I got Zelda today. I noticed that she is disappearing in Ireland, so I decided to grab one of the last ones in the entire country.

Might be getting villager from certain store here in the UK...

I ordered my Pit amiibo from E(vil)bay almost two weeks ago... it still hasn't arrived. No orders have ever taken this long for me, and it was supposed to arrive on the 21st. Of course, my only option was to order it from a super shady looking scalper, so I wouldn't be surprised if I got scammed like I did when I ordered a rare Skylander off of ebay 2 years ago... that never came either, and we never got a refund.

Nintendo World had half of Wave 3 available today, including Shulk, Rosalina, and Lucario. I managed to get hold of Rosalina and Shulk (already pre-ordered Lucario at TRU) and they look fantastic. I took photos that you can see here.

They closed early today and had loads of boxes worth of figures, so if they're open tomorrow (and the subway is open) it's worth trying to get there and get some. Shulk in particular will be hard to find otherwise so I would recommend going. They also had Sheik, Toon Link, and Bowser.

Wow congrats. Really wish there was way I could go there. Will likely have to import in the end as those 2 are the main ones I want.

Shulk on the other hand, you're right in that you may have to import. If you're lucky someone at GS might not pick up their preorder and they'll be let free for you to buy, but it's not super likely.

Yeah... that won't really happen. Can't really justify getting up and going that early to parents. Can do it Saturday on my way to work, so I might try and see if I get lucky and mine puts theirs out early. Though there's a slim chance for that.

I'm gonna try my luck on the 14th for a Shulk and a preorder for Lucina and Robin if they have them. If not I'll import all 3.

In other news, right now I'm training my Kirby and Pikachu to work together as a kickass team.

I really want Little Mac and Lucario. I hope I can get them (probably not Little Mac though)

Went to Toys R Us today, they had Lucario, but it was in the back. The manager was nice enough to show it to me but said he can't sell it until 1/30.

Does anyone know if King Dedede is coming out on the 30th or is he coming out on the 1st? Also, will Meta Knight be out on the 1st?

As for Meta Knight, Best Buy still hasn't given an exact street date for him, but some Redditors are speculating he'll come out alongside Mega Man and Sonic on the 20th.

I can confirm it isn't like that, I couldn't manage to get any wave 3 on Monday and I can't get Villager ANYWHERE.

Now that I finally have 8 amiibo, I had a full 8 player Smash battle with them all. 3 stock, no items, omega Smashville.

Rosalina, despite being the lowest level (35) won the entire thing. Shulk on the other hand (38) was last place. Everyone else placed in various positions (all level 50). I've noticed that Rosalina is also very effective with items, particularly those that you throw rather than hit with yourself (e.g. home run bat).

^Amiibo aren't functional online unfortunately. As cool as it would be to put my amiibo up against others on the forum, it's not going to happen unless a miracle patch were made.

Yeah, we had teams.

Then what most likely happened was that your amiibo shared stock with its partner/s on its team. This is done by pressing A and B after you die, when your partner/s have at least two stocks left. Your partner will lose a stock, and it will go to you, allowing you to respawn.
