I like ANB/TEN Cynder and Bianca a lot!
They were also both villains!:3

ANB/TEN Cynder, Ember, and Whirlwind.

Elora is my favorite. Then Bianca. Then Sheila. Then Zoe. Then Cynder. Then Ember.

Trina/Treena the Hyena (I think that's her name) she was one of the funniest NPC's in AHT.
I used to like Ember, she was cute. But she was only in the game for a short while.
I like Cynder in ANB and TEN, both small and evil versions.

Ember and Elora. Shelia is okay too. Evil Cynder (and maybe SkyCynder) is the only good Cynder too. Bianca is okay but not a favorite.

Elora then Sheila then Bianca for me. If only they'd survived the various changes.

Mmm, I like most of the Girls/Female characters in the whole Spyro Universe, but If I have to choose 5...:

I know they're all the same Cynder (except Skylanders), but she's so different, both personality and appearance wise, in each game and I have different opinions on her in every game.

Elora and Bianca are cool, if I had to choose one I'd pick Elora, just because I think she's great that she's the leader of Avalar, I also prefer her character, because no matter what, in her voice, you can tell that in any tough situation, she could probably find a way out of it, whereas with Bianca she doesn't seem to be as wise, as you can see in Spyro 3, when she's against Spyro, and after some time, she sides with him in the end.

I'm having one of them moments where I'm struggling to get down what I mean from my mind onto here,

Ember was alright, kind of funny, but not memorable enough to me. Probably because she was hardly in the game, same with Flame, at least characters like Hunter, and Elora stay in the game throughout. And make multiple appearances in one level too.

The Sorceress.

First off, she was one out of only two female villains, and the only one that could be classified as truely, irrideemably evil.
Second, she was the best villain in terms of acheivement before the reboots. She not only overthrew the Forgotton Realm, she maintained control of it for what I wager was a few centuries.

I choose all the Cynders. I love Cynder.

Nanny is best female so much character develop and unique and feels and

... Sheila. She is so much fun to play as, and I love her character, and the design.

She was kind of similar to Elora, but I feel like... I don't know, there's just some way she is cooler and better than Elora. I feel like it's because we actually get to play and kick some butt as her. Elora is certainly important and a nice character, but I don't feel like we really see her do anything exciting during GTG.

The Sorceress is also awesome, like BlinkTheCookie said. Very, very underrated. My only problem with her is that we never really saw her interact with Spyro before they battled, but then again, maybe that adds to her in a Narm Charm-kinda way.

And ANB Cynder is a very nostalgic villain to me so she's here as obligation. I don't really think about plots much unless they're really awful, so I never really expected her to be a little dragon, corrupted- I just assumed when I first played the game that she had grown up and chosen to be evil. I only wish we saw her more in TEN, then she'd be a bit more exciting to me.

ANB/TEN Cynder, Elora, Bianca, and Shelia. I don't really have a opinion on Ember.

I DID like Cynder before she turned into a sexy fanboy magnet in DotD.
