Starfire tried to sleep again. then the nightmares returned. she couldn't sleep.

Nightfire looked to both sides of him.
'It's quiet......a little too quiet'

Starfire kept trying to sleep, but couldn't. with every returning nightmare, she turned more blue.

Nightfire continued walking.
'SURPRISE!!' He heard Zenith yell before fealing something sharp enter his back. He yelled at the pain.

Starfire kept having nightmares. she became more blue, and still couldn't sleep.

Nightfire was then hit aside still in pain.
'One of the things, Nightfire, is to always check behind aswell! And look where that got you now...' Zenith said laughing. Nightfire slowley stood up.
'nothing....You can do....will stop me...killing you!' He said weakly.

Starfire still couldn't sleep. she had turned completely blue.
"uh oh........this isn't good......" she said. then she glowed blue. her eyes were solid blue.

'Your right Nightfire...'
'What?'
'Nothing i can do would stop you. You know you have to kill me to live in peace......But, there is one slight problem.' He said walking closer with a sword.
'Such as?'
'Well, How can you when your not breathing?' He said then lifting the blade to Nightfire's neck. Nightfire moved his head upwards to avoid the blade.
'And what....About Fireflight?.....She'll come and.....Heal me.....If im hurt!'
'Which is why i planned ahead of you!'

Starfire glowed completely blue. then she used a fury, and her room blew up, and was in a million pieces. she was still glowing. then she flew away.

Zenith then picked Nightfire up by his neck.
'What do you mean....planned ahaead?!'
'Like this!!' He said. Nightfire then felt odd. He looked around him very weakly to see himself dissolving into darkness.
'What...What are you doing?' He said barely keeping his eyes open.
'Using myy plan!' Nightfire then shut his eyes as he dissolved into darkness. Zenith then closed his eyes as he morphed himself into Nightfire, then creating a lifeless copy of himself.

Starfire flew far away from home. she still glowed solid blue.

Zenith now looking exactly like Nightfire flew off. He headed for Starfire's home.

Starfire started to grow to teen size. she kept flying further from home.

'Starfire? Are you here?' Zenith said copying Nightfire's voice.

but, Starfire was far away from there. she flew as fast as she could away from home. she was now teen size.

Zenith then went outside after searching.
'STARFIRE?!!'

Starfire didn't hear him. she was flying over the ocean, far away from there.

'How does he deal with this girl?!' Zenith said before thinking. He then began flying towards the ocean.

Starfire then dove into the water. she started swimming extreamly fast. she swam far away from home. because of her blue color, it was hard to see her in the water. she was alos close to the bottom of the ocean.

Zenith soon arrived at the ocean. He dived in.
'Starfire?! Are you here?!' He said telepathic.

Starfire didn't respond. she just kept swimming. she was still glowing blue, and soon grew to adult size. she was solid blue, and hard to see underwater.

Zenith then began swimming around to find her.

Starfire slowly started changing. she was becomming a water creature.

Zenith thought he saw her and began to swim closer.

Starfire was becomming more aqautic. she could now swim alot faster, and swam further away.

'STArFIRE!!' Zenith yelled still using Nightfire's voice.

Starfire heard him, but she ignored him. hearing his voice reminded her of what happened. she then started swimming even faster, and swam away.

Zenith then stopped.
'Fine! Be this way! I wanted to be with you for the rest of my life! But if this is what you want! Then so be it!!' He said trying to sound like Nightfire.

Starfire then stopped. she turned, and looked at him.
"you think this is what i want?! i'm doing what any over emotional empath does! you didn't just leave scars on my body, you wounded my heart!!"

'You dont have to run away because of it!'

"its what we do! we can't control our emotions, we know what will happen when we get upset, and we don't want the ones we lvoe to get hurt! so, we leave........"

'Zenith is dead! We can rebuild our lifes! But when i go to say the news, you run away!'

Starfire then returned to normal size, and didn't look like a sea creature anymore, but she was still blue.
".........i left to protect you from my own powers! when an empath gets over emotional, we have to power to kill those around us! i could have easily killed you! i didn't want to hurt you......like you hurt me......"

'That was Zenith! And besides, your mum stops us from dying!'

"well, shes not doing anything now, is she?! she could have stopped me from running away, but she didn't! what does that tell you?!" she cried.

'Well, you wouldnt have died, but you still wouldnt have seen me!'

"well, i see you now, and she still isn't doing anything!"

'Thats because we're not in danger!'
'I beg to differ!'

"it doesn't matter! i know my mom, she wouldn't have let this happen, unless there was a good reason for it!"

Zenith looked around him to see if he saw the voice anywhere.
'Look, you cant just run away from everything! I would die for you and your running away....'

Starfire started to glow blue.
"......but if you died.....then i would die too......"

'Argh, thats not the point........The point is...'
'that he's a fake!!'

Starfire looked confused. she looked around, to try and find the voice. then she felt the wind. she knew it was Fireflight.

'Im not! i killed Zenith! Look!' Zenith then opened a portal showing the lifeless body.

Starfire saw it.
"that doesn't prove anything! your a fake!!" she growled. then she glowed red.

'If Zenith's dead who would i be?! Starfire, you know better than this!' Zenith said looking worried.

Starfire turned solid red, and growled at him.
"i know your a fake!! don't lie to me!!" she growled. then she used her empath breath on him.

Zenith moved backwards to avoid the breath.
'If im a fake who's that?!' He said pointing to the portal.

"either an illousion, or just a body!! your not Nightfire!!!" she growled. then she used an empath rage fury on him.

Zenith was hit by the blast.
'If...Im a....fake....tehn.....where is.....Nightfire?!'
