Um, yeah, I'm a bit excited. But not like I was before. Now that I'm seeing some posts saying that it's a terrible idea to make Spyro in a movie, it gets me in between of being excited that it's coming out, and at the same time of thinking that it's a terrible idea. But, really not sure...smilie

Not as far as I know but IMDB has a section but it's pretty incomplete due to the fact that there is very little information available regarding the movie.

Second off, no... the movie seems to have a 2009 release date. I wouldn't be surprised if it was 2010 or wouldn't happen at all because of the writer's strike.

I hope that it doesn't release in 2010, because Shrek 4 is supposed to come out then. And so it would have even less of a chance.

But 2009 is good, and the best part, I'll have my license and so then I can take all of my friends! YAY!

Awesome! a spyro movie is like my dream come true. I've always wanted spyro to have a movie since I started playing it a couple years ago. When I finaly got the news that there was going to be a spyro movie I thought "NO WAY! for real!?! YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSS!!!!" my life is now complete, and YES I am super exited for it!smilie

Well, the official poster for the movie has been released...

... and I can now say with confidence that I do NOT look forward to the movie.

The fact that they broke probably the most important trait about Spyro (the fact that he's a small dragon hatchling, NOT a proud'n cool gigantic dragon) is... not a very good sign.
