Hey everybody

So I was wondering which of the four dragon elders are your favorite?

Ignitus, Terrador, Volteer or Cyril

IGNITUS!!!
I have quite the high regard for father figure characters, and even among them, Ignitus reigns as the best of them all in my eyes. =)

I love all of the guardians, though. They're the most interesting, fun, colorful, and cool bunch of dragons that I know. And I count The Chronicler as one, too, so that applies to him as well. <3

1st is Volteer.
He is really funny and talks a lot, kinda like me. He has mastered my favourite element too, electricity. His mouth seems to have a mind of his own, like it's in front of his mind. Volteer likes using big words, another reason why I like him, I think it's funny. There are many reasons why I like him most.

2nd is Terrador.
He is the warrior, he has a tough mind. He used to be amy favourite, but Volteer won as the king. He judges every one about how well they fight. Terrador is also second in charge, but he might never bring down the war if the enemy is winning...

3rd is Ignitus.
Not far behind Terrador, Ignitus is cool for being the farther figure. He looks out for Spyro. He is equal in battle and peace, so he is a great leader. It was really sad when...
...he died in the Belt of Fire. But it was to save Spyro and Cynder, so I think he has a big heart.
He also seems to believe in the ancestors watching over them and spirits, like me.

4th is Cyril.
He is a bit snobbish and seems to get into fights with Volteer. He usually questions the other Guardian's decisions. He loves having the opportunity to say "I told you so" when something goes wrong and he always brags about his distant ancestral royal blood. Cyril doesn't have the best of personalities...

A biased choice would be Terrador because I'm a nature lover and Earth is my favorite element. However, if I had to make an unbiased decision, it would be Volteer. I just love how he talks so quickly and uses big words.

I didn't really care for most of them, but I suppose Terrador was pretty cool. I liked his gruff, old soldier attitude.

The guardians are quite a diverse group of personalities. Ignitus is an honest father figure, who's got a big heart.
Terrador is also a leader like type and is also compassionate and understanding, I think this quote backs that up "All warriors feel fear at one time or another, spyro. There is no shame in that."
Cyril is intelligent, but he's quite the jerk. He's prideful in his blood line and has superiority issues. He's very boastful and arrogant
Volteer is so entertaining. His use of big words so quickly keeps one engaged. He is not boastful or arrogant like Cyril, but will admit when he is wrong.

The only nasty character here is probably Cyril. So Cyril is certainly out. Volteer is great. Ignitus is great. Terrador is great. Out of those three I think Volteer is my favorite, but Ignitus and Terrador are close seconds. Humm. I think I like terrador more. :3

So, Volteer, Terrador, Ignitus then Cyril.

1. The Chronicler: He was so cool and mysterious and I loved the White Isles level.
2. Volteer: I just love his personality, the way dictionaries emerge from his pie hole, and he has my favourite Element! smilie I'm biased though, since I love lighting, thunderstorms etc.
3. Ignitus: Most memorable of them to me, he also has the best character development out of them(we actually see him having regrets and showing his feelings much more than the other Guardians).
4. Malefor: Big Bad. Most interesting character of DoTD. Felt a bit underwhelming and backstory was very cliched, however.
5. Terrador: Tough, wise, overall nice.
6. Cyril: He lacks a really interesting personality, even though I like his Element.
7. Warrior: He's an EXTRA! smilie

My favorite dragon elder is VOLTEER!!

Electricity is my favorite element in this game (I hardly ever use any other elements unless I'm frustrated with an enemy and I just Earth Shoot them to pieces xD) so how can I say no to the master of electricity? smilie

I also really like Ignitus too. Then Terrador, and then my least fave of the elders is Cyril.

I think I did have a favourite at one time, but I haven't played this game in about three or four years now so I can't remember it all that well. Perhaps I should consider buying it again, you never know I may actually like it this time round. I doubt it though, I do remember being bored most of the time, and feeling disappointed that Spyro was difficult to control when he's charging, and that he never had the chance to swim underwater.
