I did and I don't regret it. There's casual stuff to read, like character info, but there's also a lot of help to get 3 stars on each level. If you want to do that, then I definitely recommend the guide. I used web sites and forums for this for S:SA, but the guide is much easier to manage while playing for me.

Update: The Skylanders Giants Website has been tweaked with a new mobile edition so browsing is easier and you can view your favorite characters on your mobile device!

But, no videos on the mobile website... Or it's just that I can't find them.

Guess this is kind of important hah

I was in Target today and above their card section in the front they had images of the Skylanders Trading Cards and these...dog tag things. (I dunno if they have these outside the US. Basically they're little metal things that were used in wars to identify soldiers. Now they're kind of collectable things)

All it said was "Coming Soon" but that's usually within 1-2 months.

Target will probably have them first, although I'd guess all stores will probably get them. But alternatively, Target sometimes has card lines that end up not coming to other stores so it's kind of hard to say.

Set? I've never heard anything about a set.

In all honesty, that Dark Spyro single we saw was probably just something someone made with the target exclusive sticker. I'm sure it's possible for it to come out but right now it just seems really unlikely. (yes, I know the packaging is US version, but so was some of the other special dark spyro figures from other countries)

And a few people have claimed that their Targets have gotten shippments of them in, but they were recalled for a later release date, this November. (heh, perfect timing, as my birthday is the 6th..)
