Lower back? Kidneys? If so drink more water.
Or if not kidneys, avoid lifting heavy things.
There was a good way to ease lower back pains apart from massage, but i cannot recall.
i'm drinking lots of water, i had a kidney stone before, quite painful indeed.
i aint lifting anything it even hurts to sit down
uh huh, a massage could help but i cant reach that far back
Shame. I know quite well how to massage upper, lower back and neck.
I could massage you if there wasn't a few meters between us.
Few meters as in: a entire ocean and then some.

Also every now and again stretch a bit. Even if it hurts. Only a bit. Mighta help. I'm not a professional so keep that in mind
And just rub the hurting muscle the way it is connected. If it is cramped that is. Just tidbits i pick up from professionals i know and love. As in mum and granmum
