Will the PS2 graphics be good? [CLOSED]

There have been lots of mixed comments about the PS2 graphics being bad and good. What do you think?

TEN was the edge of what the PS2 could do graphics wise for Spyro. Look at it to see what the next game will be like in that area.

Your right. The graphics for TNB and TEN are pretty good, so I'm sure DoTD graphics will look better.

hmm.. well i think ps2 will be same as others only lesser graphics just like u play crysiswith a lower videocard then u have a new pc then u have a beter videocard that can run al on high

so basic ps2 medium/low
and ps3 high/medium becuase ps3 isnt using his full performence yet

I think the graphics for all the home systems will be pretty much the same. If any of the systems don't have enough power for the graphics, it simply won't come out for that system.

look at final fantasy for instance

so graphics should be fine

No, it won't be the same. I got a PS2 version of a game and its graphics sucked compared to PS3/360 versions.

Exceept each system will get a version that uses its graphic power to the greatest extent possible.

I think there will be a difference between PS3/360 and the PS2/Wii because the Iron Man game and the Spider-Man 3 game and the other games were completly different.

they're not going to be crap, i can tell that much. ANB and TEN look fantastic for ps2 games. not the greatest graphics, but good for the system they're for.

But how can you know that they used th PS2. They could have just kept showing the PS3 and Xbox360 graphics to make it look better.

Well, I think they´ll be good. Not so good as the graphics in the PS3 and XBox360 version,but very good for a PS2 game.

you must understand too, the ps2 version of the game will have lower graphics than the 360/ps3 versions. but, thets comparing two different generations of systems too, the ps2 vs the 360/ps3. Standard Definition graphics compared to High Definition graphics. You really cannot compare.

One thing that is strange, the Wii is one Generation above the PS2 and its got the same graphics? Unless you get the HD cable for the Wii (It works with TEN so you can get TEN in HD!)

The graphics don't matter quite so much to me, as long as the game itself is good. I'm also just glad that there will be a PS2 version, cause I can't afford a whole new system.

but i looked up the prices and the ps3 spyro game is more than the ps2 spyro game!!! so then how are thge graphics the same?

The price has nothing to do with graphics. Its just that PS3 games cost more.
