don't want revenge for what your parents did to me, that was them, not you, I want to be with my children, and I see you as my children, you're the same age as my daughter, you're the only family I have left, and I care more for you now than I do for them, I actually care about you. I came here, because I wanted to be with you, I wanted my family to be back together. Now, you may ask, why come with the demons? That's because of the city, they were attacking the city, and I have a bad history with this place, for this is where they killed her, they killed her here, and they did it with help from the king and his soldiers, now sure, it isn't the same king, but its still the King of this city, and the City will pay. As a matter of fact, you'll find that in the last battle, the demons didn't actually kill anyone, they just did a lot of damage to the City. I want the City to fall, as it is the City I hate, not its people, I don't want them to die, just the City, i want the city to crumble to dust, I want the City to be no more, and the demons were the perfect way to get it done, and the royal court, i want it disbanded, i want it gone. Oh, and I have a score to settle with the one known as Varedis."

Nefarian was silent, then said, "But what has this got to do with Dusk?". All that Deathwing said in reply to that was, "He is necessary..."

Chimera saw Chromatus and the others attack Deathwing, and Celeste asked fearfully, "What's going on?"

Chimera took a deep breath and told her all about the situation, and at the end, she said, "I'll tell you about why we are here and what else has happened, after the battle."

Celeste nodded, "So now what?"

Chimera 'hmmed', "I would join in on the fight, but ..."

Celeste already knew what she was talking about, "Go on, and come back safe." The two hugged before Chimera flew off to take on Deathwing.

Meanwhile, Nothung grinned triumphantly; his plans were going according to what he expected, "Soon, this will all be worth the wait." He soon made it to the castle entrance.

Isis left her cover, flying after Nothung, she crashed into him when he was at the castle entrance "You leave my son alone you monster!" She growled

Kihei flew up to Deathwing "You want to destroy this city, our homes, our livelihoods, our social order for what, revenge on those you killed in anger? I don't agree with what they did and I certainly do approve of what you're doing! Two wrongs do not make a right! I don't know who was king then, but I'm king now, I wouldn't have done that, we wouldn't have done that! I only want everyone to be happy and alive! The destruction of the city would endanger that for everyone but you!" He yelled right in Deathwing's face

Nothung grinned at Isis, "You're a brave one, aren't you?" He then proceeded to kick Isis away from him.

Chimera flew up next to Kihei, "Yeah, what happened in the past should stay there, revenge won't help anyone, not even you."

"You better leave Impenji alone!" Isis growled as she got in front of Nothung

"Impenji? You gave it a name?" Nothung started to laugh, and when we was finished, he said, "You best get out of my way missy. Did Chimera ever tell you about me? Probably not, so how about this; you get out of my way, and I won't kill you. Stay where you are, and you'll learn just why that dark dragoness is scared of me."

Occ: The Demons are trying to obtain Dusk's Chaotic Eyes but the process is painful since the Chaotic Eyes have unknown abilities and powers.


Speedy; due to his size and speed twirls around the attack and head butts Deathwing before forming a ball of wind in his palm, "Tornado Orb!" he said as he slams it into Deathwing causing a surge of high power wind focusing into his chest blasting Deathwing. Speedy hits the ground running after him. Dashing left an right to prevent Deathwing from knowing where he will strike.

"You really think I'm scared of you?" Isis asked as her armor wrapped around her entire body "You're not taking him, so go"

"Speedy! Stop! Help Silon free Dusk!" Kihei yelled

Silon was getting tired, but he couldn't quit on Dusk, he scratched until he started to bleed from his paws, but he wouldn't stop

Nothung's red eyes gleamed with malice, and he raised his sword-like tail tip, "One last chance, get out of here by I make you my next victim."

Deathwing glared at Kihei, "It's not revenge for the people I killed, its revenge for the person they killed. They killed my mate, and made me watch them do it. She hadn't done anything, she was perfect, innocent, yet they killed her, they killed her and our unborn son. How would you feel if that happened to you? There must be someone that you love, that you would do anything at all for? The feeling doesn't have to be mutual, it just has to be there, its normal. So, you feel this way about someone, and then, someone comes along, and kills them. But not only do they kill them, they kill YOUR unborn child as well. YOUR mate, and YOUR child, killed, for nothing. Nothing at all. NOTHING!! And they come, hold her in a death-lock, and slowly, cut her head off. Clean off, with the Black claw of Sethe no less. A claw that came from a demon, forged in the fires of hell, actually hell, and cursed to cause unending agony for whoever it touched, and to send whoever it killed straight to hell. My dearest had to suffer that, for NOTHING!!!! Surely, if that happened to you, you would want to destroy everything that had caused that, that's why they died."

He turned to Nefarian and Ysera now, "That's why I killed your parents, they were the ones who were evil! They were the ones who killed first. If they had left me alone, I never would've touched them. If they hadn't killed her, I probably would only have given them a scratch or two. But they killed her! Tell me who's the evil one, I retaliated, they provoked. Tell me who's the evil one, and not only that, they also imprisoned me in a place, deep below the earth, trapped in ever-burning flames and magma, cauterized beyond knowledge, forced to endure the pain of constant burning for 10,000 years, then, when I finally escaped, i searched the world for my daughter, found her almost dead, and, to top that, after I healed her, she didn't even recgonise me, dragons have long memories, but she didn't even recgonise me, she didn't recgonise her own father"

He paused for breath, "You know what, forget the City! That's not the real reason I came here, all i really wanted was to see my family again. I can put aside my hate, but I would only be able to do that if you accepted me... Please?"

Nefarian and Ysera stood silently, then said, "We forgive you..." both were shocked at the fact theyd said it all, for this dragon had killed their parents, yet, now they knew the whole story, he didn't seem to be the evil madman they'd thought he was previously. So they'd forgiven him.

Nothung took a look at Deathwing and the others in the distance; while he wasn't sure what was being said, he knew that if his ally fell, he would remain strong. He was always strong, more so than others, and he would do everything in his power to bring his own brand of darkness to the universe. He looked back at Isis, "You may want to run ... away."

Occ: Uhhhh....?

(Nothung is squaring off against Isis, and appearently, Deathwing might have a change of heart. Chimera is with Kihei, Valley and Navy are off in the battle field, don't know where Galre is, and Celeste is waiting by a building until Chimera comes back.)

The acceptance of Nefarian and Ysera meant a lot to Deathwing, he felt the haze of anger and revenge lift from his mind, and suddenly, everything seemed brighter. "Well, Mr. King, I've had a change of heart, guess we have a city to save, yet, I have an idea," he beckoned Nefarian to come closer and whispered the idea to him, Nefarian discreetly told Ysera and Sethria, who told Chromatus with her Shadow element who told Kihei.

Deathwing said, "Excuse me, you, black dragon that's attacking me, you're quite fast, hmmm, oh, Shadowscale! Yeah, I need you to do something quickly, there's a gold spot on the back of the building with Dusk in, its a pressure point, hit it as hard as you can, and the building will open, just STOP HITTING ME!

Then he knocked back Nefarian and Ysera and Sethria with a wreathe of flame. They flew back, but it didn't hurt them, it wwas part of the plan. Then Deathwing roared, "Maelstrom!" and the earth beneath him churned up into a giant maelstrom, as if the earth was water. The winds whipped around killing thousands of demoons, yet lightning kept shooting out at nefarian and Ysera, it was all designed to look like he was attacking nefarian and those lot, even though he was actually attacking the demons. None but nefarian, ysera, sethria, chromatus and kihei knew though, and they wouldn't tell anyone.

Kihei hugged Deathwing "You can stay here in the city... Buddy" He said

"Why should I run?" Isis asked

Nothung frowned, his suspicions were confirmed; "It seems like I'm left alone in this. Oh well, my darkness will devour everything. Good bye, little one." Nothung said, abandoning Isis in a puff of smoke.

Suddenly a voice boom over the land, "Traitor! How dare you betray our lord Deathwing!" it said as suddenly the metal box started to move. Speedy stop mid attack and turn to see it starting to move. "Var Te Dos!" Speedy curse in the Shadowscale language as he started after the building.

Nothung thought while he traveled in his shadow form is that voice talking to me? I was never on his side to begin with.

Isis looked around "What was that!?" She asked

Silon grabbed onto the box

Occ: Accepted

Speedy continues to run after the building, "GET BACK HERE!" Speedy yelled.

"Woah!" Skyward yelled. She flew after Speedy, trying not to catch up, but to stop the box with a wall of ice.

Silon held on dear life

Novul flew after the box, using his air powers to go faster

Chimera didn't know what to make of the situation, but she had flown back over to Celeste, "Well, today has been very interesting."

"You still have a lot to tell me, sis." Celeste said demandingly.

"Later, when everything calms down. And then I'll introduce you to some of my new friends." Chimera replied.

OoC: Is Darakon accepted

Deathwing looked at the box, his plan seemed to be working, the demons still believed he was on their side, despite him killing themm in great numbers, as his attacks seemed to be pointed at the Dragons. He sent a telepathic message to Nothung saying, "Hurry up and bring me that Demon!". Then he searched out with his mind, looking for the others that had previously been his allies. He had a plan and it required him to remain in league with the demons, for now. So he was continuing with his plan to attack the city from before, except, it wasn't the city he was attacking anymore. Quite cunning of him.

Kihei was next to Deathwing "So, can I ask you something?" He asked

Nothung stopped in his tracks, so this is all some kind of ploy? Fine, if that one dragoness is still there ..., he thought, turning around.

Deathwing turned to Kihei, "Okay, but rememer, I'm pretending I'm still in league with demons so make it look angry or something."

Nothung once again arrived at the castle, but he wasn't sure if Isis was around, so he kept his eyes on the lookout.

Speedy ran faster and leaps up catching the edge of the metal building but he was sliding down, without wings he would surely die if he falls off.

Deathwing shouted out, "Death to all who oppose us!" and created a rupture of earth in the ground in front of the metal building. It also killed many demons.

Silon tried to grab Speedy, but Novul grabbed him and helped him land on the box "Are you ok?" He asked

Isis saw Nothung "You again? Why are you still here?" She asked

Kihei looked angry as part of the act "What if I told you there was a way to at least get your son back?" He asked Deathwing

OOC: Ok, this is far too convoluted... I can't follow it anymore

Nothung stopped once he heard Isis, "So you are still here, do you want to fight me?"

Chimera and Celeste kept watching the events unfold; right now, Chimera was just fine having her sister by her side, despite Glare's words.

OOC: *sigh*

Flurry had stayed to watch over Celeste as Chimera went to fight. She kept a suspicious eye on the sister, something about her was bugging Flurry. She drew a smile when Chimera came back, "I'm glad for you." She told Chimera.
Flurry turned back to the action that was unfolding in front of her, unsure of what to do.

Isis saw Flurry "No I don't want to fight you, I want to be your friend" She said to Nothung "Flurry! Go inside and find Impenji!"
