Hi everyone!
I'm running this art contest for my fan-fic; The freedom fighters of Warfang. Basically I need two new characters that will star throughout the story, so I'm running a contest to find the two dragons who will fit the part.
First place: Will star through-out the story till the end (of course with the winners permission) two avatar sketches (face only) and cutscenes of the dragons
Second place: Will star in one chapter get a avatar of one of their dragons and will get a cutscene of the dragons
Third place: A sketch of their dragons

The following information will be needed;
Drawing: can be sketch (colored or not) and can be drawn on computer, please don't use dragon generators or stuff along that line.
Name: Very important of course
Age: Help with story setting of them
Element: Layout what area they'd fit in
Personality: Gives them a unquie style
A backround story (if possible): A backround story will help to set a good opening for your dragons
Note: if you win 1st or 2nd, your name will be put down at the end of the chapter so everyone knows its yours. I'm really not into stealing or making people feel bad, so if you win 1st place, you can decide how long you want your dragons in. If you choose the rest of the story, I'll run every chapter by you first so you agree, so it'll be a team effort. All good?

um, gary, i don't think you read the form propley;
dragons have to be drawn on computer or sketch, the dragon generator isn't allowed cause it can be hard to draw off it.
They only need one element each
personality you've got mixed up with stance. eg. spyro's personality is kind and never willing to give up on friends and he dosen't like letting others down
and backround story isn't story they starred in, its what happened to them and made them who they are. eg. cynder's backround story was she was taken as a egg and was corrupted by the darkness, but she was released from Malefors control and helped spyro rid the world of his darkness.

Drawing:
Name: Istar
Age: 16
Elements: Fire, ice, and water. He can also create a sheild around himself and others if need be.
Personality: Happy, yet aloof. He will not stand for any form of bullying, and will protect his friends from danger at any cost. He is a bit quiet, but not too quiet.
Background story: Just before Istar hatched, his father left for unknown reasons and never returned, and he was left with only a mother to care for him.

When Istar was about the equivilant of a 3 or 4 year-old human, his mother left in search of food. What she found instead was an abandoned egg, ready to hatch. She couldn't just leave it there, so she brought it home.

Almost as soon as she got there, the egg started to crack. It hatched into a beautiful green and gold female dragon chick whom Istar's mother named Emmy.

When Emmy was about the equivilant of a 2 or 3 year-old human, Istar and his mother went for a walk while Emmy was taking a nap. Not far from them, a black dragon watched, planning his attack.

He swooped down, and, noticing the approaching danger, Istar's mother protected Istar with her wing. As the dragon, named Cathal, landed in front of them, he shot a peculiar breath power at Istar's mother that drains the life out of whatever it touches.

Not knowing of this power, she let it hit her to protect Istar. She collapsed, and Istar started to panic. Realising that she had died, he started to sob softly.

Afterward, Cathal tried to corrupt him and turn him into his minion. However, Istar broke free of Cathal's corruption and ran home as fast as his legs could carry him.

Name: Ethan
Age: 17
Elements: Earth and fire
Personality: One of Istar's best buddies', Ethan is is very silly and loves to make others laugh. He is fun-loving and loves to tease Istar.
Background story: Sorry, Ethan doesn't really have much of a background story.

Age: (Dragon Years) 26
Element(s): Shadow (same as Cynder's), Illusion (ability to cast illusions)
Personality: Spyder is secretive, dark, and violent
A background story: Spyder was born in a cave (outside the realm where LOS takes place) with his twin brother Bramble. He lived like any other dragon, learning how to hunt and speak in the dragon's tongue. He learned his elements before Bramble, and was generally stronger than his twin. Even though he was stronger, he stayed home with his mother to aid her, for she was deathly ill. Bramble, on the other hand, was able to hunt alone at a young age. Spyder seethed in rage at this, and left at the cave at the age of fourteen.

Name: Bramble
Age: (Dragon years) 26
Element(s): Spirit (dark purple flames. Primary and most commonly used form is Spirit Flame Breath, but it can become a Spirit Fire Ball, which is similar to a regular Fireball, but it has more energy)
Personality: Bright, kind, friendly, and active
A background story: (generally covered by Spyder's background story)

backstory: soot was abandond as an egg, he was soon found by apes and was raised evil. but he soon saw the misery he was causing and he ran away tried to become as good as he could posibly be and decided to start defending warfang. thats where he met Electris...

The way you upload an image is to go to an image sharing website (deviantART, Photobucket, Tinypic, ect), upload the image, and copy the IMG code.

Also, I'd suggest using the Edit button instead of posting numerous times. :3

backstory: electris is the daughter of volteer, she loved hi very much, but he was a little talkative. so she decided to journey to dragon city and there she meet soot and they had been friends ever since.
