Well, ever since 1998, Spyro games were released yearly. I think that they'll be a new Spyro game next year. So Brazilian Spyro, don't go nuts because they don't start making another Spyro game after releasing one. So you should start searching in spring 2007 when the company that is making the next game is starting to make it, okay? So againly, don't go nuts now, wait till' spring next year.

I think that Legend of Spyro will have sequels, and after a few games the games will continue the history after Shadow Legacy.

I really don't like Nintendo DS and GameBoy Advance... If the next game will be for portable consoles, i will waiting for a PSP version.

I believe that a sequel might appear on the Playstation 3 and the X-Box 360. I doubt that it should appear on the X-Box or Gamecube as both those consoles have been discounted, and I doubt it should come out on the Playstation 2 if it comes out on the PS3. It definitly wouldn't be coming out on the GBA, as that consoles' well past it's prime. I suspect(and hope) that it wouldn't go on mobile. As for a Wii release, I have no idea.

True, but I, to say the truth, loathe mobile phone games. I would prefer that there wouldn't be any Spyro games released on mobile. Of course, there are many on this site who would say otherwise.

I don't mind mobile games cos they give me something to do when I'm waiting somewhere bored but I would prefer Spyro games on PS2, PS3 etc etc you get the point.

I sincerely doubt it will be on the GBA, the PS2, the GC or the X-box, Red Spyro.

Yeah who'd honestly pay £425 for a PS3 when PS2 still has loads pf wicked games! Not me that's for sure! I'll wait for PS3 to come waaaay down before I buy it. I don't like PSP or Wii that much though. DS is ok but GameBoy should be classed for pokemon and mario only cos they're the only good ones with good graphics to go with it that aren't for kids!

Yes, there will be a sequel to Legend of Spyro. The multi-game contracts that the cast signed on to do already say that there will be more games. As for the exact number of sequels... well it all depends on how much money Universal/Sierra Games is willing to dish out to developer Krome Games to do. Oh, by the way, Michael, don't say goodbye to the original storyline of the original Spyro just yet... And no I am not talking about the PC games my company are actively working on.

A new Spyro game has just been recently named. It is called Spyro:The Eternal Night. However, this game's existence has not yet been officially confirmed, so as of now it is unknown whether or not it truly exists. It has so far been said that it is to be Spyro's first Wii outing, and it has also been said that it may also be coming out on the PS2, the PSP, the DS and strangely enough, the GBA. Nothing has being said of a PS3 or X-box 360 release.

I hope it is released for the PS3. While my brother is getting the Wii, I think that the PS3 is the better console. Also, with the PS2 at the end of its prime(many say that the release of God of War 2 will mark the console's end), I would like to see what a true seventh generation console can do for Spyro.
