Contest time!

Hello! Want some nicely colored artwork by Poppy? Then, come check out this contest! ^.^

I am now hosting an OC contest. Which will involve any of your OCs plus mine!
It can have any theme you want. Be it fighting(but please be careful with how much violence you put into it). Or maybe even love. Or maybe just something simple with them sitting next to each other.

There is currently very few characters. But if you ask Poppy what else she might have; she'll gladly list and draw pictures of who you might need.

1st Place - 3 Fully Colored Pictures with characters of your choice
2nd Place - 2 Fully Colored Pictures with characters of your choice + 1 Sketch

Before you ask me for a request.
I'd like you to ask with a picture of your character. If you do not have a picture; just describe them for me.
I will not.
I repeat.
WILL NOT draw unoriginal characters. :I
It's a pet peeve for me to draw something like a blue version of Spyro that someone claims to be their character and the same thing goes for Cynder-wannabees... that sadly exist.

I also decide on requests if the character appeals to me.

Hey, don't think i'm rude. :U I have an animated series, comic, AND other requests on dA to work on.
I will not spend my precious time on stupid things.

I'm also going to be opening up commissions and those will be a higher priority.

Eck... My mom took away my laptop. NO art for a while. :/ Funny how she was complaining about not taking it to Best Buy to get it fixed and she ends up taking it away after I fixed it MANUALLY.

I didn't get cake for my b-day. :( First time I don't... I'm kinda sad at that.

P.S to Faun: I have finished your request first. Not sure if it'll fit in my scanner since I have a large-assed sketchbook... the quality might be a bit bad since I might have to use a camera. :x

LOL!! My scanner is horribly slow. Plus, the computer it's hooked up to is horribly slow. Not only that, but we have to E-Mail to file from that computer onto my mother's, and only then will I get E-Mailed the file. *sigh* I hate old computers.

that sucks. x.x for my last birthday i had a homemade two-layer cake(it looked mutated smilie)and my friends and i took turns putting tons of icing on it smilie the end result was more icing than cake. smilie

moms. can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em.

once my scanner was broken and i tried to use the camera to upload my pics...it didn't work out at all smilie

Last year (2010), my parents got a cake from Safeway. Geeze, the people who made it were obviously Jerks!! The cake had half the icing falling off the side! *sigh* It turns out they iced it, and left it out in a room-temperature area for a few hours. Chocolate frosting gone to WASTE!! *sobbing*
