Some Pokemon can do that,like Thundertail.It's pretty cool.Now,D-o likes Latios and Latias,right?Well,the much more powerful Sparrowmon is a great Digimon for him,looking almost like Latios or Latias:

Rio: You get a helium balloon,some fishing line and some cellotape.
You tie the fishingline to your helium ballon and turn the cellotape into double sided tape.Then stick the double sided tape to the balloon.(Remember to have a helium balloon with helium in it....)Then go underneath one of the balloons on teh roof and let your balloon go.Use the fishing line to manouver the balloon until the tape stick to the other balloon,then use the fishingline to pull both the balloons down!
