My collection! I plan on only getting the skylanders I like the poses for... actually pretty excited about the reposes in series 2, maybe there will be some reposes I like of characters I didn't like the series one poses of.

^ Nice collection =). I see that your also currently collecting energy drinks, they will be helpful in keeping you energized while hunting Skylanders.

Thanks opal! Yeah.... I play a lot of SC2... need lots of energy drinks to support that lol

I enjoyed it. You need to connect via Battle.Net but one that auth is done, it can be off-line (unlike D3).

^ Okay, cool! Thanks for the info, i'm glad that you don't have to constantly stay online like with D3 (that can be a drag when you're on a laptop and want to play away from an internet source).


Kind of back on topic:

What would you guys recommend for lighting under shelves? I've put up some small shelves for my Skylanders collection in a vertical row but the lighting in my room creates dark shadows under each shelf making it hard to see each figure. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can illuminate my characters so they show up on each shelf? If I do put LED's under the shelves - how do you make the cords less apparent? Any information or tips are highly appreciated =). Thanks!

Very impressive shelving, Tempest. I like how you have extra spaces enough to hold all the Giants, New Skylanders, and Reposes/Lightcores that you could want.

didnt get single pack warnado... and i bought single pack camo first... thats what happen.. so now two camo. i can live with it...

I'm new to the forum so greetings to everyone!

I finally completed my Skylander collection to the basic 32, along with all the legendary figures. Naturally, Wham Shell was the toughest to find. I'm relieved I finally found a Blue Bash fig today at TRU. Wouldn't mind picking up any of the crystal figs since they look so nice.

36/37 in hand

So far this is my collection I started about 3 weeks ago so I think it's coming along quite nicely.

Bit late to the party, but i bought the game and a few skylanders last thursday (only $48 at the big w toy sale ) and i just completed the main story arch a few hours ago!

i only have 9 skylanders (including the starting 3) and i dont think ill be getting anymore. I grabbed a wham shell at my target and there was only 2 there. I talked myself into going back down the next day so i could have a whamshell in the packet to sell in the future, but they were all gone!!! talk about most wanted....

so i got ignitor, camo and warnado in a 3pk for $25 and i got cynder, prism break and wham shell in single packs for $10 each.

I can't provide pictures yet, but I have one opened set that's only missing a Volcanic Vault, and a sealed set that's only missing singles of Dark Spyro, Boomer, Eruptor, and Legendary Trigger Happy, the Legendary Triple, a sealed copy of the PC version and all non-convention variants.
I also have the styluses, a sealed and open duo the copy of K-Zone with the watch and poster, two of the Wal-Mart posters, two of the lunchboxes (Target were giving them away with Starter Packs and I needed the Wii and PS3 ones) and doubles of Ignitor, Gill Grunt, Stealth Elf, and Zap. And I have an extra sealed Warnado triple, because Warnado's my favorite figure and I can't find a well-painted single of him anywhere!

I started this hunt for my 11 year old son after his father bought the game for him for Christmas... I am hooked on collecting them! I don't even play the game... BTW I have been lurking on your site since then and learned about the BLUE BASH, WERDS, Frito STUMPY & Frito RANDOMS on here from you guys.. so thank you !!! (we painted those 6 Wrecking Balls & 2 Boomers at bottom of pic) I am waiting for the WERDS in the mail this weekend. and I need to look for the sidekick's chips now....

I got a new desk on Monday. It's a nice wide desk, but, in relation to this topic, there's a "shelf" on it, where you can put extra stuff. Underneath it is a lot of spare space and it's so big that it will store 8 3DS or DS games one over the other, or the Ocarina Edition and Kid Icarus on top, or one 3DS box with about an inch extra on top. All 50 figurines sit snugly under it and the Giants characters will be easy to put in too. I think I'll keep them there.
