Fireflight flys kinda fast towards home.

* lands in front of cave signals Fireflight to wait there* hey star! i got a surprise for you! come on out here!

Starfire walks out of her room.
"what is it?"

Come here! right out side! *signals Fireflight to come to the entrance of the cave* okay Star close your eyes

Starfire closes her eyes.
"what the heck is going on?"

*signaling Fireflight to stand infront off Starfire* okay... open your eyes!

Starfire opened her eyes. she saw her standing there.
"hello Starfire" she said. Starfire's eyes lite up. she looked really excited, then she ran over to her, and hugged her. Fireflight wrapped her wing, and arm around her.
"i missed you mom!"
"i missed you too!"

Surprise! * Frostbolt said smileing*

Starfire looked at Frostbolt. then she ran over and hugged him.
"thank you!" she said smiling.

hey... remember i told you i would find a way to lessen your sadness.. remember when i first met you? well.... i think i did it.

Starfire looked up at him, and smiled.
"yeah, i think you did!" she said.
"i think thats as close to a 'i was wrong' as your gonna get" said Fireflight.

*Frostbolt gives a good luagh* thats fine with me.. why are you talking to me when you could be talking to your mom?

"i just thought i shoudl thank you...." she said. then she got up, and wlaked towards the door. "come on mom!" she said.
"ok, i'm comming!" she said. then Starfire ran inside. Fireflight looked at Frostbolt before going in. "thanks. you've given us both a second chance...." she said. then she went inside.

hey... its what i do.... i've always been as kind as i can..... hey.. when your done talking with each other i need to talk to you.

Fireflight nodded her head. then she walked inside. she followed Starfire to her room. then they stayed up all nigth talking.

Frostbolt stood guard at the entrance of the cave all night. thinking how he should tell Fireflight.

Fireflight and Starfire talked, and laughed about stuff all night. it was the first tie in years they were able to do that.

*figures out he should just flatout tell her* contiunes to dileganly stand guard.

Fireflight then finished up talking to Starfire, and walked out of her room. she walked down the hall with a smile on her face.

are you going to sleep? *saying tiredly* if you are i'll just talk to you in the morning.... *he said yawning*

"yeah, i think i'll go to bed" she said.
Fireflight then went to her room, and went to sleep.

*frostbolt now very tired from standing guard all night* finnaly... the sun is comeing up...

morning soon came. Fireflight got up early, and made a fire. Starfire soon joined her, and layed down by the fire with her.

* looks over at the fire and collapses in front of it* Finnally! morning... i thought that night wasn't going to end....

Fireflight looked at him.
"you ok?" she asked.

I am very tired....... i was up all night standing in front of the cave.. keeping guard.....

"why? you didn't have to. why don't you go back to bed. i'll take care of everything..."

okay... *falls asleep on the spot*

Fireflight chuckled a little.
"i didn't exactly mean right now" she laughed.

*continus to sleep and occasionaly gives out a loud snore*

Fireflight just smiles. Starfire fell asleep by her side.

*wakes up from one of his own snores* hu? wha? *yawn* how long was i asleep?

Fireflight looked at him.
"well, good morning! you were aleep for quite a while. feel any better?"

*yawn (again)* ya.. i fell much better.. *gets up and streachs* think you can get up without wakeing Starfire? I need to talk to you now....

"yeah...." she said. then she got up slowly and quietly.

okay... will you please step outside the cave with me? *startes to walk to the edge of the cave*

Fireflight followed him. she wondered what they would talk about.

*looks back at the others to make sure they are asleep* okay.. what i'm about to tell you is going to affect how you think about me..... are you ready?

"i'm as ready as i'll ever be........what i it?" she asked.

I..... *stuttering*................I love you.... *hugs her*

Fireflight smiled a little bit. then she wrapper her wing around him.

i have to go, bye.

I'm sorry.... i don't know if that bothered you... *lets go* i should have asked you first....

'Starfire? I know Zenith's gone.....but, he didnt....do anything to you? Did he?'

Starfire looked at Nightfire.
"i'm fine. he did stab me with a dragon slayers sword, but i'm ok now...." she said. then she looked at a scar on her chest.

Nightfire shut his eyes for a second, then opened them again.
'Atleast you here....with me.....and thats all that matters...'

"yep...." said Starfire. then she kissed him on the cheeck.

Nightfire smiled. He then let go as he walked towards the entrance.

Starfire looked at him.
"where are you going?" she asked.
