I watched that episode several weeks ago (I have to watch on the Internet due to a lack of Cable. Nothing I can control here) and was confused to see that people weren't talking about it as the new episode on the Subreddit.

So I accidentally watched it early.

Eh.

I kinda hope it's not so I don't have to wait for tomorrow for a new episode.

I liked it. I related a little too much to Sour Cream so I felt a little uncomfortable but it was nice.

Also, do we know anything about what language Yellowtail and Onion speak? It'd be interesting if we had a translator so we could go back to all of those awkward moments with Onion from before.

It was a nice episode, not as dramatic as I thought it would be but still nice.

After freaking out about missing it and scrambling to find it online, I watched it and wow. This show keeps getting better and better. This is definitely one of my favorite episodes. Also Pearl's song was literally all of my feelings lately in song and I just burst into tears. First with Sour Cream's dad issues and now Pearl, this show keeps getting closer to home. I'm convinced Rebecca Sugar sent someone to spy on me.

In other EXTREMELY spoilery news... I'm serious. This episode is happening next wednesday and I can not wait. MAJOR SPOILERS. SUPER BIG PLOT POINT INCOMING. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

I recently started to watch this show. It is funny, because I hate what Cartoon Network has become. Sorry, but I don't like Adventure Time, or Regular Show, or The Amazing World of Gumball, and don't get me started with Teen Titans GO. In fact, I only watch it when they give some of the old cartoons, but I turned on the TV one day, and Steven Universe was on... man it had blown me away! I thought it was going to be a lousy show like the rest, but I was surprised on how amazingly good that show is. Probably the only great show Cartoon Network has at the moment.

Peri having magnetic powers is cool too. It's kinda sad how she doesn't have the makings of older gems so she can't shapeshift but that also confirms that Peridots (at least 2nd Era ones/who knows what the 1st Era Peridots have) don't have any weapons at all.

i wouldn't say we know FOR SURE that era 2 peridots dont have weapons. she did say she didnt have normal powers like normal gems but then she learned she can manipulate metals? Perhaps she does have normal gem abilities but she needs to work hard to achieve them, like Pearl did.

i briefly considered that but Lapis' cpntrol is incredibly powerful while Peridot's doesn't seem as powerful tbh. I think she has as much reign over it as Garnet has over electricity.

^Same. They just keep hitting me too close to home like what. Where is this spy. First having a similar relationship to my biological dad as Sour Cream, then feeling what Pearl was feeling in Mr Greg, then feeling worthless because I wasn't able to do something like Peri in Too Short To Ride, then feeling like Sadie with my own "Lars" and now having strong hate for someone named Kevin and needing to learn to love myself more than hate them. I don't know what they're doing but I've connected really well with every episode so far and oh my god I love it. Loving every episode equally thus far. (No Mr Greg is up on top actually)

Maybe it's because cars were included that I might've been just a little biased.

I'm most excited for Monster Reunion, Alone at sea & Crack the whip, I think Amethyst will finally have some more in-depth character development in that.

I decided that I'll stop looking up spoilers because Matt Burnett himself said that he would like us fans to not look up any spoilers for the last two weeks because of how groundbreaking it is. So now spoilers coming from me until the season is over!

As of Wednesday I will not look at spoilers either tomorrow is the last day of week 2 for leaks then starts week three which along with week four Matt said not to look at

Yeah Ive been rather bad at providing spoilers myself, so after Thursday's episode (which is the furthest episode to be spoiled aside from a certain gem) Ill be done with it as well.

Ah yes, when you love a series but totally abhor the fandom. You can't really enjoy a series if you pay too much attention to a fandom, which is why I try to avoid it as much as I can. I am just recently starting to like Steven Universe, but I know what a big fandom it has.

That was a nice episode and I liked it more than Restaurant Wars. We never really had an episode about Kiki and it had a nice message that you should also say no once in awhile. Nothing too special but it wasn't a bad epsiode either.
