I saw Twilight freeing Discord in a brief screen... so I guess that episode is really happening. <.<;

Part of me wishes that wasn't happening. The fanbase kinda ruined Discord for me with all the constant hype and guessing about when he's coming back.
The other part of me is still hyped because Discord is still a good villain on his own right.

That's probably the one reason I like him. He's like a child friendly version of Ledger's Joker.

Otherwise he doesn't have that much special to him. Even Chrysalis has more depth (and I'd rather see more episodes with her as long as they don't phone it in).

Generosity is important because it's not exactly friendly to be a selfish jerk who does nothing for the people they're around.

I'm also disappointed in the lack of Rarity episode, but at the same time I'm really wondering if there's anything more we can do to develop her character.

They've been doing the baby ponies since the beginning of G4, I believe the first was a Pinkie, it's not new for this generation. What doesn't make sense is why they don't just use cannon characters rather than inventing some - but oh well.

I like her because she's such a Large Ham/Drama Queen. And not even one of those prissy types who tries to stir up drama, she's more like a PARODY of someone who goes around starting drama. ;>.>

^It was only a matter of time. They have to defend their copyright somehow. A sign should've been when MLP Online ceased development, and when the Luna plush from Carbonesque was hidden from view after being requested to do so by people from Hasbro.

I will not be surprised if Fighting is Magic becomes another target. And I'm certainly expecting bronies that previously loved Hasbro to now throw an absolute ***** fit about all of this.

I think the rumour from the 'supposed' employee at DHX didn't help. I mean, it still might not have been true - but it would have made a lot more people aware to the idea that it had previously been and, now when we find out that it may just be true, everyone knows about it and everyone will start to believe the prior rumour because of it.

Still... They could just be massively trolling us by heavily suggesting that... it will happen... when really Twilight's destiny relates to another princess... Maybe... Twilight's destiny relates to finding the successor to the rule of Equestria?...

Pretty **** destiny if you ask me though, so I doubt it

I dunno. To me, hearing these rumors and then finding out they're true is like hearing a spoiler to a movie or game you're going to watch. It takes the fun out of watching it and instead I just sit there with a blank expression.

I'm really hoping that they are just trolling us and it's about someone else. It would be a nice surprise. Because while I like the idea of this rumor, I would've liked to see it happen with no prior knowledge. Knowing that it was a rumor to begin with ruins it for me (same applies to Discord).
