Aneitha nodded in understanding at Moonlights words, looking solemn. "Yes, I do see how that could be, I too have known creatures that were willing to do the unspeakable for the sake of keeping something untold."

Avia had been silently observing Rumin and Spark's interaction with interest, and at the humanoids speech she gave a grin. "That was well said. I actually felt abit of nostalgia there." She chuckled, recalling all the times her mentor would give similar words about the way of fire-wielding.

(That's one hell of a post, but ... meh.)

Alcaema wondered if that could apply to her alchemic fire.

Moonlight had a strange liking for this Dryphon. She was far more kind than any of the other beings she had ever met. She was finding it hard to find words for a reply, and felt awkward for a moment. She tried to act as if everything was fine, and watched the fire being explain his point of view.

"Even though you are in a different body, you still have some domain over fire, do you not?" He asked Sparks harshly, looking her over. "Once one is connected to their element, they will always have the connection."

"Yes, but it's weaker as my sister isn't as elementally capable as other dragons," said Sparks to which Gale humphed indignantly.

"Ah, but you are still attuned." He motioned with his hand, and a ring of fire burst around Sparks. "Let's see your will." he said with a grin.

Focusing as hard as she could on the flames, she whispered to them, first she whispered encouragment to grow, to consume, and as she watched, the flames did, they expanded, reaching up, grasping for more oxygen, smothering the stones beneath them in heat, then she whispered again, and this time, the flames all but dived into ashes. Her eyes gleamed as the smoke cleared, "Did I do well?"

Kumara's bright blue eyes briefly turned purple as the flames reflected off her irises. She had been quietly sitting away from the group for a while now, thinking about how nice a breath of fresh air would be... But after watching Sparks control her fire for what seemed to be the first time, the black griffin felt a little more hopeful.
"Beautiful Sparks!" She complimented, offering a small smile to back up her claim.

"Yeah, that's great work, err, Sparks, or Gale, ... body swap spells can be confusing." Pilila gave a smile of her own as well.

Unseeking to intervene between the conversation of the masses, Greyscale began to look at his options of where to continue his journey. He was never a fan of sitting still.

"Thanks" said Sparks gratefully to all the people who had congratulated her, andd thenlaughed, as all this time, she'd been able to control her flames but hadn't known it, and now, she'd be able to control herself, and interact with the other dragons normally.

"Don't mention it," replied Kumara, "I'm sure you will be able to have full control in no time."

Gale was getting impatient and slighlty jealous that Sparks was getting all the attention, "Umm, shouldn't we be moving on?"

"I agree, we've had enough chit chat time. It's only a matter of time before Magiah gets bored..." Shadow agreed in his usual low voice.

"So where should we go from here?" asked Gale

"Well," Trydan said standing up. "We seem to be in a safe room. As far as I can tell, this and where we first began are the safest places to be."

"Yessss, this could be a good place to ressst, get to know each other more, and come up with a plan assssss to getting out of here." Bimcal replied.

Rumin shrugged, his arms now crossed after watching Sparks manipulated the flames. "I've seen better." he mumbled to himself, full well knowing the actual potential the dragon had. In due time, scale-beast. You will be a fierce pyromancer. In due time.
He was now into the conversation at hand. "Must we really rest? I'd like to get at this foul manipulator this instant!" His heat rose with his emotion. "What good will getting to know one another be?"

Moonlight spoke up immediately, just shy of cutting the fire being off. "We need to fight together to win this game we've been placed in. Without teamwork, there will be no winner on our side." She glanced around the room at all the beings that were forcefully gathered. "If we get to know each other, both in power and mind, we have a better chance."

"We also have a better chance of being destroyed." Rumin replied, somewhat calmly. "What if that's what Magiah wants, for us to trust and rely in one another? Have us become unlikely friends, so he can have fun in slamming a wedge between us? I have seen conflicts on much larger scales than this. What wins a war isn't teamwork, but betrayal."

"That's not true." Raxtus said. "Wars are won by those who work together. Wars are won because of groups of loyal people not spies and traitors."

"One flaw in your argument," Mannaro retorted, "is that how can we be sure that nobody here is a traitor? I know my kin by heart, but I don't know if you're on our side very well and I'm sure you could say that about me as well."

"Why would anyone of us here be a traitor helping some crazy purple dragon that captured all of us? You do know how stupid that sounds; none of us have a reason to help the dragon that captured us all." 'Atmos' replied, annoyed at the accusation.

"Yesss, we mussst work together, or none of ussss will be able to beat a dragon apparently much sssstronger than usss." Bimcal hissed.

Rumin turned away angrily, walking away leaving a wake of heat. "Lesser beings like you don't even seem to grasp what I have said." He grumbled as he separated himself from the group.

"Maybe we should just stay together and take what comes our way. If we know each other better, then perhaps we would have a better chance. We could have a vote if we still can't decide..." Kumara said.

"I agree with Kumara." Trydan said. "We still stand a better chance of escaping if we stick together."
"Agreed." Raxtus said.

"Before we divide ourselves over a mere theory. I don't believe his point was that some of us may be spies, but rather Magiah may be liable to make us turn on each other in the future whether we want to or not." Velia spoke up, blinking slowly.

"I doubt that's his intent, though. That's some complex sadism for one who is hardly more than a child." She went on dryly, her nonchalant tone seamlessly masking the unease she was honestly starting to feel. But Avia glanced at her anyway, knowing her sister well enough to tell whether she was legitimately composed or was merely faking.

"He seems to be more interested in his game," Kumara said. Although she agreed with Velia about the possibility, So far, Magiah had only set traps or did spells.

Sparks could sense the truth in what they were saying, the only person there that she knew intimately enough to be 100% certain was on her side was Gale. And the newcomers, they could have asily been Magiah's plants sent here to deter or distract them, but she wanted to trust Rumin and Moonlight seemed nice enough, the only one who she had doubts about were Greyscale, as the big creature hadn't spoken much and as such hadn't given the chance to impress an opinion of himself on her yet, leaving room to al sorts of speculation. "I think we should stay together, at least for now," she offered

"Guys, dont we have places to be, psy hos to see?" Gale commented impatiently

"Rest. Pffft. Rest is for normal people." Raxtus said jokingly as Trydan yawned.

"I know that my opinion is heavily biased because I just woke up, but, I really think we sholuld move on," said Varedis

A little bit later ... 'Atmos' said, "Well, I think we should continue."

Gale agreed, as did Varedis and Sparx.

"First," Trydan said. "I'm going to try to undo the mind-swap spell."

"You know the thing about spells?" Ryu asked. "Get one thing wrong, and good luck trying to undo the mess. I hope you're good at this."

"I am." Trydan said before strating to read rapidly through a book.

While Gale was less than eager to go from almost unlimited firepower to hardly a drop, Sparks was upfront in queue for getting her body back.

"Okay." Trydan said snapping the book shut. "I think I know what spell Magiah used. I'm going to try to reverse it on Raxtus and me." He pulled a staff from his bag and tapped Raxtus and himself before mumbling something.

Sparks watched eagerly while Gale just stared impassively
