Plot: Change, that's what many religions try to do, but this Catholic camp tries to change the love between two creatures. It tries to change the orientation of its campers and to do that, it breaks their bodies and destroys their spirits.
For over five decades this camp has been trying to ruin the spirits of the teen males that are forced to live there for two months.**
The priests there run the camp like a prison, saying when the campers could eat or sleep. In reality, the campers get very little food or rest. Priests also perform violent exorcisms on the teens.
Some of them get broken and conform to what the priests wish, others fight back, staying true to who they really love.**
This year the camp started up for the summer again, new teens are coming in, what will happen? Will they conform or will they stay true to themselves and who they love?

So, you're playing as either a priest or a teen. They're all animals, either anthro or feral (No animals smaller than a cat or bigger than a large dog for feral.)
Mythical animals allowed, but they get no powers.

Other: He has been abused by his father, which contributed to his, fearful and religious nature. All his life he was afraid to open up about his orientation. He met his boyfriend in freshmen year of High school, they were together for almost a year now. Reginald has been kicked out of his house by his father, he now lives with his boyfriend. He got guilted into coming to this camp by the priest that runs it all.**

Personality: Follows Catholic doctrine to the letter. Hates insubordination. Hates gays, but is willing to try to 'help' them.

Personality: Strict, follows Felinious' every order. Doesn't have a hatred for gays, but he still doesn't like them. **
Other: Was once gay himself, Felinious was his partner. Him and Felinious are almost always together, he's Felinious' assistant, housemate, roommate (While he's running the camp with him.)**

Other: He patrols the camp most of the time and always attends meetings. Locke hates gays and is against them.

This RP is going to be hopeful. Young animals fighting to survive in a world that doesn't understand and that wants to change them. But I totally understand.

Name: Amarcia('Marcia for short)

Appearance: Fairly tall man with wide shoulders and chest. His entire body is covered in silky feathers of brown, besides his head feathers which are white. His eyes are amber in color, and always seem a little hostile. His beak is strong, and he speaks with a clear American accent. His arms have long, thick, brown feathers for flying. His tail feathers are just as thick, and tend to brush the ground when he walks. Along his legs the feathering becomes slightly more downy and changes from brown to white. His feet are bird-like and have the talons and tough skin. He wears casual clothes, namely shorts and a casual T-shirt with the sleeves mostly torn off to let his feathers loose.
Taken or single: 'Marcia is open to all
Personality: Arrogant, a little silly, jokes around a lot and sometimes can get slightly carried away with his jokes, he tends to act without thinking and that ends up getting him in trouble 90% of the time.
Other: Loves cheeseburgers and wants to be everybody's hero.

OOC: accepted. Let's start. Start setting: the bus taking your character to the camp. So no one is at the camp yet.

It was close to noon. Theodore was driving the bus towards its' last pick up before going towards the camp. Felinious was sitting in the seat right behind Theodore. The cat was glad that he'd once again help save young souls from the horrid trap of homosexuality which he and Theodore fell into when they were young. Never again will Satan currupt young souls... Felinious and Theodore would make sure of it...

Reginald saw the bus coming, he held onto a strap on his backpack with one hand and the hand of the taller white ferret with the other. The ferret looked down at him. "Don't worry, two months isn't that long. We'll call each other everyday." Said the ferret, smiling down at the hare.
"I know, I'll call you as soon as I can... I'll miss you, sweetie..." Reginald said as he hugged his boyfriend one last time before hearing the bus stop and open its' doors.
Reginald let go of his boyfriend and slowly stepped onto the bus. The doors closed as soon as he got on and the bus drove away.

Alex held a red backpack and a blue duffle bag. He had lime green headphones and was listening to his ipod that had a pink and green cover.

Reginald walked to the back of the bus, hanging onto the tops of the seats so he wouldn't fall while the bus was in motion. It was like instinct for him to go to the back, he always had to take the back seat... He knew the back of the bus was like a shameful place to be. It was not that he wanted to, he felt like he had to... Was made to...

"Alex you forgot your sunglasses!" His little brother said as he ran out to give him his sunglasses. "I'll miss you Izzy. take care"Alex said as he rushed his brother inside and ran back to wait for the bus with his sunglasses on.

OOC: wait, the bus is already moving, you dont get yo say it stops and I bet we're far away from where Alex lives. Write that entire post over again but say something different.

OOC: read the first post of when we started this RP. Reginald was the LAST one to be picked up. That means everyone else is already on the bus.

Alex sat near the middle of the bus with his sunglasses on. He had his earbuds in and was listening to music.

Reginald sat down in the back seat, setting his backpack down on the seat beside him. He took his phone out of his pocket and looked at the picture he had in the background of the screen, it was of him and Derex, his boyfriend. Oh, how the hare will miss that ferret... He didn't even tell him the whole truth of what this camp was about... It hurt him to keep truth from his lover, and it hurt him even more to go to a place that could change him and ruin the love between the hare and ferret...

Alex looked out the window.

Appearance: Randuel is tall and muscular, though he he built like an athlete. He dressed is the attire fitting of a sensei of the martial arts. He has a black belt tied around his waist, as a symbol of his status and as a deterrent to anyone who wishes to start a fight.

Personality: He is kind, hardworking, loyal, honest and compassionate. Though if one get on his bad side he can be cold, brutal and terrifying. He considers himself a protector and guardian.

Other: Having lost his mother at childbirth, he lived with his father until he was eight. Then after his father died when he was eight, a friend of his father instructed him in the martial arts and how to get around in the world alone. After four years of training he worked with police and other security forces for 6 years to bring down criminals and protect the people. He used his training in the martial arts as a tool to do this, beating on criminals to escape his pain. Still working with the police and other security forces, he heard about the camp from a college and decided that he'd help out where he could. Now at age 18 he is at the camp as a guest of one of the Fathers. He works as a guard and enforcer due to his skill and experience in the martial arts. Secretly helps lovers get together, willing to take their secrets to his grave, rather than betray them to the Fathers.

ooc: Derpy, just be on the bus with the rest of us

Buretian was sat in one of the front seats with his red, white and blue backpack placed beside him and his legs propped up on it with his head on the seat. He was sat reading a book, trying to not start trouble, or be loud like he usually is. His eyes awkwardly scanned the pages, and in all honesty he couldn't be less interested in the plot and such of the book, but still he read it for some reason.

Roxas was quietly playing video games, he was behind some strange lion at the front. He was tempted to annoy the guy but decided against it, he didn't want to get on this guys bad side, the man looked strong and Roxas thought that maybe this guy could be an ally in the future.

Chase layed in his den as the cold air blew on her fur

OOC: Derpy, did you read ANYTHING of this RP?

It was around an hour more before the bus came to a stop in a large parking lot. "Alright, we have arrived. Everyone, off the bus." Father Felinious announced. The busses' doors swung open, Felinious got off the bus first. Reginald stood from his seat and put his backpack on.

Chase heard the noise and walked towards it to see felinious
"um...hi..." he tried to say

Randuel stands beside the Father watching to make sure that no one causes trouble and that he is protected. his eyes glint as he watches the newcomers leave the bus. Then he turns to the Father and bowing politely he speaks.

"Is this all of them Father, or is there more on their way here," he asks his whiskers twitching as he speaks.

OOC: DERPY! Please, don't ignore me. Now, you gotta stick to the plot and be with everyone else. Delete all your posts except your character sheet and start over. Your RPing skills need work.

"Yes, that is everyone." Felinious said, looking at Randuel.
Reginald got off the bus and looked around, there were some other busses in the parking lot along with a few cars. There was also a large, white, ten story building in the distance.

OOC: Wyrstel, you're doing a fantastic job, but one thing, refer to your character in the third person, please.

Alex got off the bus with his red backpack over his shoulder. He carried his blue duffle bag.

OOC: I changed it.

ooc: Calm down, torok. It's nothing that can't be fixed. Don't insult her RPing skills.
Derpy, torok is right that you did start off in the incorrect place. She wanted us to start on a bus, sooooo I do think we should start off there.

'Marcia had been reclined into his seat on the bus, his legs kicked up and resting on the back of the seat in front of him. His bag was loosely draped over his arm, the feathers ruffled and bent around it. He had an expression of amusement as he watched all the other boys mill around the bus as it came to a stop.
With a quick huff and a grin, 'Marcia swept his claws off the eat and was on on his feet. He fixed his bag more comfortably onto his shoulder as he hopped off the bus. It didn't take long for his sharp eyes to land on the enormous building in the distance, and he smiled. Yeah, this wouldn't be so bad, even if he hadn't wanted to be here.
