Backstory: Shade the Star Dragon is a swordsman looking to test his skills and hone his swordsman ship in honorable combat. He's life goal to capture the eye of someone dear to him through combat in hopes that one day they will recognize him for his strength and power. Shade been through many battles facing demons, Monsters, other Dragons, even his own grandfather. He refuses to allow himself to succumb to evil or dishonoring his name. For they are all that he has left.

Wieva transformed back preparing her self for battle, along with Shadow. Wave walked toward the other two dragonesses and stood still for a bit, not looking at Shadow or her guardian, finding other places to glance.

Leotheras touched down on purple crystal at ghe base of the volcano. This was the place where Malefor had fallen. The body of the Datk Master would be impossible to retrieve, however all they needed was thd zoul. Oncw they had the.soul they could bind it into a host body and bringbit back,. Leotheras laughed at how easy it seemed.

Vezkramax realised the full sithation they were in: outnumbered and made numb by the cold. So instead of fighting, he decided to try a peaceful approach, "How about... we open up a portal and get outof here, and we all forvet that this affair ever happened?"

"Grrrr I'm sick of this running away crap!" Scarlet complained to Vezkramax.

Wieva snarled at the enemies, a thin trail of wispy smoke emanating from her nostrils. Shadow tensed herself for the likely battle, reflexes ready. Wave continued to stand for a few seconds, before realizing the impending fight and hurriedly preparing himself.

Pandora rose and glared at the group, glancing at Vezkramax with a slow blink at his words, but made no outward protest beyond a slightly deeper frown.

"Coward." Velia muttered. "It's funny how you pretend to know what a fair fight is when it's your lot at the disadvantage."

Pandora suddenly chuckled, eyes glinting. "You're one to talk about cowards, Velia. Not that you'd ever admit that truth to yourself."

Velia snarled, looking ready to lunge forward. "How dare y-"

"Enough, settle down." Orpheus said, draping his wing over the Dracogryph, and while Velia didn't even glance at him she still straightened herself with a small growl.

"Don't worry, we don't need anything more from this place," said Vezkramax, and began to step through the portal but hezitatwd, "Where does the portal lead?"

Leotheras laughed at thw Convexity Guardians, "Why? I am no longer below your master's territory. I am underneath Dragonfly territorynow,"

Vezkramax nodded and stepped.through the portal. He swirled through the twisting ether until he arrived at thw other side, the hideout, "It is indeed back to our hideout, he is true to his word,"

Leotheras turned to the guardians, "I do not have the Stone you fools, Anasterian does!"

"I do not swek to harm the earth, I wish to save it," said Leotheras

Vezkramax waited for the others to go in first, just to make sure that thy all did go through.

Leotheras laughed, "When did I attack Sozen, I leaped towards him as if in an attack, but at the last moment I changed it to this tunnel that I just came through, don't confuse me with Scarlet just because we're both humanoid. And as for saving the world. If no-one does anything, Anasterian will come and free the Spirit of Malefor from the Amethysts here, yet I do not want that, all I wanted was the money I was promised and the Sunfury Stone. So I am here, to permabind Malefor's spirit to make it so it can never escape." And with that he walked away, towards another amethyst that was jutting out of the ground with Malefor's body inside.

Suddenly black fire ran across the ground in front of Leotheras, an black dragon was walking calmly as the black flame emitted off his blade. Slowly he opens his silver eyes, "I am afraid I cannot allow you to leave here with the jewels" he said as he walked in front of Leotheras his silver eyes looking at him as they glow with power.

Leotheras was suddenly very confused, "What jewels?" he asked, "All I hace on me is chalk, a book, some candles, a ceremonial dagger and my blades,"

"The one that contain's Malefor's power" the black dragon explained, "at least not without going through me first" he said pointing his blade at Leotheras, "I am Shade the Star Dragon...before we begin what is your name"

Suddenly there was a spear of light with such striking power that came from Shade hitting the wall behind the guardian missing its face just by mere inches, "Do not interfere....Or the next one will not miss" Shade said as smoke rise from his fingers where he launch the attack.

"Malefor has Malefor's powe, and I'm here to make sure it stays thee, its not in any crstal I've got,"

"That is not the point..." Shade said, "I am challenging you to face me in battle....The strong seeks out those with even greater strength in order to grow even stronger. For that purpose I will face you and you alone. For my pride and honor" Shade said, "Now tell me your name"

"As you wish, I am Leotheras,"

"This is not your master's terrain anymore, you have no authority hwre" said Leothwras.

Shade risen his sword, "Lets fight somewhere more private Leotheras...I don't want have to kill the guardians of this place if possible" he said.

"This is none of your concern. Interfere with our battle and I won't be able guarantee that I won't kill you" Shade said not looking at Sozen

Shade ignore Sozen as he waited for Leotheras answer.

Leotheras snarled, "I have work to do. Why do you fools try and stop me,I am working in YOUR best interests"." shouted Leotheras.

"You're strong" Shade simply stated, "I sense your energy from a mile away, so I came here to challenge you. I do not care what you do after our battle"

Just then, a dark dragoness with a gray belly and silver feathered wings walked out behind a rock, "You know, this looks like quite the party. As for that stone, it looked nice, mind if I take it?"

(Because I needed someone to be a part of this and Skyna is the only one who hasn't appeared yet.)

"This is not the Sunfury Stone! The Sunfury Stone is with Anasterian! And no, you can not have this,, without it, the world will burn. So look, Sozen, we've had some hard times but cab we put the past behind us, for now at least?"

Leotheras took out the purple crystal, which was not the Sunfury Stone, and gingerly handed it to Sozen.

Shade waited as Leotheras and Sozen finish talking so he can Leotheras could fight.

"So boys, where's the action?" Skyna asked patiently.

"Thank you Sozen, and it's not entertainment miss, this is serious business, so, Shade?" said Leotheras
