When the graveyard was around the top people still made these topics. :C
It stayed on the top constantly being updated because people got banned or suspended but people kept making topics.
This is what is happening with the Leaving and Returning topic. People still update it, but they update it with topics of users as well.

I get what you're saying, and people shouldn't do so, but I think part of the reason people still made topics about gnorc'd/banned users despite it being there is they took it as a list of banned users rather than a topic about general stuff concerning them. Same issue with leaving and returning, it's seen more of a topic for people going on vacation or wont have access to the computer. Though that might just me me so who knows, just thought a topic about that stuff would help.

I see what you mean. Leaving and Returning has been treated as that type of topic as well but it doesn't really make sense since the suspended or banned user can't say they are leaving unless it is requested.

Spyrobaro's graveyard topic could maybe help that issue?
I prefer it wouldn't call graveyard, though. When I first saw it, I thought it was some RP for tombstone placement. So lazy users would read it and think is that and just skip to make a topic. What I'm getting at is that we should have the topic for banned and suspended users, like you said. We should, however, give it a better name.

TO SUM IT UP!~
I'm ok with the idea of having a topic for suspended and banned user. It actually may make less topic and help fill the curiosity of users that got Ripto or Gnorc. We should have a topic that will make it obvious about what is about.

I wish I could explain things easier.
Next time I'll say the whole thing is Spanish!
