Magalor from Kirby! He had an awesome boss fight and amazing build-up.

Hades from Kid Icarus: Uprising! He made me laugh. :3 Well, all the bosses from that game made me laugh, so...

Let's see here.Every single Legendary Pokémon battle,Ganon from OoT,Andross on Venom 2 in StarFox 64 3D,the dragon from Mega Man 2, and Bowser in Super Mario 64.

Well, I suppose I should say some bosses from TLoZ, but I'm horrible at remembering names of them. So yeah.
Twilit fossil Stallord- Twilight Princess
The boss from Goron Mine- Twilight Princess
The boss from city in the Sky- Twilight Princess. (I mainly like this boss because beating it meant the end of this horrible dungeon. The dungeon wasn't all that bad, it's just I was clueless about what to do for almost 6 months.)
The boss from that Icy Mansion- Twilight Princess
Pretty much any boss from Twilight Princess.
Pretty much any boss from Skyward Sword, except for the Imprisoned.
Almost any LoZ boss ever is a good boss battle

The first time fighting him, it was kinda cool. He wasn't outrageously hard, and he looked pretty epic. The second time, and the third time sucked.

I found him pretty awesome. Very straight forward though. But I give him points for being the boss of that epic Ship dungeon.

Well I know I enjoy fighting Ripto in Spyro 2.
Not really sure about any others to be honest.

Magolor - Kirby's Return to Dreamland
Assuming you didn't cheese it with the Fighter ability glitch, he serves as an excellent "final exam boss." It made use of your Ultra Abilities in some unique ways. And the music and setting for the boss fight are amazing.

Jubileus - Bayonetta
The most ridiculously over the top boss I've ever seen. Not to mention the game fakes you out with regard to the ending... TWICE! It's just so much fun.

Kefka - Final Fantasy VI
One of the pinnacle of JRPG bosses, if you ask me. A grueling fight, but quite enjoyable and satisfying.

I am in love with Larxene from KH: CoM, but that's more as a character than fighting her as a boss.

Ice Titan is a fun battle as is Sephiroth in both KH games he's in. The one in Chapter 5 of FMA 2 Cure of The Crimson Elixir (yes another Square Enix game) is cool as is the final boss for FMA and the Broken Angel

Though fav.. Hmm, tough call, but I might have to say possibly Julius in KH Dream Drop Distance.

Tabuu from SSBB me and my friends we each (4 of us) we each chose 1 character and we spent a whole SleepOver trying to beat him and in the end we did

I enjoy all of the bosses in the Tomb Raider series, with the exception of the new Tomb Raider 2013 game.
And there's a few bosses from the video game; Toy Story 2, that I find pretty interesting, some I find to be stupid, and others I think are really cool.

I never used to enjoy boss fights when I was a kid, always thought they were too scary, and I'd end up failing every time. I always used to get my Dad to complete the boss levels for me.

Oops, thinking of other dungeon in Lanaryu. (not sure how to spell) I hated the ship one.

I'd like to start out by saying NOT Morpha. It took both of my fairies and I couldnt lock it into a corner. I may have some more later.

The cactus king from Donkey Kong Jungle beat

I started replaying TLoZ Phantom Hourglass, and some of the bosses are just a bit... meh. The'yre extremely forgettable. I've gotten up to the diabolic Cubus Twins, and they are probably going to be the only bosses that I will remember from this game. It's a shame that their battle is just like Shadow Ganon's from other games. They are very creepy though...

Ratchet & Clank:

- The space fight with Captain Qwark in Gemlik Base, also love the soundtrack in that level.
- Basically the last boss battle in the game.

Jak & Daxter:

- The last boss in the game I think is really quite unique.

Gun:

- Just an awesome battle, only one way to defeat Magruder, and there's a sneaky hiding place where you can go to as well. When Magruder is by these gesas, you have to shoot at them with the bow and arrow, and it causes it to explode and you hear Magruder complaining, it's funny, and when you're hiding you hear him out "Come out! Coward!" even though he's wearing a suit of armour, and carrying a dirty great big shot gun.
The second part of the boss fight is cool too, Magruder manages to get up onto a ledge, and when he tried to throw dynamite at you, you have to shoot it in mid air which causes the cave to shake, and then you can shoot him in the head, lol.

Morpha was easy to me personally. A very easy boss for a decently difficult dungeon. *shrugs*

I actually really enjoy those battles. lol

I enjoy them too, it's just I was hoping the Cubus sisters would've had something a bit more unique to them. The battle is still somewhat fun, but I prefer Shadow Ganon over them.

Magician Type-0 from The House of the Dead, the best Final Boss from an arcade shooter game I have ever seen ^-^
