Red armor with gold swords. By looking at it, it looks similar to an old photo of a regular Ninjini. My feeling tells me that photo is fake. Unless its photographed in a living room, we should all remain calm...

I personally like it. I think the colors probably aren't totally accurate, her hair int he game is black not grey. Might just be an image problem.

Also, if she is showing up on Amazon.de, that might point to an Amazon exclusive as well for the US.

I hate buying Skylanders online. It's hard to get a refund if any Skylanders figure you bought is defective...

I'd say that conclusively points to an Amazon exclusive in the US. I just can't imagine the American company, Amazon, shelling out anything for the exclusive rights to distribute a figure in only Germany. Personally, I consider this one to be a virtual lock for Amazon until proven otherwise.

That's always possible, but with Walmart, TRU and Target all launching other exclusives, the only viable option that isn't Amazon would be GameStop.

I am in the states and order from Amazon UK and Germany all the time with no issues. Just placed my pre-order just in case on Amazon.de. If you can't read German, use Google Chrome for auto translation on each page.

I hope it's not Amazon here in the US. Although their customer service is phenomenal, they're not great at packaging Skylanders. At least, in my experience they weren't. I ordered that special Flameslinger and he came all damaged....I can't imagine something like a special figure like this coming in decent condition.

Our gold Flamey was a little bent up too. I'd say order two of them and request the shipment be bundled. That's a sure way to get a box. They don't box based on what the item is, just the item's size. I'll be doing that... one to keep in the box, one to open.

I ordered two. I had to do separate orders at the time as they were limiting them to one per order. Both of mine were in fine condition when they got to me. However, I agree that I want to see them where I can look at them before buying!

If info on scarlet does not show up by the 15th, I'll buy one through amazon.de

Dumb question. If you order it from amazon de is everything normal for her when you play with her in the states. Meaning will her name and other stuff appear in English over here. Just making sure she won't appear or any words on German. Does this make sense? Lol

From the packages I have seen from the EU they are in English. However, I am not sure. Will Amazon.de ship to the US?

When I pull it up on my computer and do the closeup on the figure her hair looks dark purplish blue, not black or grey. I myself was wanting one but to see the finished product, I prefer the red hair and dark outfit vs the other way around. Now if she kept the red hair (or had black) and the red outfit and the regular swords, I might like it.

Neither is TRU. Bubble wrap for my 3 pack...guess how I got it? Funny thing is, I actually ordered what fit in a single box last time---even made sure I didn't overstep it...they seem to pack willy nilly.

I can't order anything from TRU because of the state they are located in my bank blocks online stuff from that state... Lame. However, I have heard horror stories from them.

Anyone know how gamestop does? Or Target?

Oh TRU is the worst. I'm sure if you dug into the SSA threads you'd see my posts but basically:

-Blue Bash I preordered LONG before it was posted a lot more here was cancelled
-Legendary Trigger Happy I ordered came damaged (not to mention in a plain bubble envelope instead of a box)
-Dragons Peak I ordered was sent and was so heavily damaged in transit that UPS actually pulled the item and discarded it
-Legendary stealth Elf came damaged

L-stealth I got just so I could have her a bit early, and I was opening one anyways, but BB was scary because we didn't know how popular he'd be, same with L-Triggs. DP I was lucky that my cousin was working at TRU at the time, so she was able to snag me one.

But TRU is the worst with shipping stuff, especially for collectors.

EDIT: @Bazinga: Target was pretty good. I got the LC 3 pack from them, and with the REDcard I got free shipping at the tax knocked off which was awesome. The blister was fine though.

Gamestop I ordered SSA Cynder from back when she was released and it came with a nice bubble in there and a piece of cardboard over top. (so, like, the blister was facing up in the box, with an air bubble over the top card and then a thin piece of cardboard on top. Plus she had the plastic sleeve over the top of the blister card which I assume means she was popped in there and shipped to me right out of the main wave box.

I do remember ordering Camo and Warnado from Amazon now, and they had it packaged very nice. So i'll definitely keep that in mind Tash.

I wonder- will Scarjini glow differently? Gnarly doesn't to my knowledge, but Granite Crusher is a bit different. Maybe like a more red-color light?

I think her red hair was ridiculous. She looked like a hot mess! if she wasn't baller to play as I would consider her a hot mess. Scarjini is an improvement IMO but I will say something is off but I don't know if it's her dark blue hair or her pale seagreen skin... Her attire is flawless and I like the gold swords, was not expecting those.

i ordered scarlet from amazon germany just now. says delivery march 14th. let ya know how it works out

we cant order them to the uk thats really crap so now i need to pay evil bay prices know what im giving up with skylanders had enough now its starting to get beyond it now

I decided to hold off ordering Scarlet from Amazon.de. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops like that, because I'm afraid she won't come to the US.

She should come to the US, along with all of the other ingame variants. If she doesn't, I will have to rethink my Skylanders collecting for shady practices. I bought 4 of each ingame variant, including Gnarly, in good faith that all of them would be available in the US somehow.

I am sticking to my belief they will be, thus I decided against ordering from Amazon.de.

Granite, Gnarly, and Legendary Bouncer all glow different colors. i don't see why she wouldn't either.

Ordered to the UK, thanks Ash64 for posting that you ordered, saw that and got mine straight away! Couldn't understand the language but the Amazon site was familiar so guessed at what buttons to press!!

Of course she's coming to the US! She just may not be as early as she is for the EU release.

It's kind of odd that EU are getting them faster than the US. I'm not liking this one bit, the US returns to being late with their releases again. BOO!

Considering the way she originally glows, Sacrjini really won't have that much of a difference from Ninjini's glow. Her genie tail will just end up glowing through the scarlet coloring.

No offense to your logic but Gold Flameslinger was essentially a chase variant made exclusive like GITD Sonic Boom/GITD Fright Rider. Scarlet Ninjini is a VERY different thing in that she's an actual in-game variant.

Ordered from Germany. Why not? Let's give it a go. I order stuff from Taiwan & Hong Kong all of the time, why not Germany too? Give them some love as well.

Amazon.de have a decent packaging but I remember their shipping cost was horrible! I bought two Monrose cds from them and remember not enjoying that S&H price lol.

If TFB/Acti ever held back an ingame variant from the US, that would give me a sour taste that I don't think I can relieve myself of.

I invested way too much into Skylanders ingame variants, to not be able to get all 8. If Scarlet and Polar stayed exclusive overseas, that would be pretty messed up.

Likewise for overseas. If they don't have any of the characters that actually show up inagme differently, than that's messed up.
