Well, I've given much more attention to my art topic far a change.

I will continue the story. I'm not the kinda guy who just leaves unfinished work hanging. If nothing more, I'll will -at least- finish this story.

Yeah, well. Difficulties like writers block and a big ass boredom..

Who doesn't?..

I have to try and get my mind back at Spyro, so I could continue this story. Right now my mind is just constantly firing with Halo, Halo, Halo. Since I'm making my own Mjolnir costume..

Oh yeah, that could be something worth updating my art topic about.

Dammit! I'm sick of this block. I'm going to write a new chapter even if it kills me!

Chapter 18.

Spyro followed Cynder down to the hall. It was filled with idle scribes, workers, and dragons. Cynder turned to him, and said.

"Quite a crowd, huh?.. I wonder what's going on again..."

"I dunno, could be nothing.." Spyro said, he was still thinking about his dream..

"Yeah, well. Let's go get something to eat." Cynder said, and disappeared inside the mass of people.

The two dragons got something to eat, and looked for an empty seat away from the crowd. They sat down and started to chew on their meal.

"You know what is really weird?.." Cynder asked Spyro.

"No, what?.." Spyro replied.

"When we heard Cyril and Terrador talking about the attack last night, do you really think it was just a trap?.." Cynder asked again.

"I'm no sure, what's your point?.." Spyro said.

"It's just strange.. It feels like not much had changed even though Malefor is already dead. People still have to be afraid, enven inside their own homes.."

"Yeah, I quess bad guys never change.." Spyro said, and finished his breakfast.

"Where are you going?.." Cynder asked Spyro, when he turned to walk away..

"Oh, I'm just gonna go to the city. I won't be gone for long, I just have to think about things over a bit.." Spyro said.

"Do you want me to come?.." Cynder said.

"There's no need. I think I can handle myself.." Spyro said, smiled, and left the hall..

Cynder finished her meal too, and turned her head towards the crowd..
"I can't stand waiting here..", she tought, and quietly sneaked after Spyro.

Spyro flew down to the city, and faced the central plaza. On the outside, the city looked to be full of life. But beneath lurked a plaque of fear..
Spyro had to go see Ember, just to keep his head clear. He couldn't seem to get her out of his mind, and that bothered him greatly.. Spyro turned to the direction of tha caverns, and glided away..

Spyro didn't know however, that he was being followed..

Chapter 19.

The great door creaked silently when Spyro stepped into the familiar underground chamber. It was lit up, and full of small makeshift shelters, filled with people from the streets. Spyro proceeded on to find Ember from the crowd..

Cynder had followed Spyro all the way from the hall, and he hadn't noticed a thing. Cynder was pleased to know she still had it in her, altough it had been a while since she had had to use her skills in action.
When Spyro headed for the underground city, Cynder knew he had not left the hall just to "think about things"..
She opened the Great door, and saw Spyro standing out from the people dozen of meters away. When the door slammed shut, Spyro quickly turned his head, but Cynder was already hidden from his eyes..
Cynder heard Spyro was calling for someone, she tried to blend in and act like he wasn't stalking someone..
Suddenly, a younger-looking dragoness with bright pink scales appeared out of nowhere and bounced on Spyro. Cynder was a bit confused as to who she was, but she was interested, and sneaked a bit closer to hear what they were talking about..

"Just stay calm, It could be just a friend.." Cynder thought, and sat behind a rock pillar near Spyro's position.

"Heyy! I was wondering when you came back to see me!" The young dragoness said to Spyro.

"Came back?.." Cynder thought..

"Listen, I'm sorry about that, but-" Spyro said, before he was interrupted.

"No no! You don't need to be sorry, I know heroes like you are
very.. Busy.." The dragoness said and giggled in a manner so girly, it almost made Cynder feel sick..

"Uhh Yeah.." Spyro said, and started again, "Listen, I haven't been able to get you out of my thoughts for a while, and I thought that it would be best if I came to see you."

Cynder was shocked, she didn't wan't to believe her ears..

"Oh you.." The dragoness said, and nuzzled Spyro.. Cynder saw this..

"No, Ember, listen.." Spyro said, he looked very embarassed..

"THIS is Ember!?" Cynder thought. This was the dragon Spyro had been talking to in his sleep. It had been so obvious, she immediately blamed herself for not seeing the truth..
"Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!" Cynder yelled, and banged her head to the pillar.

"Well what is it?.." Ember asked Spyro..

"What is that?" Spyro asked.. He only saw a familiar-looking tail vanishing behind the closing door..

"Sweet Ancestors.. Cynder!" Spyro shouted, and ran to the door..
