Plot: About one year ago, the four clans living around the lake fell into disarray. The twolegs (humans) that lived near the lake started expanding heir territories into the nearby areas where the clans lived peacefully. They scared away most of the prey in these areas, and the cats who lived there were forced to leave their homes. They fought with the other clans over prey, territory, and medicinal herbs. Soon, the entire way the clans had been living was forgotten, and the warrior code was also, plunging the clans into war. Now, many clan members have left their clans, becoming loners, rouges, and even kittypets. Those who have stayed in their clans always prepare for the worst with each passing day. Will peace ever be found again?


Rules:
1. I am GM.

2. No godmodding.

3. Use OOC for out of character talk only.

4. You can only have up to three characters, but you can have a few temporary characters if you want to. For temporary characters, you do not make a character sheet.

5. If you are going to join this RP, YOU MUST BE ACTIVE. I don't want a bunch of people making a character sheet and then never posting again. If you do not post for more than four pages, you will not be allowed to continue the RP. If you know you are not going to be able to post for some time, let me know in an OOC post or in a PM.

6. Romance is allowed, but please keep it PG.

7. You cannot play as a leader or a kit in this RP, but if you are in a clan, you can be any of the other ranks.

8. Use proper grammar, please. Other people need to be able to read your posts.

CLAN RANKS:

DEPUTY: The second in command of a clan, often organizes hunting and border patrols.

MEDICINE CAT: The "healer" of the clan, treats wounds and sicknesses with medicinal herbs.

WARRIORS: The warriors make up the majority of the clan, going hunting, protecting the clan from enemies, doing border patrols. If the deputy dies, a warrior is promoted to deputy during the moonhigh after the original deputy's death. Some warriors take on apprentices.

QUEENS: The queens take care of the newborn kits, and are usually confined to a nursery.

APPRENTICES: Any kit who is six moons or older can become a warrior's or medicine cat's apprentice.

ELDERS: The oldest and retired members of the clan.

CLANS:

SHADOWCLAN: Most of shadowclan's territory was taken over by he twolegs, so they moved into thunderclan's territory and are now rivals with thunderclan.

RIVERCLAN: Most of riverclan's territory was also taken over by the twolegs, so they moved to the island and occasionally fight with windclan.

WINDCLAN: Most of Windclan's territory is actually untouched, but they still fight with the other clans over food.

THUNDERCLAN: Thunderclan has a few twoleg tents in their territory, but they are usually too busy fighting with shadowclan to worry about them.

OTHERS:

ROGUES: Cats who don't belong to any particular clan, often stealing the clans' prey, fighting with them, or just causing trouble.

LONERS: Loners are a lot like rouges, but don't usually cause trouble for the clans and prefer to leave other cats alone.

KITTYPETS: Cats who live with twolegs and are often thought to be soft and weak, although some kittypets can be vicious.

Personality: Fun loving, playful, but a very skilled hunter, Falconpaw loves to hunt, but will fight if the occasion requires.
Short Bio: Falconpaw used to be part of thunderclan, but left not very long ago when he got tired of fighting in the war. He now lives on his own, but he may return to the clans someday.

Short bio: Kiba used to be Thunderfang of Windclan, named for his quick speed and great strength. He lost his friends in the war, so he left, vowing to not return for he didn't want to lose others. He took the name Kiba (which means Fang) and took on life as a loner. He may return someday to the clans, and may fight with them again as Thunderfang.
Other: He HATES humans.

THINGY: Loner.
Short bio: Tia was one of the most social apprentices in her Clan. She was always talking, joking around and telling stories. Tia had never liked humans. They took her brother. When the humans started coming, Tia left. She begged her friends to come, but they refused. She now lives in the twoleg place, eating rats and digging through trash cans.
Looks like: A cream and white tabby, with green eyes.
Personality: Shy with strangers, but she hates being alone.
Other: She was a WindClan cat. She used to be very good friends with a Kittypet named Tia, but the other Tia was hit by a car, thus when Creampaw became a loner, she changed her name after her beloved friend.
Age: 7 or 8 months. (Moons)
Gender: She-cat.

Personality: She is very cheerful and happy and a great companion.
Short bio: Kuro used to be know as one of the most strategic and quickest warriors of Windclan, since she used her speed and intelligence to make up for her lack of strength. When the war began, Kuro received so many wounds that she ran away from the wars for she would no longer be able to successfully fight for her clan. She may return, someday, when her wounds have healed.
Other: She is not very strong.

OOC: Tia is based off a cat I know and love in real life.

Quickclaw trotted through the forest. She ached from her wounds as she had just escaped from the war. She limped through the forest, looking around the territory for a place to rest and recover. She found a small cave and hid there.

"Hey Kiba! Come on! You're so slow!" said a rusty orange cat with green eyes. It took off down the alley, a white cat with yellow eyes trailing behind.

"You slow down, Copper. This is supposed to be a leisurely walk." growled the white cat.

Falconpaw was walking on the edge of what had used to be Windclan's border with riverclan. He avoided detection from other cats, knowing better than to be seen. He could hear cats fighting, prey running, and the wind blowing through the trees. "Lay low." He said to himself.

Quickclaw looks from the cave to see Falconpaw.
"Hey." she hissed. "Over here."

Tia sat on a twoleg fence, grooming herself.

Copper and Kiba trotted by Tia. Kiba looked up at Tia.

Tia's fur fluffed up. "Er...Uh.... Hello."

Kiba nodded to Tia.
"Hello."

Copper stopped.
"Kiba! You slowpoke! Come on already!"

Tia looked at her paws. She wanted to be friends with these cats, but they were much bigger and older then her!

Kiba looked at Copper.
"Go on without me. I'll catch up." he growls.

"Alright alright." said Copper, padding off.

Kiba then looked at Tia.
"What's your name?"

Falconpaw jumped, but went over to the cat without hesitation. Running away would only cause a scene. "Who are you?" He asked.

"Quickclaw. I was a former member of Windclan. Who are you?" asks Quickclaw.

"I'm Falconpaw, but my friends call me Falcon." Falconpaw replied. "I was a former apprentice of Thunderclan."

Quickclaw nodded.
"I was a warrior, but I'm afraid I was named only for my speed. I lack any strength. I couldn't fight for my clan any longer, even with my strategic thinking." she said sadly.

"I'm er... Tia. I used to be Creampaw, of RiverClan." The tabby answered.

Kiba nods.
"I'm Kiba. I was Thunderfang of Windclan."

Tia nodded.

Kiba looked at Tia.
"What are you doing up there by your lonesome?"

"Well, you don't seem like you're going to hurt me, at least." Falconpaw said, relaxing a little.

Quickclaw smiled.
"Course not. I'm not part of Windclan any more."

"Umm... My friends stayed with the Clan," was all Tia said.

Kiba winced at the sound of friends.

Tia tail tip twitched shyly.

"Well, we can't stay here for much longer, or we'll be found." Falconpaw said. "Come on."

Kiba looked at her.
"Come on. You can come with me and Copper."

Quickclaw nods.
"You're right. Let's go."

Falconpaw led the way to a thick bramble thicket. He pushed aside some brambles and gestured for quickclaw to go in. "This way." He whispered.

Quickclaw nodded and disappeared in the thicket.

Falconpaw pushed his way in after Quickclaw, shouldering brambles out of the way until he came to a small space with no brambles. He could stand up to his full height, but the space was limited. "We can stay here for a while until the cats stop fighting for the day." He said.

Quickclaw nodded and began licking her wounds. She had so many, and she had twisted her left front paw.

"Do you know of any places for herbs around here?" Falconpaw asked. "It is your territory, after all."

Quickclaw nods.
"Yes. I was first a med cat apprentice. Come on."

"No," Falconpaw said, looking at Quickclaw's twisted paw. "Just tell me where to find them. I'll be careful."

Quickclaw shook her head.
"I'm fine. I'll show you. Besides, if we run into any cats, better two than one."

Falconpaw nodded reluctantly, but went along with it. He pushed his way out of the bramble thicket and held it open for Quickclaw.

Quickclaw trotted through and scented the air. There was a lot of blood, but she could smell the herbs through all of that.
"This way."

Falconpaw followed Quickclaw, but stayed on high alert.
