"then consider me banished as well....i'm not staying here without Dad....and Mom wouldn't either...." she said. then she walked out of the cave, and flew away.

'Zenith!!' Zenith turned. 'Don't go anywhere! I've missed you twice!'

Nightstar flew as far as she could, but she wasn't an experianced flyer, and couldn't go too far. she landed at the beach. she sat down on the soft sand, and watched the waves as she cried.

'Missed me? Why?'
'Because! I never wanted you to go! I was angry... i was... just furious... i wasn't myself.... i was my former self.... I love you... and i don't want you to go...'

Nightstar cried. then she heard someone behind her.
"Nightstar.....its ok.....no one abandonned you....." said a calm, soft voice. Nightstar turned around to see Starfire. then she hugged her.
"Mom.....where were you....? wheres Dad....?" she asked, through her tears.
"shh....your ok....i'll take you to him...."
"Mommy......is Daddy a killer...?"
"no.....don't listen to what anyone says....i know that he wouldn't do something like this....and i know you feel the same...."
"i want to see him...."
"ok....lets go to him...." then they both went to Nightfire.

'Gab... I didn't want to leave...'

Nightstar ran up to Nightfire, and hugged him. she was happy to see him. Starfire walked in behind her.

"he didn't kill anyone....he is not bad....he is not evil....he is not dangerous....Nightfire would never do something like that...." she said, sounding mad.

'Oh calm down! I never said he did... i said the sound was good... or me... obviously not for you..'

"it doesn't sound good to me.....just go....leave before i lose....my temper....its best if you leave...."

'Well i'm not going anywhere...' She said before laying down by Nightfire and closing her eyes.
