Legend of Spyro was good, and Skylanders has potential.

And do note, the reviews, ratings, and sales would state LOS is mediocre. A fanbase can come from dreck, but numbers don't lie.

I like the new Spyro games. I can't wait to play Skylanders.

Eh, I kinda liked EtD and AHT. TLoS was okay.
1-3 are my favorites.
Mostly because of gameplay.

okay speaking of spyro, i was at one of those farmer's markets, and they had tons and tons of video games there.

I do hate the skylanders storyline, but the gameplay looks good.

The legend series had good gameplay, and the storyline was pretty good, but not even close to the original...

If you like the gameplay of Skylanders, you should get it then. Gameplay is what matters.

Wait... Crush was buried in rocks, Gulp was blown up, and Ripto fell into lava in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage/Gateway to Glimmer.
So, do you mean the 2nd one sucked because of that? Those didn't happen in EtD.

Although that is true, that's a bit of a plothole. Plus, you never saw Crush or Gulp except for in the beginning.
It was probably because it was rushed.

No, all I got under my belt is stock experience, but that's ALL numbers.

the originals were pretty good for gameplay. I found a way to solve everyones problem tho. Please read fixing the spyro timeline it took me a while to put together. It combines the awesome gameplay with the epic story telling ability of tlos, and i merge the mysterious timeline gap where spyro just disappears for 4000 years between tlos and original. But the original was a lot of fun, colorful graphics, wacky games (especially in etd). But i just cant bring myself to like the skylanders concept. AND NO AURA IM NOT A SKYLANDERS HATER!!!!!!!!

Wellllllllll.............since you ask I have a number of answers.
1. Im just a tiiiiiiiiiny little bit psychotic, and can blow up at random times!!! A fool, no. psychotic, very! See my closed skylanders post, i can have some verrrrrrrrry bad days
2. Ive been reading the ongoing dialogue between you and prysom that it blown all over the boards, and frankly i agree more with prysom, who is one of the only people on the boards who are nice to me, i see where he comes from, and definitely share his opinion of you(Except i am not turned on, and i think the voice insult may have been a little personal) but other than that hes good.
3. It seems every time I criticize Skylanders, some magical force draws you to whatever thread i posted on, so i was just covering myself incase.
4. Did I mention im just a bit psychotic? (Tourrettes syndrome, OCD, perhaps a tad bit of shizophrenia)

True, true, but if a game sells bad and both users and critics give it bad scores, it's likely pretty bad.
