Thank you. :3
And finally, guess what I've got?
Chapter One
- - -
Dawns Zero awoke from her long slumber through the cold night. She could feel her scales as cold as the coldest snowflake. The leaves didn't warm her up that much. Well at least it was morning so it should be warmer than the past night. The white dragoness got up and get her body a big stretch. She could feel her muscles trembling from the stiffness they had been in last night. Zero stretched her neck out of her make-shift den and saw the cloud-dappled sun was already quite high in the sky.
I guess it'll warm me up on my way, she thought to herself, but she didn't know where at all she was going. Zero stood on the edge of the ledge and stretched her wings out wide, ready to fly off and into the air. Her wings were still from the cold eating away at them from the night, but she managed to leap off into the air and stay a float for a bit. As her wings started to give her pain, she slowly drifted towards the ground and landed with a stammer. Zero wasn't happy with herself today, she'd have to get used to this weather because Ice-Breath was coming and that would me
much colder than this. She treaded through the long grasses of the forest, not much light was reaching her body.
Something caught her ear; a rustle. It was probably nothing she decided as she padded onwards. The forest was quite gloomy, she observed, nothing cold blooded- like herself- would be able to survive in here for long. Zero decided to take to the skies again with the hope of more sunlight warming her. It hurt her wings but she eventually got used to the pain seething through her muscles and they soon warmed up in the sun's rays. They didn't hurt her much anymore. Zero took a deep breath from the air, it still smelt damp from the night before but she could tell the rain clouds were heading in the opposite direction from her. That was good, the rain wouldn't chill Zero now and would slow her down by causing her to get stiff joints. Some strange... cloud passed over the sun. Actually, it didn't even look like a cloud, more like smoke. But it wasn't dense like that, it let the light pass through it and had some sort of an organic shape. How was that possible, unless it was some trick of the light. Maybe it was just a fine mist? Zero decided to ignore it as she flew onwards.
Suddenly Zero burst out in tears, she was remembering her time in her old,
fake tribe. They didn't care about her so she ran away. Though what saddened her most was that she had left her life behind; she didn't know where to go or what to do. What other option was just to kill herself? No-one cared about her so what would it matter to any other soul out there if she
was dead? Zero debated with herself about the matter, should she live or shouldn't she? She knew she'd never find anyone who'd actually like her, there was nothing about her to like. What kind of a dragon would like someone who was stubborn, quick to anger, disrespectful to others and a depressed psycho? No-one she knew, or could possibly imagine of. Zero was just not one of those dragons you could like she guessed.
She let out a long, weeping sigh as she soared across the warming atmosphere. Her soft tears drifted silently down onto the forest and collapsed in a small splash on the leaves and dripped onto the soil. Those tears would do nothing to help those plants grow. Zero was warm enough she concluded as she glided down into the trees. She would take it on foot now, after all her wings were starting to strain from gliding with cold muscles for so long. This time she didn't stammer as she landed on the ground, she was slightly proud of that. Zero could feel the grass and soil still went from the rain beneath her paws, but she didn't care- water couldn't kill you. Then she thought of drowning... yes, yes it could kill you.
Meh. What does it matter? I know what I meant.
Her stomach started to grumble, she was getting hungry. Yes, she didn't eat anything at all yesterday so she thought that she should eat a bit at least. The white dragoness sniffed the air, searching for prey within the area. She couldn't find anything. Maybe her nose was full of mucus from her crying. Zero went over to a long stalk of grass and blew her nose on it. There, she could smell better now, but she'd better move because her blowing probably scared any prey that was near away. She stalked through the grass and scented for prey with her powerful sense smell. There, she finally found something in a near-by bush. It smelt like a canine, that would surely fill up her rumbling stomach. She got downwind of the dog and stalked the small animal until she was able to clearly see it. Then she sprung. As she was almost upon the canine, something hard but furry hit her head. It was another dragon head! Collapsing over, she rubbed her sore forehead and glanced at the creature that head-butted her. Then Zero heard it speak.
"Who in the name of the ancestors are you?!"
I could've made it longer but I was kinda rushing it.

I hope you like it. :3
And if you guys haven't seen Zero, here is a few pictures of her. :3
An older picture of her, but showing her whole body.|A much newer picture of her, though not showing her whole body.|This is her new design though and what she will look like from now on, and in the story.
