This RP can use any characters you want but is like the story of rosario+ vampir e
if you dont know the story ,
Synopsis:

Rosario + Vampire is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Akihisa Ikeda. The story revolves around Tsukune Aono, a boy who accidentally gets enrolled in a school inhabited by monsters and demons. He quickly befriends Moka Akashiya, a vampire who soon develops an obsession with his blood, and later meets other girls who soon take a romantic liking to him

Powers: Can morph into a dragon whenever she pleases.
Appearance:

Human: Long blue hair, blue eyes, pale skin with a blueish hue.
Dragon: Deep blue scales, pointy head crest, blue whiskers/dorsal fins, blue eyes, red diamond-shaped gem on her forehead.

Other: Captain of the swim team at school. Enjoys swimming in any body of water that she can fit in while in her dragon form. Can breathe underwater in either form.
