Sorry to post another topic but I wanted to keep the conversations seperate. Some have mentioned light core shroomboom being released today. Anyone find him or any others? I pre ordered mine from the website which says it ships 12/2 2which would put him as a 23rd release date so I'd anyone did one day shipping they could not use him until the 23. Let us know what you find today. I'm going by mine in about 3 hours

If he's in a different country, maybe it's the 20th there.

And if he is on the moon, then what time it is would be completely relative, but LC Shroom Boom still wouldn't be out right now. I do think he's said to be released on the U.S. 20th, though. Which would be the 21st in Europe at least at some point.

I wanna eat my words on this and say I was wrong and/or I can't read.

LC Shroomboom's Box is dated 12/20 - now whether or not your TRU didn't mix the boxes together and puts him out is something I can't tell you.

Or if they put the other figures out with him on Thursday for that matter. (Hoping.)

Wow I work 60 hours a week and didn't even know what day it is. We get paid on the 21 work told us. Usually we get paid on Thursdays is why I'm out of sync. Sounds like I need to find out why I'm getting paid a day late lol. Anyways tomorrow if anyone finds anything post it here

I just picked up the Lightcore Shroomy this morning before they closed.
The box had Shrooms, Breaks, Jets, and Eruptors.

Very few Shrooms in my area to go around right now so get em while you can.

No. My local TRU closes at 1 am tonight. So, since it's technically the 20th at 12:01, they sold them to me at 12:01.

I bought mine in Oklahoma City. It's 12:49 am where I am.

I didn't even think to go tonight at midnight... I forgot that they are open then... Sigh...

Worst comes to worst, I order LC Shroomboom online. Maybe they will get more in for the 23rd. Who knows?

Same here,

The staff was in restock mode,
I was able to get the clerk to open the "for 12/20" box and grabbed mine.

I live on the east coast USA, so will see what happens between now and the 23rd.
The 24hr open time is going to be the killer.

If I could get out of my driveway I would go and check my TRU when it opens at 6 A.M. however, I just don't think that it is going to happen. Hopefully, I can swing by on my way to work tomorrow and get one. Here's to hoping that they close the campus I work at today. Or it is going to be one female dog of a ride in.

It's the 20th now. 7am where I'm at, and my local TRU has nothing new. Said they don't know of anything coming out either. Anyone in Michigan been able to find LC Shroomboom anywhere? I would just like to know he's in the state at least

^ I spoke with my TRU yesterday and they said the weren't getting any new figures until the 23rd, so it must not be at every TRU... oh well!!

Just got back from TRU. They had one box with 4 LC ShroomBooms and the rest were LC repeats. Also got to peak at the boxes for the 23rd and they were what's been reported already

Just picked up LC Shroomy at TRU in NJ. They had about a dozen out and another unopened box right on the floor that had the "Wave 3 LC, Do Not Open Until 12/20" sticker on it.

No other new characters were out.

Checkec my other local TRU.
Their shipment was LC Shroom, J-Vac, others.
And they finally got a shipment of Hot Heads with a few Crushers.

Wonder why there is/was such a shortage of Crushers recently.

Going back this morning to see if they put out any of wave 3. The store stock was REALLY low and you never know.

I picked up LC Shroomy this morning as well. The manager had to pull them out of the back, he thought the ones dated the 23rd were the only ones they had, and he said he had not gotten any directive on those releasing early. He went back a second time and found the lightcores dated 12/20 - 2 cases. The label on the lightcores is also red versus the orange one on the singles dated 12/23- if your store doesn't have them out, they may think they are all the same, ask them to look for the red label. He opened them up for me (assortment is exactly as was shown earlier). I picked through a few to find the one I felt looked the best (honestly they were all pretty close) and gave it a test on the display portal to make sure it worked. The mushroom beside him lights up green (pretty bright) and his eye lights up a dimmer white. I checked a few to make sure the lighting was consistent, which it was. He left the box on the counter, I guess he was going to put them out later - another employee called him away went I went to pay. No one else there for the other 7 by the time I left.

I stopped at three TRUs in the Detroit area on my way to work this morning. (Long commute...) None of them had LC Shroomy.

However, one of them had a brand new box of SA figures, including Voodood. They also had at least one Voodood on the pegs and several of the PB/Boomer/Voodood three packs. I don't remember seeing them at that store before. No idea if they might have found some really old stock in a corner somewhere, or if Activision is still shipping new batches of SA figures.

Got my shroomy. tru guy let me look at their email. shroomy only today. dec 23 boxes half are being put out for tomorows open other half midnight on 23. no giants. all s2 reposes. cynder erupter prism break and one other i cant remember.

In Kennesaw, GA, they couldn't find them. Many thanks to those of you on here who posted pictures of the box.

Luckily the employee allowed me to help him look for them(from outside the stockroom mind you). They had the red stickered "12/20" box mixed in with the orange stickered "12/23" boxes. Unfortunately, only one box for 12/20 and, like many have already reported, only a few Shroomy.

I am really glad either a) someone goofed and there was one box left after they sold the others or b) they were REALLY making sure it didn't go out prior to street. Either way, many thanks to those of you keeping us inept parents informed!

On a side note, I wasn't a glutton. I left all the other shrooms for other folks like me. It kills me when people boast, "Whew, I sure was lucky! They only got in 6 so I bought all of them!"

The only reason I am out at midnight or 6AM buying these things is so this year my kids dont drop their money on ebay at 3X the normal price for a character they want but cant find in stores. If they want a varient, they are on their own but the regular characters should be plentiful.

No LC shroomboom for me this morning, but it looks like they didn't pay attention when putting out stock. I was able to get S2 Eruptor, S2 Prism Break, & S2 Stealth Elf.

Dumb girl at my local TRU said they were all going out on the 23rd! None for today. Didnt have time to argue the fact but she had no clue about the LC Shroom and had no interest in looking. I am not a fan of TRU.

My TRU said they only have boxes for the 23. Hopefully they'll put out LC Shroom Boom then.

Just picked up 2 LC schroombooms. Had to ask for them to look in the back. They did and sure enough I was successful at 9:30 am.

My toys r us said the 23rd boxes are more skylanders but the ONLY new one being released is LC shroomboom. This employee has helped me going back to the original S:SA. So he knows his stuff. Looks like wave 3 is LC shroomboom only.

He probably popped open the a box and just got disappointed by all the familiar faces, but there are some "new" ones in that case they are Cynder (single) , Lightning Rod, Eruptor (S2), Prism Break (S2), Stealth Elf. Nothing many people will find exciting but it will knock another four characters off my need to find list.

Stopped at 2 different TRU's this morning on my way to work. 1 had the LC Shroomies out the other did not. Seems to be hit or miss.. Still searching for S2 lightning rod.
